I have been going to the studio for almost 3 years. My workouts with Jean are always consistently excellent. I have lost inches as well as weight. Jean always makes me feel comfortable. The studio is always clean and inviting.

I got to know Jean shortly after she opened her studio. My husband and I had just moved to Corvallis, and my Pilates instructor in my former home town had done some research and recommended Jean. From day one, I loved Jean’s way of teaching. Her energy level is very high, she is strict but at the same time very caring. When my sciatica plagues me, Jean knows just the right exercises for me and I feel much better afterwards. She has deep knowledge of kinesiology, and her workouts are always fun! Jean and I have become good friends over the years. In the meantime my husband has also started doing Pilates with Jean, and he loves it! During these Corona times we work out with Jean via Skype on our Pilates Reformer at home. We always look forward to our next session with Jean!Inge H.

Midlife low back pain and tight hip flexors led me to pilates at Studio Cloud 9. After 10 sessions of reformer classes over several weeks I feel a significant improvement in overall strength, posture, flexibility and huge reduction in low back and hip pain. I recommend pilates for individuals of any age and/or fitness level. Jean offers modifications to various exercises, tailoring the workouts to individual capabilities and needs. She makes everyone feel welcome and at home. The yoga classes and mat pilates classes are excellent as well.
