Been trying to get surgery on my back so that Ill be able to walk. Been turned down twice, saying surgery wasnt deemed necessary. On the third appeal they will have their personal psychan to review my case. You would have thought appeal psychan would have review it in the first place.

Sara the supervisor, personally called me back and informed me the process my insurance was going through in order to accommodate my service needs. Alexis their rep is also extremely friendly and helpful. I am glad they were able to provide a solution to my problem. Originally gave 3 stars but their customer service has made me come back and give them 5.

Have been charged wrong amounts. Telling me they are working on it. When I call back they tell that person. I longer works there and no one was taking over her stuff. They try to answer question the when you ask a question they changed what they said because they were wrong. This is by far the worst insurance company I have used. I call and make an visit to the doctor after using there app to see who is covered. The doctor office I will have to calm you back not sure if we take your insurance plan we have not heard of them. Not sure who is signing up these doctors but not doing a good job. I hope my company drops them and go back to good company. I pay more for less not sure how this is better.

After a month and a half of getting the run around and them blaming everyone else for their absolutely horrible service, the day finally came for surgery. We were told that the pre authorization was complete, we were told to be at the hospital 4 days later at 7am for a 10am surgery. After us calling them, the doctor calling them (& being hung up on) they finally decided at 1145am that we had no authorization and would have to wait 5-7, or possibly 10-12 days for the authorization and then could reschedule. This has happened at every appt. so far. Many wasted hours and days off from work came to a head the day the doctor came clean and said even with approval this company has screwed the hospital many times. I guess their name fits perfectly - IMAGINE health, because their is none here!!

Terrible Insurance company! I would not even give them 1 star but google has no choice lower then that. This insurance is nightmare and even if they give me free insurance I would not do renewal with them. just waiting for window to open so I can switch back to atna. They have very limited selection of provider and also very deceptive practices. I had some lab done with quest which is officially mention on my health card as partner but received surprise bill after 3 test saying not all the quest facilities are in network!! Some time they will have hospital in network but lab is not or imaging center. So you will have lots of surprises which you dont want to deal when your health is not good. I would not recommend these plan to even my enemy. ONLY GOOD THING THEY HAVE IS YOU CAN TALK TO LIVE PERSON QUICKLY WHO WILL SYMPTHAISE LOT BUT TRUST ME YOU NEED CARE NOT SYMPATHY.

HorribleStarted horrible, once Home Depot had numerous conference calls and laid into them they reached out to me trying to make things right. Once I thought things were fine they actually reached out to me to change my review.... then about a month later my doctor tells me they cant get ahold of them to collect payment.... seriously? Back to 1 for me.... do not reach out to me for a change

My husband also works for Home Depot. Normally their gold PPO plan is great. Imagine Healthcare absolutely sucks. I do not know what prompted Home Depot to even consider such a policy. Do they not give a hoot about their employees health? My husband now has to give up his Chiropractor. He and an eye doctor have had to fight and fight and fight to get services covered. It is absolutely ridiculous. Imagine health finds more reasons to say NO to care that should be covered. Gee, is Home Depot getting a kick back from this insurance company? Or is Home Depot paying less and Imagine is becoming a big, fat cash cow? Either way, Imagine Healthcare is BAD.

Horrible. Good luck finding a doctor that even accepts this insurance.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. We enrolled in this awful plan through my husbands job at Home Depot. HDs insurance options have always been good. We have (and have always chooses and paid a lot for) the gold ppo plan. In fact their normally really good insurance has been a big reason to keep that job for 17 years. Its the only perk they get.Now we have this crappy company that every single time I try to make any doctors appointment they dont know who Imagine is, and are not always allowing us to book our appointments until they figure out what the heck Imagine is. Weve actually been refused an appointment due to this garbage. We pay a TON for this plan-over $1250 a month! For a plan nobody has ever heard of. A PPO so we had more choices than an HMO. Ha-thats what we thought anyway.Imagine is 30% more expensive with a TINY selection of physicians. The closest hospital to me is twice as far as our previous provider. The extra 25 minutes travel time is a lifetime when someone is sick enough to go to the hospital! Also, Ive seen the same migraine physician for over 6 years. Id tried several docs before him but couldnt get any relief-until I found my physician at Diamond Headache Center in Chicago. They are incredible and have given me my life back. I was having 20 or more migraines a month. My doctor put together a treatment plan that saved me-no more than 1 headache per YEAR! People with illnesses like this should not have to change their long time doctor because a massively rich company (Home Depot) decides to get in bed with a lousy faux insurance (Imagine) that were being price gouged. And were getting NOTHING good from it.Now Imagine wants me to fill out a transition of care which means I have 6 months to find a new doctor. They sent me forms to give my medical records out and the companies they want them to go to Ive never heard of. Why am I supposed to give away access to my personal data when I dont now who they even are???Good luck if you need an oral surgeon-they have ONE 14 miles away, or if I want to go 30+ miles to find one theyve conned some docs up north into being in their network. My son has TMJ and has been trying to get an appointment to figure out how to fix it. The dentists on Depots plan are not the same as our Imagine plan so well be screwed with that too.If I detailed my medication nightmare youd probably cry. Why are they dictating what a patient needs????? Thats my doctors decision!I dont know who this company is-some say its an off shoot of Aetna but you cant be sure. In fact nobody really knows who they are. Theyre a rip off and Im so angry I could lose it! My husband is an amputee and were praying that he doesnt need anything for his leg this year because God only knows what they will cover (as little as possible). Being 1 hour from Chicago I should have tons of doctors to choose from without having to drive so far we need a hotel room!!!! Its absolutely ridiculous! This company doesnt care about its customers, the patients!!!!!

I would have given negative rating, but then minimum is 1 star. Very very limited availability of doctors, which made us compromise. Very much frustrated with doctors available on search, repeating same doctors in every page of search doesn’t increase the doctors. Every other doctor is available in all the insurance plans other than this which is worse.

Most of the medical facilities listed in the site that are in the network do not even accept not sure whats the point of adding in the site saying they accept imagine health care. Horrible experience.
