I went to the Joint in May. I’ve been before. I consider it a last resort when my actual chiropractor is booked out too far. It was someone I hadn’t seen before, I don’t remember his name. My neck is tough. It always has been. I’m 40, but my neck is pretty old. He had no success adjusting it the first couple tries. Then, he got a towel, rolled it up, placed it below my neck as I layer on my back on the bench- and he yanked the towel backyards. I felt SOMETHING happen. At the time I really couldn’t tell if it was good or bad. Part of me felt relieved that something moved- but I had also moved a foot down the the bench and I felt unsettled. Pain increased and mobility decreased over the next couple months. My arm started going numb. I’m uninsured but saved up for an MRI. The results shows two buldging discs and some arthritis caused by an “injury.” That injury was most likely my visit at The Joint. Pleas be careful when going here. It’s best to see someone who knows you and understands your needs.

Dr. Brad Hendrick is a knowledgeable chiropractor with a great chair-side manner. Extremely well-informed, he gave me a great consultation evaluation and adjustment. The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. The environment is inviting and I look forward to returning for regular Chiropractic visits!

This place did an awesome job specially for someone like me who has never visited a chiropractor. The receptionist was really nice and me feel comfortable while waiting for my turn to see the Doctor.Dr. Hendricks did a wonderful job adjusting my neck and whole back. Dr. Hendricks does a great job! He asked how comfortable I was with chiropractic adjustments and was sure to be careful and gentle.He corrected my problems quickly and I really felt like I could trust him. The Joint has made it possible for me to live a normal life with less physical pain. This location is great, both doctors are kind, respectful, and very intuitive. These treatments are affordable and without a weekly adjustment I would be bed ridden, unable to move.

I liked the feel of this place. It felt like a fast casual medical office, with quality service and decor but only providing adjustments instead of the range of other chiropractic services. Cindy was very friendly, and noticed on my paperwork that my birthday was coming up. She said she didnt have any cake, but that she would love to give me some birthday candy. The doctor was very friendly and let me know what he was doing as he did it, as well as asked me if there was anything I was uncomfortable with adjustment-wise before we started. Not ideal if you need a full treatment adjustment and other service combo, but great if you want an affordable adjustment or treatment plan. #LFTHX

Last year I hurt my back 4 times to the point I could not walk and every time I went to the chiropractor he just was not able to crack my back to fix the problem. Dr Hendricks not only knows me on a first name basis but also took away the pain. Their membership makes the process very fast and efficient. 5 minutes and I’m in and out. First time at The Joint at Cottonwoods Heights, we watched 3 customers walk in and out by the time we had filled out out new patient forms. The consultation was informative yet short and sweet. Ive never seen my husband walk so tall and pain free! We paid for a month membership which were fairly priced! All and all we loved this place.

I have a rib out in my upper back and I’ve gone to 3 other locations because I live too far away from this location now and no other Doc has been able to fix my issue. I went in with super procrastinated already existing severe back pain that got worse with suddenly working from home. before this I was probably at me old chiropractor once or twice in the last 4 years. I just kept putting it off. but they’re open later and earlier than some places and everyday.I went in for back pain. they found my shoulder, neck, hip, and right knee all having problems too. not sure why I never put those pains together as possibly related. it hurt quite a bit but it was my fault for waiting so long with a compounded issue. I can lift my arm higher now, than I could before.after I got back home, I fell asleep. and for the first time in longer than I can remember, I slept. pretty deep too. I wasn’t having to cautionary avoid laying down in different positions. I woke actually rested. with such immediate benefits, I need to go back almost weekly. why did I put off just going in?

Ive been twice so far and it has been so nice not to feel so tight through my shoulders and upper back. The staff has been so kind and welcoming. The front desk has been patient with my ongoing questions. The Doctor has been thorough in his explanations and walks me through everything which I super appreciate. The checkin process after the first visit is so easy and I was in and out so fast! Ive really enjoyed everything about my experiences so far!

First time here and to a chiropractor. Ella at reception was friendly, efficient and pleasant. It seems like the regulars are in and out pretty quickly and it while filling out paperwork it was encouraging to hear the sigh of relief after each persons adjustment. The Dr took the time to find out what I was expecting from my adjustment, the issues I was experiencing and the benefits of regular adjustments. He took time to demonstrate the imbalance in my range of motion on one side vs the other. Each adjustment was explained in terms of what the focus was on and how he would be moving my body as well as any sensations I may experience so nothing came as a surprise other then the sense of relief I felt by the end. I had such an excellent experience and the results I felt I have signed up for the membership and am looking forward to my next visits. Thank you for the affordable and effective services!

Today was my first trip to the joint and I was able to walk in without an appointment and get adjusted immediately after doing some paperwork. My consultation was awesome and I was given great options to help manage my discomfort and injury while it heals. I purchased a membership and will be returning often. It is great care and an extremely fair price.

You can drop by whenever you need and get a quick but comprehensive adjustment. Its definitely a good price and it has helped me for months. Dr. Hendricks is one of the best chiropractors Ive ever been to. He really knows his stuff. If you have back or neck pain, I recommend coming here.

First time ever getting an adjustment, and was a bit nervous. The staff made the process so easy! I was able to narrow down a few places to focus on and immediately felt the releif after being adjusted. I cant wait to go back!

My initial visit was great. The doctor spent the time to see what was going on with my body and did muscle testing to show how the adjustments were helping the movements in my body. Subsequent visits haven’t been as thorough but those have been at other locations.

Came in feeling hopeful and left well adjusted! Signed up for their wellness plan and became regular on the spot. Dr. Hendricks, DC is very caring and friendly - loved his approach. Top notch Doctors. Pick a day, go, heal. That simple you cant miss. Dr. Hendricks, Dr. Carli (spelling?) I go for routine maintenance and Dr Carli helped me relocate my shoulder. And just now popped in to see Dr Hendricks and the traction tool he used got movement that Ive long forgotten in my neck. Just go.

Going to a different location in the future. The girl running the front desk was nice. BUT the chiropractor had terrible bed side matter. Before discussing what was going on he had a sales pitch. I told him I would prefer to discuss the different packages following the adjustment. He continued on about how I should be set up for a payment plan if I want it to see results, and how there are other package deals. At this point I just told him I would love to discuss this later but now Id like to focus on my body and why I came in today. Im going to go to a different location next time because I have heard good things and I wouldnt want this to damaged my overall look with the whole company

I had an appointment for noon, but wasnt told to arrive early to fill out paperwork. So a few people went ahead of me, and I didnt get called back until probably 12:20 or 12:25. It was fine though because the visit was short and productive, and I was able to get on with my day. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful in explaining the packages and pricing to me so that I could get the best deal, which I really appreciate. The doctor adjusted me in ways I hadnt had been before (this wasnt my first adjustment by a long shot), so it was new and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain what he would adjust, how often he would like to adjust, and why. He was very personable.My only wonder is about the minimalistic nature of the practice. There are no x-rays taken, so I dont know if all the skeletal issues are brought to light without that.But if you need a quick and helpful adjustment, this is the place. For $29 to try it out, you dont have a lot to lose!

I had really bad back pain and migraines that I was not able to do simple every day things. I came to get adjusted and from the first visit, i was able to move better. I keep coming at least once a week and it has really helped with my back pain and I have not had any migraines since I started coming. I had never been to a Chiropractor before. I was in an ATV accident last year and have had a hard time feeling stretched out and being able to move well. Ive been seeing Dr. Hendricks for 2.5 years now. He has always been very helpful. The Joint is very convenient because of the walk-in nature of appointments and the ability to go to different locations if needed. The monthly plan works well for me due to the chronic nature of my discomfort.

I drove past a street sign for The Joint on my commute one day and, since my back belt out of alignment, stopped in to check it out. I was first drawn in by the $19 initial consultation and adjustment. As I stepped in, I was struck by the calm, modern decoration in the office. The receptionist is very friendly and put me at ease immediately.They got me through the initial paperwork in just a few minutes, the I got adjusted and on my way in less than 10 minutes after that. I think that the entire first visit took less than 20 minutes (and cost me less than $20). I got some adjustments that Ive never had before, despite seeing several other chiropractors in the past.Since then, Ive returned for several more adjustments to offset my office worker lifestyle. Even at the busiest times that Ive visited, Ive never had to wait longer than 10 minutes before my adjustment; I think that is great for a drop-in adjustment. Ive waited significantly longer at other practitioners even with an appointment.Not only would I refer a friend here, but I have referred my wife and talked with several other friends and relatives about The Joint Cottonwood Heights and Dr. Lloyd. In fact, I just bought the 20 adjustment pack to share with my wife.Although I havent had a need to try this yet, I also appreciate that I can visit another location of The Joint for an adjustment as well.I definitely recommend The Joint Cottonwood Heights to anyone needing a chiropractor, just dont make it too busy when I stop in; I call first in line.

This was an eye opening experience - I had no idea so many things were connected to the back and neck and the benefits of regular adjustments. Having never been adjusted, there is a lot of work to be done to get me in tip top shape, and the doctor explained everything fully.

I join the Joint 6 months ago. It started out great they had good chiropractors and staff. I loved the flexibility however now I only go on Monday nights now because they have had major inconsistent with doctors at this location and the only good one works on Monday so their went flexibility with time. In addition, their front desk seems to have really also taken a decline. Phones are off half the time going straight to voice mail. The wait time its 45 minutes instead of 15 min. They say because Mondays are busy night I think Mondays are busy because the other doctors are no longer worth seeing and the front desk seems to be making mistakes left and right. I tried to call and get on the list left voice mail but when I got their they refused to honor my call ahead and said their were only 2 people in front of me but then they messed up their was actual 4 people and it turned into a long wait. Plus they guys kept asking me my name every 10 minutes...to me it made me feel like he had no clue who was who and what was going on..... anyways I really felt inclined to write a review because of the decline in service at this particular location. I hope it improves I do like the concept and the pricing.

The chiropractor is very knowledgeable and knew how to make me feel comfortable immediately! I understand better why my back is hurting me and now have some ideas on how to make it feel better. I also bought a great package that allows me to go in several times this month to get adjusted.

I started going to the joint because I was getting several severe migraines and Dr. H aligned me so the migraines would stop. I have been migraine free for 3 months now! This place is so amazing! If I could give them 100 stars I would! Best chiropractor I have ever seen!

The Joint started out great. I was one of the first to jump on their subscription model. The doctors were friendly, effective, and informative. And their subscription model made it nice to be able to get adjusted often, and add someone to a family plan so that i can take care of my loved ones without breaking the bank.HOWEVER, when i went to put a pause on my account for a few months, my account was slapped with a fee equal to 2 months of the subscription.I wasnt told about this fee upon attempting to pause my subscription, nor was it in the original contract, nor through some sort of mail letting me know about the status of my account. I only found out about it after it went to collections.After contacting The Joint countless times, i was unable to get any assistance in resolving the situation. Many times i was told theyd call me back, and then never received a call.As a result of all of this, i am no longer a customer, as it doesnt work for me to support a company that just considers me another number in their system.

I’ve had issues with my back for a long time, finally decided to give a chiropractor a try since it’s just around the corner from work. Only took about 15 minutes and I left with more mobility than I’ve had in months and knowledge for how to keep it that way. Definitely recommend!#LFTHX

My husband and I have been going here for over a two years now. Both doctors are great, but we prefer going on Saturday and seeing Lauren (front desk) and Dr. Walburn. BOTH are amazing. Lauren is so personable and sweet, and Dr. Walburn always gets us back in place and feeling a lot better. Ive been to at least 10 different chiropractors, and he is the best. As a professional athlete I beat up my body on a regular basis. I cant afford to go to chiropractors as much as I needed until I found The Joint. I need regular care to help me with my balance and the monthly plan works for me. I also like the Doctors at the Sugar House clinic and they are open on Sundays which is a real plus.

The doctors and staff are very nice. Their prices are a little high in my opinion. To save money you have to sign up for 4 visits a month and cant cancel for the upcoming month you have to wait for 2 so its kind of a pain in the butt

As a student, having a membership here is the only possible way I could afford seeing a chiropractor 4 times a month. I love being able to just walk in, no appointment. Ive never waited more than 15 minutes and its usually less than 5. Dr Lloyd and Adelman are friendly and helpful and never rush you in and out. So grateful for the Joint and will continue to be a regular customer.

I have very, very mixed feelings about this place. The regular doctor who works M-F Dr. Hendricks is fantastic. He has done wonders for me after a car accident. His services have been a life saver. HOWEVER, one Saturday I went to get an adjustment, not realizing the regular doctor was not in. I really wish I knew the name of the chiropractor I saw this day. He was extremely awkward. He wasnt able to adjust me at all. I felt like he was some random person off the street that was telling me what to do and how to lay. I felt that he was touching me very inappropriately/sexually as well. I have been to many, many chiropractors and had hundreds of adjustments throughout the years and this one was different. I did not feel right about it. I tried to contact The Joint several times and speak to someone about this, but I have never been able to file a formal complaint.

Staff were great & professional. Easy online paperwork. Plan was easy to understand & very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Ive gone to Dr. Hendricks at the Joint for a few months. He does a fantastic job and is consistent in how I get adjusted to fix a problem. Who knew that misaligned hips could pinch a nerve in the middle of my back causing stomach issues? The longest wait Ive had to date was only 20 minutes. A big plus is that they have 2 doctors that work different days, so I was able to get a second opinion (and a 3rd from Sugar House!) Brittany is great at the front desk too!

The adjustments I get at the joint are 1/2 the price and twice as convenient. Walk in, check in by scanning your keychain and get a great adjustment and be on your way.Highly recommended!

I went to another chiropractor closer to where I live and it happened that even after the adjustments the headache kel for the whole day. I decided them to go to The Joint in Cottonwood Heights with Dr. Hendricks to get another adjustment and it was great. I already feel the migraine lessening and its been less than 10 minutes since I left his office. He is one of my favorites doctors at The Joint. Every time I go to get adjustments I feel better no matter how bad my muscle tension was before. Thank you!!
