Not sure how the service is because they are supposed to open at 9, it is WAY AFTER 9, and there is no one here to open it. Totally unprofessional. Cant even rely on them to be OPEN ON TIME. (Or even by 30 minutes after posted opening!!!!)

Went to have my glasses replaced because they are scratched, I also wanted a pair of prescription safety glasses. The person helping me pulled my name up on the computer. I was told my prescription has expired and I would need an exam. If my glasses werent scratched they would work just fine so I dont need an exam. I was willing to spend a bit of money on glasses and didnt feel I needed another exam. The only response was we cant do that.So I asked for my prescription so I could order glasses online and ,surprise, they they cant do that either. I was told only the original examiner in woodbury could give me my prescription, but I had the impression they were under no obligation to do so considering theyre just a phone call away. Taking my business ssomewhere else where they may be able to request my prescription. Doesnt matter if I need an exam or not I should be able to get my prescription without the run around.
