She was helpful for a brief period of time. I saw her weekly to biweekly for a little over 2 years. She’ll give you the same advice over and over again. She’s nice and all but not very helpful. Just super repetitive.Also even if you see her weekly or biweekly, she probably will forget about your entire existence, ghost you, and then hit you up a month later asking to make another appointment despite you consistently seeing her for over 2 years. So if you’re cool with getting the same advice all the time and likely getting ghosted by someone you see weekly then go see her. If that doesn’t work for you I’d recommend finding someone else to pay for support.

I am in need a a trauma therapist . someone whos in there 30s or early 40s. It has to be a woman men therapist and i do not mesh well . Im willing to go to west Warwick , Cranston , West Warwick , Coventry is my limit . My psychiatrist does not care for my well being and my last trauma specialist counselor basically fired me because i missed 2 appointments and she dropped me when i needed her the most . Im a young lady mid 20s . if anyone has any recommendations please reach out thank you.

I have been in therapy on and off for over two decades and I honestly can tell you that Cari is one of the best I have ever been treated by. Within the first five sessions she brought to my attention several things I had not been aware of before. She clearly is where she belongs. She has so much kindness and understanding that will become very obvious to anyone that seeks her out for treatment. She was born to be in the profession she is in. If you need any kind of help please do yourself a favor and give her a chance to help you.
