I had never written a review in this place, but I think that if I do not comment on this problem it will continue for a long time, all the doctors are EXCELLENT, unfortunately the receptionists need to do their job better, it is a headache for me to wait more than an hour in line every time I need to call them and sometimes they never answer and if they do they are not friendly, before this ladies there were men answering the phone and they did excellent work. I dont know what red-rock pediatric evaluated in the new hires but they definitely need to do something about this big problem.(This only happens on the Spanish line and its weird because there are many bilingual people)

Used to be a five star. I still like the doctors. But since they have switched over to Phoenix Childrens, my insurance suddenly doesnt pay out as much and they have gotten incredibly expensive. And if you are out of network and want to pay cash, they charge you an exorbitant amount. Sucks because there are not a lot of pediatricians in the area. Ive been with them five years. Going to have to cancel all my upcoming appointments and go elsewhere.
