I booked three appointments for myself, my mom and my sister. The online portal was easy to navigate but it was more convenient just to call in and ask questions during the booking as well. They were super communicative before even arriving and even more hospitable when we arrived. Mark and their entire staff were friendly and helpful during the whole process. My mom and sister really enjoyed their European facial and I had an awesome deep tissue massage. Evie gave me some good after care instructions and we’re heading back this week for another fun day at the spa!!

My friend and I were on a girls mini staycation. Called around noon for availability for a facial and massage. Lucky for us we got in that evening. We had an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. We loved meeting their friendly dog Buddy. I got a facial with Jenna and I have to say that it was one of the best facials I’ve had in a very long time. She definitely has great technique. Thank you Jenna!! I will be coming back since I don’t live too far. To top it off we were offered a homemade slice of cake before we left. Omg it was delicious!!!

Wonderful place for massages and other body work. They even have a gym on-site. Fantastic staff and atmosphere, you instantly feel at peace once walking in. The parking in the front can get a bit full but theres parking on the side and rear of the complex. And the best part - they have homemade cookies in the front for customers! They are divine!

She was fantastic! Very professional, thorough, and current on trends/skin care developments. The staff are very welcoming, creating a stress-free environment and maintaining a spotless venue. I had a ulna nerve issue years ago. My primary care doctor referred me to a surgeon. The surgeon said I NEEDED an Ulna Release where they remove a muscle in my arm and reroute the Ulna Nerve to make the path shorter. Instead, I enlisted the help of the BodyCentre Day Spa. I am very proud to say that within about a month, they got the symptoms under control and with a few more months of regular therapy, I have lived a regular life.The staff led by the leadership of Kelly, is nothing less than FIVE STARS.Thank you Kelly and your team!!!

I had the best massage Ive had in a long time! My massage therapist was Jasmine for an 85 minute deep tissue massage. Jasmine was confident in her technique and applied just the right amount of pressure, spending time on the areas she could tell needed more work which is exactly what I asked for. She was consistent throughout and never rushed even as the massage came to an end. I left the room feeling brand new and the effects have definitely lasted. My overall experience at the day spa was great, the staff was friendly and they had complimentary pastries to offer afterwards, just like the reviews say. I had also checked out their website prior to my appointment and was so excited to see that they are woman-owned and operated, with a diverse staff! I am more than happy to support a good business, especially in these times. I will definitely be back and booking with Jasmine again.

OMG!!! I came for the Saturday morning FREE boot camp with Mark & Kelley. I am in love with everything about them and their training.It is my 2nd time here. The first time it was a handful of people in the parking lot working a hard core kick my bootie boot camp.The 2nd time here we were I the gym with a handful of people. Mark took the time to walk me through motion of the weight, aligning the body, and getting a LOT out the circuit training.Kelley then handed me a complimentary blueberry bliss bar (all healthy) and eggs with homemade salsa. They wanted to make sure I ate, so they gave them both to me out of care and not profit.Check them out on Saturday’s at 7 am for boot camp. You will feel their passion, love, and commitment to others living a better life.

I can’t say enough about Body Centre Day Spa. I started going to get massages when I was in my third trimester and extremely uncomfortable. The entire team was so helpful and friendly. Because of Covid, they have been diligent about taking temps and wearing masks so I always felt safe. After I gave birth to my son I started experiencing severe Migraines. The owner suggested that I come try the barometric tank. I spent an hour in the tank and miraculously felt the first relief I felt in days. After getting out, they insisted that I get a quick neck and head massage which also was so helpful. The owners are so knowledgeable about overall health and wellness and they have a ton of bio-hacking devices at the Centre in addition to the spa services and a small gym. This place is the real deal and I can not recommend them more.

Loved coming here, staff were all so friendly. They know how to treat people here. That to me is valuable. My sisters and I had a facial done, I dont remember the name of the lady who attended us, but she did a great job. I highly recommend this place, and as you can see already this place has great reviews. Sadly I wont be able to come since I live in Texas, but when I do visit ...this is a must place to come. Who ever owns this place, just want to say youve done an amazing job, your staff do a great job as well thank you.

Our party cant stop raving about this place!I contacted BodyCentre Day Spa to schedule a special occasion for a bachelorette party. We were a group of 7 from out of town. Kelley went above and beyond and even provided additional service to make our visit that much more special. To start, she provided us with delicious homemade cupcakes and cider. We also got to meet Buddy who is the cutest!Even with last minute changes as my party decided to upgrade to different types of massage, Kelley immediately coordinate among her staff to provide the service. Massage rooms were very clean and inviting. The scented candles provided the perfect aroma to keep calm. All massage therapist were very attentive and very skilled in their expertise massages. AMAZING!I must say the level of customer service and attention to detail is outstanding. My entire party were very impress and wish to not leave! We only wish we had a spa like this in Texas!Definitely recommend! =)

Heather was amazing with the relaxation massage, working on every part of my body, using hot towels in between and even gave me a small head massage in the end! Loved it! I had a European Facial with Esthetician Marley Ramirez. Everything was organic, smelled great, and made my skin glow. She is so friendly and knowledgeable — can’t wait to return for another facial here.

I came up from San Diego because there’s nothing like this place nearby. The atmosphere was very welcoming and cozy. Kelly was very knowledgeable and helpful picking out a service that fit my needs and skin. She knew everything about everything and directed me in the direction I needed.I went with the hot stone massage which was amazing. Asha is so strong and knew how to help me relax. The stones were a good temperature and used the entire time which was important to me.I also got the red carpet facial which was so fun and was done by Alex. I got to try all the fun treatments I see on Instagram and felt so rejuvenated afterward. When I walked out everyone even said so (and when I came in I was looking TIRED).Everyone here is very welcoming but most importantly they know their stuff which is vital at a spa and is hard to come by! Ive had the pleasure and fortune of enjoying this place for over a year when I first met Kelly. She encourages more of a family setting than a staff where youre greeted with a smile and warmth every day. I started coming in for massages to help my back from work. Sonia is great and I hear is returning soon. Ive been working with Mark for some time now in their gym and continue to learn more about myself through his direction and support. Youve probably driven by and never noticed them, once you put your toe in the water and try them out youll drive by and always think to just stop in and say hello.

Have had a few massages with Cedric. He is a soft, gentle and polite young man, who’s massages are extraordinarily good. He is naturally intuitive and able to fine tune the session to what the body requires. Cannot recommend him highly enough. An absolute professional.

My boyfriend got me a spa package as an anniversary gift. It was amazing!! I had never gotten a massage or facial before and I was extremely nervous leading up to it. Once I was inside, I just got even more nervous. I had a wonderful massage therapist, I wish I could remember her name but I was so nervous when she introduced herself to me I cant remember. As soon as I told her it was my first massage, she explained everything to me and she really helped me relax before the massage started. She was nothing short of amazing and I couldnt have asked for a better first time experience. She has set the bar extremely high! After that I got my first facial from Sandy and once again she was very attentive and did a fantastic job! I would recommend this to anyone! I am definitely coming back!

This place is my escape. I go to Lisa for my waxing, she is awesome! I recently had a facial by Lisa, and it was amazing. Lisa is very knowledgeable about the skin and different skin conditions and what products work best for your skin. The environment is very soothing and relaxing, I feel as if I am floating when I leave, even after a waxing.

Excellent massage. The therapists here are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They take care of your aches and pains in a customized way. You will want to come back as often as possible. The spa experience is relaxing and makes a great get-away from the busy day.

I dont usually write complaints but this one merited it. I didnt even step foot into their spa because their receptionist was so rude over the phone. When I called back to inform the manager, the manager kept talking over me. She defended her receptionists poor customer service, implying that I was upset because I couldnt understand her employee. I explained I hold advanced degrees and work with English learners, and never have been treated this poorly. I was a potential first-time customer, trying to give them 3 message appointments, but after this I passed. There are so many other spas where one can get a massage, without service this horrible. Dont go here!

I went there almost a week ago and to say I was a little nervous is a bit of an understatement. I had never gone to a spa before and my mom said that she loved this spa in particular because the staff was very kind, the rooms were incredibly clean, and the massage therapists were nothing short of professional. I am very pleased to say that they were all of that and then some! When I come out in that direction again, I am most definitely going to set up an appointment with them! Thank you again ladies!!

I dont usually write reviews but had to just commend the staff at the Body Centre on several counts today. First, the person who answered the phone was extremely courteous and helpful, even when I had to call back and reschedule for today instead of tomorrow. He went above and beyond to not only find me an appointment that worked for my schedule but also arranged that certain necessary accommodations were made. I didnt catch his name but he was great. The massage therapist I normally go to was not available and my appointment today was with Jules. She was excellent and adjusted her massage to accommodate my injured neck perfectly. Jules, thank you for a terrific massage! My neck hasnt felt this good since the accident!!

I am very disappointed in this place. I purchased a Groupon and scheduled my appointment for September 26, 2018. I spoke to the owner Kelly when I first called. I told her that I had Chronic Lyme disease and asked her which masssage would be best for me. She was so nice to me on the phone. She told me she also had Lyme disease. I felt like we were on the same plane and it was nice to talk to someone I could relate to. She suggested Josiah for a Relaxation and Back Massage. I asked if he would be good. She said yes. So I booked the appointment. I asked her if there were any oils they could use (specifically lavender and peppermint). She said normally they dont include that but she would do it for me since I had Lyme and she related to me. She also said she would update Josiah as to my condition and that she would be there when I arrived to help me with any questions or concerns I might have and get me acquainted with the spa. Then she said she would talk to me about other devices or services to help me with my Lyme disease and that she totally understood since she had Lyme disease. When I arrived for my massage on Wednesday evening, Josiah (who was very nice) greeted me at the door. I filled out the paperwork and asked if Kelly was there. She did not even bother to show up at all. She had already left the spa and left no message for me.Josiah knew nothing about my condition. Kelly never updated him. I asked Josiah for the lavender and peppermint oils and there were none to be found in the entire spa (which I find very difficult to believe)! You think they could have made more effort!!! I asked for an extra 15 minutes which I paid $15.00 for also. Josiah did provide that. He actually had some very interesting techniques.I also spoke to the Assistant Manager and Kellys husband Mark and explained how disappointed I was that Kelly was not there. Mark said he would try to contact her and she would hopefully come over.Well, then the story changed and Kelly could not make it there like she said she was going to in the first place. I left a message with Josiah, the Assistant Manager, and Mark (Kellys husband) and asked them to have Kelly call me back. I said I thought it would be nice to have a massage gratuitously since Kelly did not show up and I did not receive the oils like she said. No one mentioned anything! I never received a call back from Kelly.I called 2 days later on Friday, September 28, 2018, to speak to Kelly. I was screened by Frederick who said she wasnt available. Frederick asked me what it was regarding. I told Frederick I never received a call back from Kelly. So I left a message with Frederick. After speaking to a friend regarding this situation, I then I decided to call Frederick back and explain that I did not have a very good experience.I then received a call back from Kellys husband Mark. He told me he spoke to Kelly and she did not recall telling me about the oils at all! Hello? Why would I say that in the first place? I did not make it up! I told them from the beginnning! Also, I asked Mark why he didnt tell Kelly that I wanted a return call. He said he did not remember that either. He was too busy working out in the gym and setting up new equipment. There is a serious lack of communication at this business!Mark just put me off and said, Just let me know if we can do anything for you in the future and I am sorry if there was miscommunication! Wow! Thats it huh?I have had much better massages elsewhere and I will never come back to this spa EVER again. I used to go to the Lake Forest location and gave them a lot of business back then. If my experience here had been better, I would have given them a lot of business, but sadly to say it was not.Kelly, here are just a few words of advice. If you want to run a business well, you need to care more about your customers and not just talk about it. I have Lyme disease too. I am not perfect either. But if I cannot make a commitment, then I at least call!
