This was my first appointment and right off, IWas very impressed with the lady that checked me in. The dentist looked at my teeth then gave me a couple of scenarios and ballpark costs. Then he asked me if I had a scenario to try that was different from his.He never left the room to work on another patient. It was him and me. I like this dentist office a lot...

Very knowledgeable and friendly environment. I got a crown put on and he was very Thorough and kind. I left feeling a little numb still lol but very taken care of I will be transferring my entire family to them for our next round of check-ups 10/10 recommend them to everyone needing a well rounded dentist!

Honestly, I love that I feel the whole staff cares about me and my family. I appreciate how they even put up with my teenagers arguments. They get the job done effectively. Are honest and care. I hate getting my teeth cleaned, but I love this place!

Dr. Rich is always so kind, gentle, and entertaining as he sings along to oldies all day. Glenda is the best hygienist ever- she remembers details of our life and is so patient when we bring all our kids in. They’ve been incredible with our little ones as well as our teens with disabilities.

Everyone that works there is so kind and friendly. They are prompt, give great dental care and play great music!

We love coming here! Dr. Rich is so nice and pleasant. We love hearing him sing as he works on our teeth. We have been coming more consistently and our teeth show it (thanks to the awesome pricing-no dental insurance). Cavities are filled quickly and with little pain.

I am thoroughly happy!!! I had a Painful issue he was able to get me in ASAP and did a root canal in under an hour with absolutely NO PAIN.They have an enjoyable office environment with a great staff ....he’s a great guy and sings while he works!!!! He was so quick and thorough and I’ve always looked for consistency with a provider and I am so pleased that he can be there now for myself and my family!!!!

Great staff, hygienist Glenda is a gem. Fast, precise and very friendly. She grumbles, she fusses, when I should be taking better care of my dental health, and its a beautiful thing. She gives the impression that youre her only patient, even though thats obviously not true.Dr. Rich is one of the sharpest people Ive ever met, equal parts technician, scientist and craftsman. His office is busy and with good reason, you wont find a better dentist in Salt Lake Valley.

During a routine check-up and cleaning appointment, Dr. Rich found a small spot of decay on the surface of a back tooth. He said he could take care of it right away. I dread dental procedures of any kind. Dr. Rich explained he now uses a laser to remove decay. The process was simple, quick, and PAINLESS!! Great dentist and wonderful staff.

Same day crown, only one sitting! No temporary crown then a return visit. All made possible by the machine I just posted a pictture of. Add the fact that Dr Rich administered local anesthetic without the pinch, Its been over a week and no paon or need for rework, and the convenience of him being on Highland Drive right off of Fort Union... I dont think the visit could have been any better.

Not happy, not coming back, call me or mail the bill.

Dr. Rich has been great. I had a tooth problem and he got me in right away. He utilizes the latest technology so I was able to get my tooth fixed the same day. The staff is great as well.

First visit its very nice and has great techniques in doing fillings with a lazer thigamajig. Office staff very friendly and Dr. Rich is easy on the 👀. (Just an observation) he sings.

Had a cleaning today by Glenda whos been doing a great job every 6 months. My teeth are ultra sensitive but she seems to know certain areas of mine and uses care.Shes very skilled and knowledgeable in her field.Dr Rich examined me afterward and noticed a breakdown of enamel where Ill be going back for a laser treatment...new to me but he said I wont need any novacain for this procedure.Im sceptic...well see.
