I went into Little Hearts daycare because Im looking for somewhere to send my toddler. Little hearts had great reviews so I decided to stop in for a tour. The owner gave me a tour without an appointment so I was pretty impressed. However, the issue came in when I started to ask questions regarding the daycare that I feel that any parent would ask. The owner answered the questions but her response was short as if I was bothering her by asking questions. I feel that I had to ask questions because she wasnt offering much info at all. The ultimate problem came in when I asked her to see a schedule for the toddler room of the daily activities that will occur. Her response was once you enroll your child then I can show you. So I then asked for a sample of one. And she responded the vibe that Im getting from you is youre trying to decide if youre going to enroll your child here. I responded that is absolutely correct. I am asking all of these questions to determine if this is a good fit for my daughter or not. I explained that I had visited other daycares and ask questions and they show me the schedule and gave me information with no problem. She seemed shocked. She finally gave in and decided that shell show me the schedule that was posted in the toddlers room. But at that point I no longer wanted to see it. I had got enough information and had made me decision. This definitely doesnt seem like a daycare that would be a good fit for my child. I dont know if the owner even has children because she did not seem friendly, wasnt welcoming and she definitely wasnt understanding that a parent will have questions regarding somewhere their child will be every day. It seems like shes in it for the money, I am not sure. You will have to be the judge for yourself once you meet her. Hopefully she reads this and your experience will be completely different from mine. Maybe she will be more nice, introduce herself, and respect your questions as a concerned parent.

I was OVER CHARGED! STAFF AND DIRECTOR RUDE! Dont send you precious babys to this center they are THERE FOR MONEY NOT THE CHILDREN! My daughter had a injury there, THANKS TO LACK OF SUPERVISION! Its family owned so those kids are not loving the job not the kids. These people also used all my childs diapers and wipes on OTHER BABIES!!!! of course they lie and say otherwise. I HATE I STEPPED FOOT IN THIS PLACE. Its so much I can say but.... The courts will REVEAL ALL THE BULL THIS PLACE GONE BE SHUT DOWN WHEN IM FINISHED WITH THEM

My 2yo has been attending Little Hearts for a short time and I am very pleased. I pulled my daughter from another center because she was not being nurtured or stimulated. My daughter no longer cries when i drop her off and she is being taught many new things.

My daughter recently switch daycare and is attending LHLA. She is now actually excited to go to daycare. She loves it here. The teachers give my child the one on one attention she needs and deserve. There also really affordable too. Best decision I made so far.

Little Hearts Learning Academy is a very loving and warm environment. My oldest daughter has been going there since she was a baby and she loves her school. She has learned sign language and so much more. When I had my second baby, I didnt hesitateto enroll her at little hearts. Both my babies are well loved and care for there.

My daughter has attended Little Hearts for a year now and loves it! This is the first time my daughter has been in a daycare that I was completely comfortable with! The staff is excellent and really cares about each family!

I initially started off loving this daycare. However, after 2 weeks of attending this daycare, my 2 year old daughter had 3 different injuries all to the face. The staff in the toddler class do not properly watch the kids. My daughter had a large scratch on her face (down to the meat) and the director stated, That was a repercussion for her taking a toy from another kid. NO CHILD DESERVES TO HAVE A INJURY for that reason. Especially at a daycare when they are supposed to be under constant supervision.

Omg I love LHLA, my daughter has been going here for almost a year and she has improved 100% since coming from a daycare where she wasnt learning much of anything. The atmosphere for the children is so very vibrant, the teachers genuinely care about your childs education and discuss any issues as well as advances that your child is having. They have truly prepared my daughter for kindergarten

LHLA has been a God-send, and I do not use those words lightly. I had been praying about finding new childcare for my child when I stumbled across this facility. I walked right in and was able to tour the classroom and meet the teachers immediately. The children were being engaged and looked happy. The classrom was bright and clean, and had cameras that the owner is able to watch throughout the day. The owner was very direct-as she should be. She is serious about her facility and about the well-being of the children. I encourage you not to judge the facility as whole just because she doesnt come across as overly enthusiastic. I would prefer that over the insincere, over-the-top welcome that you might receive from a facility that is more concerned with money than the facility and children that attend. Many of those smiles disappear as soon as the door closes-whether or not your child is enrolled. My child has only been there about a week and a half, but I can already see a difference in his overall spirit when I drop him off and pick him up. He seems to be really happy there, which gives me an immense sense of peace. *Side note* He didnt even reach out for me when I picked him up yesterday!! Where they do that at??? LHLA! 😁

I have nothing but positive things to say about LHLA. My daughter has been attending Little Hearts for about a year and a half and I am amazed at the difference of how much she has advanced. Shes learned her numbers, how to count in Spanish, she recognizes words and is able to pick up a book and actually sound out the words and read!! Thank you to Mrs V and her staff for working with my child and preparing her for kindergarten and beyond!

Love LHLA!! Both my daughters are currently attending the school & they love their teachers & classmates.! :)

Little Hearts Learning Academy is a loving and nurturing learning environment. The staff members know the children in the center, not just those in their classroom. Before I needed the services of LHLA I would refer people to the center knowing that I would feel comfortable sending my own child there. Now that I have a child attending LHLA I am even more impressed with the center. My daughter has continued to blossom/develop beyond my expectations. The owners have the safety and development of the children at heart. They have a presence at the center. All the children know them. That is a definitely plus. I am so grateful to have LHLA as my childcare provider. I have peace knowing that my child is well taken care of. ❤️

I went in for a visit and I was not happy they were low staff, the teachers seems like they didn’t know what to do with the children. And also the owner was rude

I love LHLA.. my daughter has been going there since august of last year (2016).. the owner is really dedicated and really loves her job as well as business.. thanks so much ms. Vee.. you just dont know how much you and the employees at LHLA make me feel when I walk thru the door.. so much love and care and not to mention my baby is learning so much.. she recently learned how to spell her last name.. I cant say enough good things about this daycare/ learning center.. enroll your kids now.. it will help them to get social skills as well as learn...
