I am a semi-regular visitor and usually I am satisfied but this past visit was pretty bad. I guess I should have done a self-examination before leaving. Significant amount of hair missed entirely by Summer, my waxologist. Was kept waiting also - this after their strict you must be on time or else policy. No plans to return.

My waxer was patient, talked things over with me, explained what she was doing as she did it - and was just generally great to talk to. She made me feel comfortable and confident in what she was doing.And damn, my eyebrows look amazing now. Booked again for three weeks from now!

Heather is best & she is meticulous with Brazilian’s....I seriously won’t even go to anyone else anymore: fabulous, fabulous!!! She’s in Irvine and Costa Mesa locations don’t love how convenient it is too!!

I experienced awful customer service and rude employees! I ended up turning back and leaving the store without using their service as I was so disappointed by how they treated me and other customers over there!!! Would not recommend visiting this place and will urge other to find a place the respects its customers

First time client decided to walk away. I definitely do not feel comfortable giving this establishment my debit card information to receive a Brazilian wax. Firstly, its a 15 minute appointment. Secondly, this policy is something that should be done after first service. Why would I give my info to an establishment Ive never visited before. Its customary with other salon/spas to imply these kinds of policies AFTER an initial visit. Would not recommend or visit here due to this flawed policy.

I had been coming here frequently up until I moved. I moved back to the area and came back to OC wax for my brow wax. Rachael helped me for the first time and created a big gap in the middle of my eyebrows. I was devastated, I reached out to the owner to ask for Revita Brow or some kind of credit. The manage offered for me to come back in to fix it, but how do you fix missing hair? I sent her photos etc. The owner reached out and was told that was how my brows should look and that she found me on social media to investigate my brows. Long story short, I wouldt recommend this place to anyone.

Been coming here for years & seeing Kalyn. Shes wonderful. I wouldnt ever even think of going anywhere else!
