Very Excellent experience here! Everyone is friendly and really makes you feel important while being there. One of the bests places with the best people I’ve seen in a long time. Andrew Johnson is very involved and makes you feel heard about symptoms or concerns with medication. Felt heard and understood when i left my appointment!

The help and office staff are so nice..the atmosphere is very relaxing and my family member was pleased to meet her new therapist. He was very responsive and proactive, making his recommendations easy to understand.

The physical office itself is beautiful and clean. There was relaxing music playing, and the receptionist was polite and patient. I saw Dr. Jennifer Sebastian, and she was great! She was easy to talk to. Very understanding. She seemed to actually listen to me. She was professional and super helpful. She explained my plan of care very well and made sure I was on board and understood everything. She also explained the new medication she was prescribing for me very well and answered all my questions. I’ll see her again in a month and I look forward to it. I really appreciate her services.

Sheena Patel is professional, friendly and caring. I get the feeling she values my input and that I am an active participant in treatment of my depression and anxiety. She is prompt with medication as well.Luther, her assistant is wonderful. He does all he can to assist patients/clients with setting up appointments that are convenient for them. At least, that has been my experience. Im glad I got a referral to PNS a couple years ago.

By really listening to me (so important!), he has determined which medications I could most benefit from, as well as the just right doses to prescribe for the best possible results. Jen Sebastian is a God send to my life. Our monthly check-ins to manage my adhd and anxiety medications helps me tremendously to prevent forgetting or delaying getting my much needed medication until its too late and I run out, which I used to do all the time in previous years. Im also battling and searching for proper diagnosises and treatment for a lot of really difficult, chronic physical health issues. Jen listens to my progress updates every month with compassion and offers me invaluable support and encouragement that helps me so much to keep a positive attitude and brings so much comfort and confidence that Im at least in control of my mental health and able to manage my ADHD and anxiety in the best possible way. I know shes always there if I need her and the office is very helpful and patient with me as well, when assistance is needed.

Jennifer has been so compassionate and caring as to how I’m feeling. I have met with some PA’s there that are just in a hurry to get you out of there. I feel she truly cares.💞

Yvette Elpidpo is an excellent compassionate employee of Pacific Neuropsychiatric Specialist. I have been going to Yvette for over 4 1/2 years. Im very happy with her compassion and listening heart. It was my first time seeking help from a professional. I was very nervous. Dr. Patel was great. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed.I have know been under Dr.Patel’s care for three months. She is amazing. She answers any questions you have. I feel like I have support and I’m cared for. Luther who works with her is amazing. I have been in contact with him and he’s easy to talk to and returns calls with a timely manner.

Pacific Neuropsychiatric Specialists is the best medical group I have been treated by in my life.They performed a DNA test on me during my first appointment and the first medication I was prescribed has been very effective. My treatment guidance by Brooke and then, Alex has been very helpful.

Meeting with Alex Mule has been a blessing because hes very down-to-earth, gives me an opportunity to share what I need and listens to me and values what I say. Hes flexible on appointment issues even when I forget to dial in and connect to Zoom . He still gives me a call and we work it out. Once there was a problem with a medication he prescribed that made my blood pressure high and my primary doctor put me on HBP against my request. When I told Alex we sat together and he verified what I had researched and realized it was true so he changed my medication and brought my blood pressure to normal again. His humility, honesty and apology for that made me realize that he was for keeps. Any other doctors or Physicians assistants would just ignore you as if you dont know what youre talking about but he actually listens and if its valid he works with you on it . I recommend him to anyone except just make sure that you save time for me. LOL!

I was never seen by the leading psychiatrist for the whole 6 months that I went there. I was always seen by an assistant (Jennifer Sebastian) without knowing that she is NOT a doctor simply because she didn’t introduce herself with her credentials or her position. Moreover she never corrected me when I called her “doctor” during my visits, she never mentioned that she is not! She increased my medications dosage tremendously and when I got into complications, her answer was “I don’t know why, ask the pharmacist” which put me and later the pharmacist in shock. Obviously no supervision by Dr. Alva, only he banks the moneyThis place deserves zero star, never will go back

I have been there in person. It is a nice facility. Formerly I have been going to the office in Orange. The readiness of coffee is nice too 😀But due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I have been doing mostly phone appointments. The nurse practioner I talk with is very professional and nice to talk to.
