Very pleasant experience! The doctor had good bedside manners and he was very informative with what he was going to do next! He let you know what was coming up next! I will definitely be coming back here for my regular eye exams!

The Optometrist was extremely pleasant. No hard selling, no lectures, very patient. He explained things in common language so it was easy to understand.

Dr. was very helpful and friendly. Very thorough examination. I wore my contacts and he rechecked my eyes to ensure the contacts and my vision were both good. My previous optometrists didn’t do this. Very happy with the experience. Go here for your eye exam.

Dr. Liu is a wonderful doctor. She explained everything to me well, she explained my cataract diagnosis and recommended a list of great cataract surgeons. She calmed my fears and explained that cataract surgery technology has advanced and I have nothing to worry about.

Dr. Uehara was extremely meticulous and thorough with the exam and his explanations. Really helpful in answering all of my questions. Would definitely come back again should I need prescriptions in the future.

Store was very nice your Associates are great. Doctor did a great job. But your glasses are way overpriced good thing I had Medicare they paid for most of it and even what they pay for I still had to pay $65 what a rip off.

What a great little operation. The doctor was awesome and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The staff in the optical center was also amazing. Everyone is using masks and they make sure any glasses you try on are sanitized. Highly recommend this location.

I normally go to Dr. Uehara and he has always been a 5 star Doctor. i needed a Monday appointment so i switched to Trinidad, Charlene. I was very disappointed. she said my eye strength was the same as last year, however i could not see with my current strength of contacts. i was in and out in less than 10 minutes and paid 130.00. No more AAA discount as well. i will not see her again. I will go to Uehara. He takes his time and has always been a nice and patient Doctor.

Wonderful experience on Friday, March 6, 2020. Taken back early for my exam. No hassles. Doctor was extremely friendly and discussed my current eye health more than any optometrist before. Took my VSP insurance and the staff was very helpful in helping me get my contact supply with the insurance discount. This place is my go to optometrist for me and my family moving forward!

I had a great experience at Pacific Coast Optometry for my eye exam and I felt very comfortable under the care of their doctor and Melissa. The doctor explained everything very clearly and I didnt feel rushed at all. Melissa helped me shop around in their store and I was able to find great glasses for my prescription.

Fantastic experience! The women in the office were so kind and the doctor was wonderful at taking her time to explain everything to me. I couldnt have asked for better customer service.

The doctor was knowledgeable, kind, and patiently answered all my questions. Kimberly and the other ladies who helped with selecting frames and ordering lenses provided great customer service. I spent hours trying on all the cute frames and then I even changed my mind after ordering and Kimberly remained generous and patient the whole time.

I no longer have insurance and was putting off getting new glasses until I just couldnt wait anymore. After researching, I decided on the optical center in Target.Im so glad I did! The normal dr. was out, but her replacement was courteous and professional. I intended on buying glasses online, because theyre cheap, but wasnt stoked on the reviews of these places online. Turns out, the glasses here were affordable!! Ray Ban frames, and 50% off lenses ( I scored - good timing ) plus a $25 off for 1at time patients and the girl doing the fittings also hooked up another $10 off using my AAA membership. Also have to mention the girl working the optical center (#589203-dont remember her name) was very friendly and had a customer that insisted he made an appointment the same as mine....she handled him with tact and firmness, and was able to calm him down. She is an asset to your business. Kudos to her and your store.
