Without going into too much detail I thought my case was in the bag and got a lot of reassurance from my last attorney but when the temporary order was ruled in favor of my soon to be ex I was told to Settle for what they are offering because you will not win this case. I was so frustrated and thought that I would not see my daughter again. Her mom moved her to CA and refused to let me see her. After some negotiating I managed to arrange a visit to see her and made the trip down but was served with a restraining order. Not believing my luck I scheduled a consultation with David I was not going to let the last attorney ruin my relationship with my daughter.
