Doctor Pederson did an excellent job and was very nice and easy to talk to. The environment was clean and modern. I’ve had bad dental experiences in the pat, but this was not one of them! I’d recommend to any friends or family.

I have anxiety disorder and history of panic attacks. I have a bad phobia of the dentis and was having panic attacks throughout my whole procedure. Karina and Dr Thompson sang to me and helped to keep me calm. I will be coming back and not going anywhere else for my dental work. I always have a great experience at this dentist, I go every 6 months and have for a couple of years. Everyone is friendly, caring and professional. I never have to hassle with insurance or billing issues. I highly recommend!

These guys are the best. The office is clean with all the latest equipment. The staff is incredibly friendly. The doctor is awesome. I never have to wait for my appointment and I am in and out in 40 minutes. On top of that my teeth never hurt after going to Creek Dental Group to be cleaned. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I will not be returning to Creek Dental Group at Union Park. As a medical office, I was astounded that the receptionist and hygienists were not wearing masks during a global pandemic. The hygienist took my x-rays without a mask, and she did not put it on until the cleaning began. I am well aware the state’s mask mandate has ended, but a medical office should have higher regard for the health of their patients and for public health.

First off when you walk in, you will be blown away with how upscale this place is. Elizabeth will greet you with friendliest smile and take care of any concerns for you. They have a snack bar and coffee bar as well🥰 Lindsay the hygienest goes above and beyond to make sure every tooth is cleaned and youre smiling pretty. Dr T. Is so informative and makes sure he checks each tooth very carefully to ot miss anything and answers every question with his best ability. Ray is sweetest assistant. This was my first time as a patient at Creek Dental and what a beautiful office! The staff was amazing from when you are greeted at the front desk all the way through to X-ray, cleaning, and exam from the doctor. Props to everyone for making my experience at the dentist office a positive one!!

I recently switched dentists because I didn’t enjoy my experiences at this practice. When I went to the new dentist, they removed the flimsy temporary crown done by Creek Dental and the tooth underneath had decay that went extremely deep. There was an actual hole in the tooth. For some reason, the dentist at this clinic did not say a word to me about the decay and still put a crown over the tooth, so I now have to spend more money and have work redone. The staff was nice and polite but based on my experience, it seems that transparency is not important at this clinic.

I hadnt been to the dentist in more years than Im willing to admit and I was able to go to Predentive today for a check up and cleaning! I was pretty nervous and quickly realized that I was in good hands! All of the staff was so friendly and my cleaning was so gentle and thorough! They offer amazing dental payment plans and I can say with certainty that I will be back for another visit!

This was my first visit. I would highly recommend Creek Dental in Midvale, Utah. Great office staff who are very friendly. The hygienists was gentle and very detailed. She was very kind and listened to my concerns. She used an ultrasonic technique incorporated into the regular teeth cleaning of scale and polishing. My teeth have never felt cleaner!The dentist has a great bedside manner. He was very informative, detailed, and willing to work with a conservative approach for my treatment. There office is new, clean, and had some of the newest technology. The office set up is relaxing and anestheticly pleasing.I really liked there instant photos on the screen of my teeth. I didnt have to leave the chair and they were instantly shown on a large screen infront of the dental chair. This made it much easier and visible whileDr. Lemmon explained my troubled areas that needed work. Overall a great dental office and staff. Also a bonus is they have several locations and are the same company that runs and owns Burg Pediatric Dentistry whom weve trusted for over 15 years to treat all of our children. I love this place. They are clean and efficient. I am in my 30s, but have never had a cavity. I had other dentists trying to convince me to get work on my teeth when I knew I didn’t need it. Here they really do focus on prevention and health which is the best thing to focus on anyway.

I had a great experience at PreDentive. The office looks like a spa! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning was thorough. The hygienist offered various methods for cleaning in order to meet different comfort levels. The doctor was very helpful in explaining his evaluation and offered suggestions for preventative care in between visits. It was an excellent experience!

My wife scheduled a cleaning. Without explaining the need or costs involved they took xrays and did multiple tests. Next came the financial advisor to offer payment options on $3000 worth of dental work. They then charged her $250 and NEVER CLEANED HER TEETH! I guess they needed the money to pay for the fancy spa!

The PreDentive office is exactly what Ive been looking for YEARS! I worked in a pediatric dental office that had very high standards of professionalism, great quality work, cleanliness and a great staff. This dentist is super clean and modern. The staff was very kind and I did not feel rushed through. I had two small children with me and they were so kind to them. They provided toys for them to play with, gave them juice boxes, and turned on a show to keep them entertained while I got my teeth cleaned. The dentist was very nice and personable.

Great, clean and new office. Thanks for the bottle of water! The cleaning and exam went great, even though I knew I’d have at least one cavity after the year I just spent puking all day. Dr. Burg took a conservative approach, which I appreciate, and I got a prescription for a fluoride toothpaste. I feel taken care of! They were quick to get me in.

Dr Burg does not disappoint. My kids have been going to his pediatric dentistry for years. They take awesome care of all of my kids teeth. Well Dr. Burgs adult dentistry is just as good. I switched over from my previous dentistry after years of okay service and care. I dont know how Dr. Burg manages to find such awesome staff at all of his locations. A few weeks ago my dentist of 20+ years passed away unexpectedly. It was heartbreaking for an entire community who had grown up loving and admiring this man. Finding a new dentist was of course the last thing any of us wanted to do.The staff at Predentive welcomed me with open arms. They are kind and caring with a beautiful, inviting work space. I went here for the first time ever and was quite impressed. The location was easy to find, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the office was basic but got the job done. Very open and modern. Not cluttered. I was taken back to get x-rays which were the best experience of getting x-rays ever. They were quick and painless (no gagging on my end - phew!) During the cleaning I was able to have headphones to watch a TV screen above me and the hygienist worked smoothly and effectively. I would get my teeth cleaned here again!

I have dental fears, but I was immediately impressed by the friendly and competent staff, thorough exam...all in a clean modern office. Who says the TV screens in the ceiling are just for kids?!Seriously, I was offered bottled water as soon as I walked in, the exam/procedure chairs are super comfortable, I was even offered a blanket or pillow if needed.I’ll put it this way, I’ve had so much work done on my teeth/in my mouth starting from my earliest memories until now: dentists, oral surgeons, orthodontists, and periodontal specialists, and I’ve never had such a great experience.My appointment ended with my “new patient, complimentary” Zoom whitening. Fantastic.I still am not a fan of the dentist, but I know where I’m going for my dental needs.Five stars from me.

UPDATE: they changed ownership (early in 2020) (this used to be predentive and is now Creek dental) and the new owners are crooked in every way. He told us 3 of our 4 family member had cavities. A second opinion said 0 of 4 did. The billing has been impossible to work with. They billed everything wrong and are trying to charge us. TERRIBLE dentist-stay way from this dentist. Seriously run, fast.Old review:Super nice. On time. No sales or gimmicks. Clean and comfortable. Liked that I could trust they were not gonna “find” cavities. Took time to explain my x rays. Talked to me about my problem.

I’m very impressed with the care everyone had for their patients. I especially like that they used a number cream instead of a numbing shot on my mouth for my deep cleaning. My dental hygienist was hyper aware is my tenderness and sensitivity in some areas of my mouth and she was just the sweetest. The dentist is very nice and tries to make you comfortable with procedures as well as keep you talk you through everything that will be needing to grt done. It seems weird but it’s almost like a medspa feel I get from them the way they go above and beyond to make sure you’re okay at every step. Definitely recommend.

The staff is friendly and fun.First time I have had my teeth cleaned and not felt like they moved all my teeth. My mouth is usually sore but not with PreDentive. If you need your teeth cleaned there shouldnt be a question about who to see. They have your best interest at heart. They dont do fillings, root canals etc. Just cleanings. So they dont benefit from telling you that you need this or that. (But if you do theyll send you to someone great Im sure.)I highly recommend PreDentive for all your dental preventative care.

I have a tough work schedule and I missed my first appointment and they were willing to work with me to ensure I could get a cleaning done. No one likes getting their teeth cleaned but Predentive does everything they can to ensure that you leave with a smile on your face. Even if you lips are numb.

Best experience I’ve had at the dentist. All the staff members were very nice, the office was incredibly clean and cute, and my teeth feel great. They have a policy that if you’re more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, they’ll have to reschedule you. And if they’re running more than 10 minutes late, they’ll give you some sort of discount or compensation. Also nice to know they’re not worried about making money from fillings and procedures. They explained a lot about how to better care for my teeth to prevent problems. I’ll never go to any other dentist!

I grew up going to my uncle and cousin for dental care and had really good experiences there. Life happens and insurance changes so I needed to find somewhere else to go for my checkup. I am glad I went to PreDentive. They were professional, fast, and honest about what I needed and didnt need (no fluoride because it wasnt covered by insurance and I am not prone to cavities). I will be moving in a few months, but Ill make the trip to go here again.

I cant say enough good things about PreDentive. I took my three-year old with me, they had a TV in the lobby for kids, toys to play with, snacks and drinks and a chair in every cleaning area in case theyd still rather hang out with you. The darling office lady even played with her! The hygienist and dentist was so knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Its a beautiful atmosphere, meticulously clean, new, modern, and relaxed. I love this place. The staff are very welcoming and arent stressed out like can be the case at a full service dentist. I enjoy not hearing the tools that are used at a dentists office that fills cavities and such. Ive had a total of 3 cleanings there and have been very satisfied each time. A dentist always meets with me and looks over my teeth and x-rays so I know that if I did need a procedure other than cleanings, he would see it and let me know.

Just got back from my second appointment there and three things really stood out to me. First, everyone in there knew my name. No joke. From the front desk to the hygienist to the doctor. Just like the old tv show, Cheers. Second, they were efficient and fast. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Im used to spending a good hour to hour-and-a-half when I go see the dentist so this was pretty amazing because no one likes to just hang out at the dentist (especially with all those lovely drilling sounds in the background). Last, they went out of their way to help me understand whats going on with my teeth. Im one of those people that likes to know the why behind things so the fact that they took the time to help me understand the impact and importance of certain things was a big deal to me.This is a dramatically different approach and I love it.

This was my first time visiting PreDentive and I have to say, I am really impressed. Although they only do cleanings and other preventative measures, the office felt professional and just like it does going to the dentist. The facility feels like a hotel and I felt welcomed by the staff. It’s very clean and the decor is modern. They start by taking an X-ray of your teeth, then they do a cleaning and finally a dentist will look at everything and give you advice. They can even write some prescriptions if what you need is topical. I knew that my teeth were in okay shape, so if you know going in that you need major work done maybe this isn’t for you, but if all you need is a cleaning and a quick check up, I can’t think of a reason not to go here.

My favorite thing about Predentive is that they do cleanings and x-rays, but they dont do surgery, so theyre not going to pressure you into getting cavities filled and getting other work done. If you need extra work done they refer you to other specialists, which is pretty awesome in my opinion. The office is very modern and clean, super nice. The staff was really friendly, and Dr. Burg was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and very professional. Another benefit of going to this place is how quickly they are able to get you in and out of the appointment, since the Dr. isnt busy in surgeries. I was super impressed and will definitely be back!

Different than any experience I have every had-- in the BEST way! Staff is friendly, professional, and know exactly what theyre doing. They walk you through every step so you always know whats going on in your mouth. Facility is clean, decor is modern, and its an all around great atmosphere. Unlike any dental facility I have been to.

Ive been to a handful of dentists in the last couple years trying to find a solution for intermittent pain in molars only to have none be able to pinpoint the issue; but the team here was able to finally analyze the situation and determined that I needed a coating of sealant and a slight rounding of the aggressive edges of certain molars, which fixed the problem! In addition, such a lovely practice with a friendly and accommodating staff!

I like how they offer snack and drinks. They are all VERY kind and don’t push things on you like a regular dentist office would. I like how it’s different!

Had such a great experience. Loved the fact that since they dont fix cavities in office you know that they are being truthful when examining your teeth and not just trying to make money off of you.

I went to PreDentive for a teeth whitening and it was great. My appointment was set for 1:30 and I was in the chair talking to a hygienist at 1:30. I did about 30 minutes of treatment and my teeth are significantly whiter than before. They frequently checked up on me while I was receiving treatment. They have TVs that hang from the ceiling and give you the remote so that you can watch whatever you want. I was definitely impressed with my experience. I will be coming back to PreDentive in the future.

If there is a niche that needed to be discovered in dentistry, this is it! I was very impressed with the professionality of Dr. Burg and his entire team. I had a checkup and a flash whitening done and I cant help but smile more when I see my whiter smile and how good it looks! Very professional, very honest and very comfortable!
