I just had to chime in here as I stumbled upon these reviews!Now under the guise of Laser Dermatology Institute...I went into their office almost 20 years ago and the waiting room seating configuration was in rows, just like the DMV --- Unlike the DMV, however, the protocol was get em in and out as fast as you can...I was vulnerable at the time and just experienced the dissolution of an 8-year romantic relationship. I had stage performances to attend to and was slightly insecure about a facial blemish.In a nutshell, I paid $450 for a 2-second laser treatment that didnt do anything. I was informed that I could also do a Beta Lift-X treatment for $400.00.I told the office that Id think about it and get back. Fortunately and thankfully, during my research, I found the best dermatologist ever, Alan Mantell, M.D. in Glendale, CA.I asked for the same Beta Lift-X treatment and they charged me $35.00Moral of the story: In in every field there is there is the good and bad and the ugly.This organization is the bad and the ugly...

He is very knowledgeable physician and I feel very comfortable in his care throughout the entire procedure. Within a few sessions, I could quickly notice the results. I couldnt be happier!

Great experience overall! To be honest, I am very impressed with how Dr. Jacob do his job. Came here to clear out some acne scar and everything went well. It was very effective! The entire procudure took a couple of hours and Dr. Jacob made sure I am very relaxed and comfortable. The staffs as well were very accommodating, professional and caring too. When I made an appointment with them through a phone call, the receptionist was very responsive and she was able to clearly answer all the questions asked. I love it here! This is the worst dermatology office in the country. Their entire business is a scam. They lure you in with their TV and Radio AD’s only to find yourself in a room with a financial consultant, not a doctor. This consultant will promise you amazing results for thousands and thousands of dollars. Once you are a few treatments in they will tell you that more treatments are needed at an additional thousands of cost. Dr. Rispler does not care about his patients, he is all about the money. This business is a complete scam.

Ive visited Dr. Jacob Rispler a three weeks ago and was very glad that he did an excellent job for an LDI Laser Acne Scar Removal Treatment. Had some problem with my acne and pimples that keeps on popping out. I arrived 10 minutes earlier on the day of my appointment and was immediately accommodated by the receptionist. Dr. Rispler was very friendly, thorough and was very impressed with his skills. On my first session, I could quickly notice the improvements in my skin. Thank you Dr. Rispler!

I came into this office for questions at first.. I wanted to know a lil more about the treatments. Im beginning to noticed my forehead expressions, my smile lines and even small folds on my face that werent there before, I kept hearing the commercials and decided to call them. Calling LDI was the best thing I could have ever done for my self! I had my first skin tightening treatment about 2 weeks ago and I couldnt be happier with my results. Dr. Rispler let me know that my skin will continue to improve with time. ☺ I can already tell the difference in how my skin looks, I can only imagine what it will look like when Im done with my treatments. 🤗 I highly recommend Dr. Rispler and his Staff. Oh yeah and I go to the office in Costa Mesa. 😊 But they do have other offices. I normally dont write reviews but Im so happy with my decision of improving my skin I had to share it with everyone! I had to change my review to a 1 star because my sagging jawline has gotten worse after a year. The tight feeling on my face diminished after 3 months. I would not recommend this laser tightening to anyone especially at this office. The nurse practitioner was very rough on me and it was a painful process and extremely costly $5,000 dollars for two sessions to get such horrible results. Dr. Rispler checked me out the first time and criticized the Juvaderm someone else applied on me. You never criticize someone else’s work and I didn’t ask his opinion. I saw him once again after the first treatment for 5 minutes to check out what the nurse practitioner had done and I never saw him again. He’s not the friendliest doctor and human kindness goes a long way. Never again
