I do not understand how we end up with such level of a customer support services in the 21 century. I have waited for my covid test three days, no show for results, had to call them, their response call the lab not us. Called the lab, they said you have to had certain information about your test, before we can give you any information. Had to call back Walgreens, they kept me holding on the line and I am still waiting for my info. Such a bad, slow service, my advice get a better place to do your test faster and more securely.

I have been coming to this Walgreens for the last six months, and I am completely satisfied by the level of service offered by the staff. The pharmacy staff have been helpful at all times and quick to answer any questions I have had. The checkout staff have positive, friendly attitudes, and when the line gets backed up they are quick to get an extra register open. I have not had a bad experience yet, and I plan to keep coming back.

Kathleen in the photo department at the 2330 E Fort Union Blvd branch in Cottonwood Heights, UT was incredible. I was in a real pinch needing photos for mothers day and struggling to get them to download. She took extra time to find a solution to my issue and made sure I had my prints in time. Such great attention and professionalism.

Other than the usual busy busy, I always find what I need and get through fast enough.

The pharmacy staff is wonderful and kind. They are all very knowledgeable with any health concerns I’ve had on my purchases. Angie and both pharmacist have always made me feel safe.

The rudest most impatient pharmacy personnel ever, can barely get a question out before they hang up on me. I’m moving my refills back to Smiths because they have a handle on customer service Good luck w improving your poor attitudes pharmacy staff.

I live up the street from here and needed to see if they something in stock yet after waiting a few weeks for them to get more in. I was placed on hold while she said she was going to find a manager and then the phone ended up ringing again for a few minutes until the call disconnected. By then I had already drove down to the store and when I got there I had asked if she was the person who has placed me on hold. The girl said that she had transferred me to customer service and that she was still trying to find someone to help but was just at the register. I ended up walking over to the shelf and saw that they didn’t have what I needed in two seconds and then left but it was super inconvenient when she could have literally checked the shelf to answer my question. I will say there is one girl that works here that’s very nice but I haven’t seen her in a while and not sure if she’s still there. All other experiences have pretty much gone the same though with other people and whenever I call customer service to ask about my orders (most have been delayed or lost in the mail) it has been the worst experience with customer service I’ve ever had.

Pharmacist was very nice and fast.

Been here a dozen times. Always quick to check out and find what I need. Ive been in plenty of walgreens where you spend half your visit waiting to check out and Ive never had that problem here. Its a go to place for when I need something quickly.

Lady worker directed me to restroom in a kindly fashion! It was toasty warm, a welcome change in temperature from outside. Most important to me was that it was clean and well stocked with necessities.I asked about developing pictures. The person explained how I could get prices and two ways to do it. Stop in youll be glad you did!

Dont go to this pharmacy ever....more than once has this place messed up my mothers prescriptions..mistakes that could be life threatening.serious mistakes. Went to pick up was told they had nothing for her..went home to a call that said to pick it up or it would put back...price is always different with the same insurance..from $60.00 to $240.00 no explanation....Please take your business elsewhere.

Im sure he doesnt know. But pharmacist or pharmacist tech Yeng. Just saved my life. Give that guy a raise! I wish there was 10 star option.

The photographer is really bad also his costumer service is TERRIBLE. I won’t recommend that place never! The guy should take some manners classes also be educated and respectful with the consumers.

Bad customer service, they are very rude and mean! I asked them if they had kids masks and they said NO but actually they have a lot, so I had to go and find it by myself. They are lazy and moody people!

The pharmacy has continued to go downhill and certain tech have a horrible attitude and would rather ignore you than help you aka do there job. The speed and accuracy is not good and dont trust them with medication amounts, always check quantity. Many times did not have the whole amount in perscription.Also the drive through is meant for quick easy pick up or drop off, should not have to wait 5 to 10 minute for car in front waiting on prescription to be filled.

Edit: I was really worried it was going to be a whole process to get my prescription swapped correctly but they just made it easy I just showed them all my bottles. Will continue using this Walgreens and my State St location!.............I have dealt with this Walgreens for a long time never any and issues until 2/10 around 9pm I go to pick up my prescription for anxiety attacks.When I get home and need to take one in order to sleep, open the bag and I was given a refill of my antidepressants which I just got refilled a weeks ago. Its already like 2am now so I cant so anything.Im going back first thing in the morning but I cant believe this has happened. Im hoping the management can review their security footage. Hopefully it was just a one off mistake and they can fix it.

The pharmacy has absolutely horrible customer service. They obviously need to hire better technicians.

This is a terrible pharmacy. I have had horrendous experiences here on multiple occasions. I have filed a complaint to the BBB, however that will not substantiate the low quality that this Walgreens produces. I am going to blast this on social media and on the local news. It is appalling that they even have staff here left. If something happens to my father or mother because of the inexcusable stupidity the world will know.

JUSTIN the pharmacist is very condescending and rude. I was improperly charged 21 days ago and apparently I am now outside their 7 day policy and cannot be refunded. Funny how I was able to work it out with the other location, still Walgreens. WORST PHARMACY EVER.

This pharmacy just seems to be in disarray.. filling a script I was NOT supposed to get for weeks.. luckily I caught it. Several times they have said one is ready for pickup.. only to drive there an discover oops, you cant pick up for a few more days..?.. and their automated pickup ready notifies me all the time when there is nothing for me to pickup...they deny that they are sending notifications.?? just a confusing mess.

Wow what a joke. Calling them via their phone system is awful and simple questions cannot be answered. I wouldnt bother come in for anything else because their prices are ridiculous.Safe time go some place else. Its a shame RiteAid is gone.

Always had a great experience receiving routine immunizations at the Rite Aid which until recently shared a parking lot with this Walgreens. A few weeks ago I went into this store to get the second shot of the two-part Shingrix vaccine, and was told that demand was so high they were keeping a waiting list and working their way through it. This past Saturday when I inquired again they told me they were no longer keeping a list, it had gotten too long, and after they finally worked through it it would be first come first serve, but I could try other Walgreens locations. When I asked which ones had availability I was told I dunno, youll have to call around. Funny how much better attention they paid their customers when there was a competing drugstore nearby....instead of one theyd swallowed up and then closed. Wont be going back, for anything. CVS here I come!

Staff is always friendly, helpful and courteous.

I got a new VISA card. Only used the card once at this Walgreens last Monday July 31st. Now there are multiple fraud transactions for something in Pakistan. I suspect this Walgreens has network security issues. Dont use cards here!

They are the worst pharmacy ever. I moved when they purchased Rite-Aid and its been months they cant seem to get my medications right. I had to ask over and over again to be put on auto refill. Then every time I would go to pick up my prescriptions it was some new random brand. And worst of all, they couldnt care less about their customers.

I am a royal customer, but I had a terrible experience today at this Walgreens store. A employee called Laura refused to take another photo after 5 trials and only blamed on my blinking eyes. Then I got two same passport photos showing my not-fully-open eyes. She has a unprofessional service, fake smile outside and cold heart inside. Walgreens should consider taking her to retraining program.

Amazing!!!

I am so dissapointed in this location. My daughter needed to use the restroom and I didnt want to stop at a little roadside gas station. The bathroom at this location was dirty, unkempt and gross. I sat down to use the bathroom and the seat slid and pinched my thigh, even the seat was broken and lose , tearing my skin and bruising me. Needless to say my daughter heard a new word. I cant believe a Walgreens woukd have such a batbroom . I was so upset when I left because it is clear everyone stands around chit chatting while nothing gets taken care of.

This is a pretty great place to shop. Though, the pharmacy closes early on the weekend and that doesnt show up on Google...

Prices are a little high but great place to grab something quick
