The visit was way smoother this time and organized. The scheduling could be easier but not too shabby.

I updated my medical card after 6 months and haven’t received my 6 month renewal card. I called to explain I never gotten my updated medical card and the lady said I need to contact the state. But what department? Is there a certain number what? All she would say is “contact the state” get your medical card some where else they’re no help.

Very unprofessional, have had more then one bad experience with this company! If I can save anyone the hassle of having to deal with people, I will! The first doctor they sent me to, ended up getting sued(salt lake location) !! So I had to completely restart the process, which they did not help me with one bit! I had to fill out All of my own paper work, all the Evs stuff! After I paid them 300$!!! They never sent me any emails, I had to call myself, after months of not know what was going on! So they have me make an appointment at the Provo location with promises of better service. I get there a no one is there!! I call the very unprofessional receptionist, who begins to tell me they left work early because no one was coming!? Even though I had an appointment? So I make another appointment later that week, drive all the way to Provo! When I get there the receptions is walking out of the building carrying all her stuff to leave. Before closing once again, regardless of my appointment. She tells me that the provider has already left for the day. At this point I am bubbling.. I ask her call the provider and see if she can come back, which she does and she comes back for my appointment. Once the provider is there, the rest of the appointment went smoothly. She tells me I have to come back in 90 day to be re evaluated, free of charge. Call to make an appointment today, and I am told that there will be a 50$ fee to be seen again... Empathetix will give your free re evaluation!!! Save your self some time and money and don’t use this company.

Absolutely amazing people. I went in last week for my consultation and it was painless. Took about an hour and I was out the door, registration done and letter in hand. As well staff was super friendly, I saw some pretty rude patients while I was there and they handled it very professionally. Great!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They were very quick and full of information. My only complaint is their faxing process. My doctor’s office had to fax over my records three times before they received it. However, once received they offered for me to come right back in immediately. I give them four stars only because of the faxing fiasco, but I think it’s because they are so packed with appointments and patients being seen.

I am very satisfied with my experience at this Salt Lake site. The only complaint I have is with their apparent lack of concern with the current pandemic. All of the patients I saw were masked and conscientious about each other but the receptionist was very cavalier with no mask and a common pool of pens and clipboards. I think it would be more professional if she and the doctor had masks.

Green Health Docs were awesome. There were a couple of growing pains but they resolved them quickly and in a professional manner. I would recommend to anyone in need of a medical recommend.

Very nice staff. Open twice a week until 4.The doctor gave me a note to use at the dispensary while I wait for the card to be mailed in. I drive an hour to the dispensary, but the dispensary called the doctor to confirm what was on the piece of paper, but they didnt answer. I called and left a message to please call and confirm, that was not returned until after business hours, in which they said they called and confirmed the patient. When I went back to the dispensary, they said they had nothing.I paid $215 today in fees, and two hours of driving, and the note was useless and wasted my time because nobody could answer to confirm.The staff was still very nice, and today may have been a fluke, but still very frustrating.

I have been a person who has suffered from a lot of mental and physical trauma over a span of many years. It’s very unexplainable but when I talked to the Doc he knew I wasn’t lying and he could see I was so anxious that he told me don’t worry and it just made me feel better. After speaking to him it was like going through a therapy session I’ve been attending for so many years. I swear I left there feeling better than I went in because I was heard and he helped me.

Gather round, kids. I’m going to give it to you straight.These guys are great, kind, professional, and don’t want to see you hooked on meds that are addictive or unhealthy. Please, be prepared for your visit, and it will go very smooth.Expect to pay a total of $215.Get your medical records together (if you’ve been seeing a chiropractor, PT, or other methods... BRING DOCUMENTS). This will get you through the process faster. Expect to wait until Wednesday to get your card (you go in on Saturday, and it’s e-mailed). You need to register a profile with the state (they will help you do this at the clinic). Once the doc submits your application, YOU NEED TO WAIT before you go running to the dispensary. You’ve managed yourself this long, Wednesday is right around the corner. Dropping bad reviews is garbage, because you can’t go get weed TODAY! The staff is masked, and offers seating for social distancing. One man wasn’t wearing a mask, but his condition may be a reason, and it’s none of my business, because I wore mine, and that’s life. You will need to sign with a pen that others are using. Bring sanitizer, and your own pen if you don’t like it.I was treated with respect, and kindness, and witnessed the staff treat everyone else the same.

Seems like a scam to me. Went through the hoops and has a consult with the Dr. Once it was time for her to do her part with the state she never did. Over a month i called customer service, they then tell me Oh she doesnt work with us anymore. We can set you up with someone else or refund your $200 for the visit Ok i wanted a refund here it is a month after she told me she would refund me my money, i talked to 3 ppl between now and then and they assured me it was going to be sent, and now July 27th they charged my card another $200!!!!! Called today they said oh well if we did charge you again we will refund that one but not the other one. I told them i had 4 ppl tell me that it was happening and they said oh well we cant. If you send us a statement that you really for charged twice we will refund the second one. So here i was going to get $200 back got charge $200 instead so there for should get $400 back now only $200, that is even if i got the darn thing back. Been waiting for over a month for the other refund. Go to a private DR!!!!
