Extremely sympathetic and professional. Had to put down a horse . The doctors were very informative kind and compassionate. Made a very difficult decision as painless as possible.

I am terrible disappointed in the reliability of this hospital. They close at the drop of at hat. They closed due to COVID during an extended period of time and now they closed due to poor air quality. They have patient appointments on the book and could be indoors for those patients or could wear a mask if outdoors and yet cant meet? It is not like they are exercising. Other vets are seeing patients during both of these situations. They do have the skills but you cant count on them to be open.
