I feel a little guilty giving bad reviews however, I paid for a service and it was the worst pedicure I have ever had. The girl cut me twice and caused bleeding. She was so rough I didnt even let her do the whole pedicure. I will say that even though the service wasnt great, the girl that did it was a sweet girl.

Went in for a simple nose wax. Everyone was super nice and professional and you can tell they care about what they do. I am going back ASAP. would recommend to everyone!!!

Highly recommend Soustice Day Spa. I hosted a bachelorette party in Park City. Nicki and her team provided a mobile service at our rental. Nicki was great to work with, and quick to respond with all my questions. Day of the staff provided excellent messages and facials. Cant want to visit again!

Kaitlyn went above and beyond giving me the best experience! I gave her total trust over making me look absolutely powerful and beautiful and she did it beyond any expectations I had! She was super bubbly and personable and was so genuinely sweet! Shes now MY stylist I wont go to anyone else!

Went here for my first massage in several years. Got paired up with Veronica and she did a wonderful job. My back feels a million times better. Everyone was Very professional and courteous from the time I walked in until the time I walked out.

Kasey is just amazing. She takes every point I bring up and combine it into my dream hair! I am always in love with the outcome! She also is such a kind soul and you immediately feel welcome when you are at the establishment. The front desk is so kind as well and dont pressure you into products you dont want. They are very open about their prices and Ive never had a bad experience. Go here if you want to treat yourself and experience a one of a kind salon appointment!

I went to get my eyebrow waxed today and I looked at them when the lady was done but I told her to wax a little bit more off the top, she did, but it was slippery and nothing came off, she could’ve showed me the result before applying all the oils. I came home and I saw that she had barely taken off anything, my brows were still bushy. I still paid in full and left but definitely not coming here again.

Wouldve been relaxing if the employees werent yelling while running up and down the stairs and off course the dryer going off in the background.

Ive been going to this spa to get my eyelashes and eyebrows dyed for the past 14 years. I have very sensitive eyes so wearing mascara is just not an option for me. When I discovered this place and their ability to dye my lashes, it was a game changer. I love going to the aestheticians at Soulstice - the people are always nice and the way I look and feel afterwards is phenomenal.

I loved the kind and professional treatment by the workers in here. Plus I do love my new haircut.I also tried the hand wax hydrating. And my hands are really soft now! Thanks ladies!

Make sure youre a barber that just cant cut your own hair. Apparently finger length means width of the finger, not the length of a finger, for those getting a haircut without going to cosmetology school prior. Ill make sure to read up on every hair cutting terminology before I get a haircut next time. Ill be sticking to a barbershop from now on.

I was able to get a massage soon after I requested one. Gerrie, the massage therapist, was amazing. She explained why areas (related to my shoulder) were also tightening up. She even worked on the side of my neck. She was strong and thorough. She was also thoughtful. Thank you Gerrie. You must have needed a rest after my many knots!

It’s been years since I’ve had a manicure. My girl was so amazing and patient! The shellac is beautiful! My hands have never looked so good! I can’t wait to go back!

Scheduled a 40 minute facial that lasted 20 minutes. Cost $85.00. Esthetician was very nice, but not what I’m use to getting for $85.00. Not the place to visit if you are wanting a professional facial. Feels like a Massage Envy.

I treated myself to the Serenity massage with Kylie and omg... it was the best Massage I’ve had.. she asked me what areas were bothering me most and she really listened and took great care in her technique ... I’m spoiled .. now I can’t imagine going anywhere else or going to anyone else.. I highly recommend Soulstice Spa and Kylie.. you won’t regret it!!!

Dont waste your money! Go somewhere else!I went to this place because I had a gift card I received for my birthday. I wanted to get a holiday pedicure. I would like to start with saying the girl who did my pedicure was very very nice.First of all this place is over priced. $34 for a petite pedicure. Mind you this doesnt include any leg message, hot wax, or salt scrubs like a traditional pedicure. (normally $25 includes a foot / leg message, hot towels, wax exc!)I asked the girl to do a snow flake design and she said she can try, but wasnt great at designs. I appreciated the honesty, and decided to not get the design. But now just TWO DAYS later the Polish is already chipping!!! I am use to my pedicures lasting 4-6 weeks! This was a $40 pedicure (w/ tip)! My polish at home lasts longer than two days!!

My 16 year old daughter and I had a recent spa day at Soulstice. We had our nails done, a massage, facials, a wax for her and a hair treatment for me. We both had a wonderful experience and left Soulstice feeling so pampered. We have nothing but great things to say about each member of the staff who pampered us. Were from our of town and I wish we had a similar day spa near us.

Worst pedicure Ive ever gotten! My feet are still really rough, and a week later I need to clip and repaint my toes. The polish is chipped or gone. Im pretty sure my feet are in worse shape after getting one. Was super over priced considering you dont get rubbed or treated at all. Very basic, soak, buff, paint. Save your money and go pretty much anywhere else!

I held back tears throughout my facial. Chelsea kept asking me what my skincare regiment is, if I take vitamins, and so on and so forth. She wasted no time pointing out the flaws of my face, asking if I had a cold sore (would an esthetician not know the difference between a cold sore and a pimple?) and if I have rosacea. She ended the session by giving me a long written list of products I apparently need and samples of said products (she also did not remove the final mask completely, so I walked around with junk on my face afterward). I appreciate guidance, but I felt like she went on and on about it... Suggestions would have been nice at the very end, instead of hammered in for an hour. I left feeling awful about myself.

Whitney did a great job with my hair. Love the color! I would recommend the Spa Club any day. Its always comfortable and inviting.

I’m appalled at how unprofessional and unapologetic this staff is. I’ve been a member at this spa for years and will never return. My mom left the spa bleeding and the staff cared not. No apology. No attempt to resolve the issue. Just a “This is your total, don’t let the door hit you on the way out.” Good luck obtaining a profit when you are abrasive and treat your customers with sass.

Kandice literally saved the day. Because of an error in the online booking system (PLEASE FIX THIS!!!! It is so stressful when the booking system fails and jeopardizes my appointment!!!), I only had a half hour slot to get my hair done for my bridal photos - and my hair had to stay in place for 6 hours!!! I was a crying, panicked mess. And Kandice told me that she would make my hair perfect, and that no matter how long it took, she would not stop until it was perfectly done to my satisfaction. She gave me water, tea, cough drops - everything - and calmed me down as she did my hair. She was professional, kind, caring, and a truly wonderful and talented stylist. I will ABSOLUTELY book with Kandice again - she is a lifesaving rockstar.
