The staff was fun, friendly, helpful, and everything you expect from a Budtender--Thank you, Mikaela! They had exactly what I needed within budget. Clean, neat shop. I like that the presentation shelves arent too overwhelmed with merchandise. Great displays. I loved that the staff and I laughed together. Will return!

I have never once had a good experience in this store. Multiple employees have been quite rude on multiple occasions. I would recommend a complete overhaul in staffing. Never experienced such consistently rude employees at a business before. Definitely not coming back to this store even though it is by far the closest. Try Beaver Bowls or Green Room instead.

Super easy and convenient! Everything was easy to find and I didnt feel like I was being rushed. The staff are always easy to talk to and they always answer all of my questions!

The prices were decent and the store itself was clean and professional. Id been in stores with friends, but this was my first time purchasing anything for myself, and I had no idea about dosage for edibles. After being very clear that this was the first time I had ever tried THC of any kind, I was directed towards 50mg per piece gummies, and told that I didnt have to worry about cutting them up, and that I should just take one whole, then another in an hour, and keep taking them after that until I felt something. From this, I assumed that they didnt contain too much, and was less cautious than I would have been otherwise. After taking one, and then half of the second one in an hour and the other half thirty minutes from that, I was incapacitated and had some pretty bad side effects, including sharp static-like pain for around 4.5 hours total. I should have looked it up myself, absolutely, and I take responsibility for that. It might be a good idea though, to have some sort of dosage chart for employees concerning edibles for new users. 100mg isnt for first time users and is on the highest dosage end from what I see online, and Im afraid how much worse it would have been if I did follow the employees advice exactly as given. I tend to trust the person behind the counter concerning the use of their own products, for worse in this case.

Ordered online. Items on site not clearly marked with enough description. Ordered 5 dab from the concentrate section. 3 in my bag are Kief! Ordered a oz of tree, picture showing buds-recieved ground up. What can be done? Nothing. We will never be customers here again. Given multiple chances between two stores in Corvallis.

I wasnt able to write this until now, but about 2 weeks back if that i had the girl at the front counter take me and my finaces IDs and search us up on the internet and told us because she cant find us she had to turn us away , mind you ive gone into this dispensary many times. It was very unprofessional in my opinion. I asked around to a few dispensaries to see if that was normal i even asked the other nice guy location and they all told me theyve never heard of that.

Used to be my go-to dispensary, used to. I specifically loved their rewards system and that’s what kept me coming back. What is the point of not letting customers use their rewards points if they choose to? I don’t care what specials you have running on that particular day, if my rewards points will save me money and you’re daily specials won’t, why can’t I use my rewards points? Plenty of other great dispensaries in Corvallis that have reward systems to. Until this is fixed, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Best weed place Ive ever been to! The name fits since everyone working there is a gem, reminds me of half-baked too. The bud is absolute fire, even the cheap stuff. Their deals are great, a nice selection of glassware and smoking accessories, plus a variety of weed/concentrates.

I first started going to the Mr Nice Guys on 3rd and although its still my OG spot. Once they moved my favorite budtender, Gina to 15th I had to start going there too. But Evan at 3rd is the bomb and makes my visits there so worth it. So I love both locations because I have a favorite at each! Have a good day yall and shop Mtlr Nice Guys. Loved that I could look through all of their stock online, pick out exactly what I wanted, and then pick it up from the store. Staff was great, very friendly and helpful.

An employee named Summer tried to lie to me and tell me that a $12 gram was $15 when it had been marked down on dutchie. When I showed her my phone she said she didnt have any control over it. Thats when I called the other store in Corvallis and the assistant manager informed her she needed to change the price. She was very rude, the other employee let it all happen. Once the assistant manager from the other store fixed the price, I drove over there and gave them their tips. Worst experience of all. I left in tears.UPDATED- So, my question is how many people/patients did she overcharge and dont the Dutchie prices sync with your prices on your systems?

On Sunday, 6/28 my friend Nancy stopped by this location as she does each Sunday to pick up her order that she had placed on line. When told the amount by Colton she commented that it did not seem to be correct because she should be getting the Sunday discount. He stated that she could look at the receipt when he brought it back. Upon returning he handed a zip locked bag into the car through my side (passenger) which I had to hand across to Nancy to open, remove the receipt, and look at it. He didnt pause, he simply handed the bag to me and walked away. Nancy immediately saw the problem on the receipt and called out to him. He stopped approximately 10-15 feet away and made no effort to return to the vehicle so she had to lean across and shout over me out the passenger window to him! She said Theres a problem with my order, I didnt get the discounts. He replied Thats not our problem that came from corporate. They sent out an email that only certain ones would be discounted. If youve got a problem with that you can take it up with them and he was actually walking to the door as he yelled it back across the parking lot! Nancy said Hey, but Im not happy with this order! I didnt get any email and there was nothing on the website about it! I dont feel good about doing business here now! Colton was standing at the door with it pulled open and turned to the car, yelled back Good! We dont want you coming back here anyway and went into the business! Needless to say she was shocked since she told me she spends an average of $150 each Sunday at that location and always has great service! I offered to call to get a manager since she was driving. A male answered the phone and I asked to speak to the manager. I was told he was on vacation and I could call back after July 10th. I quickly asked for whomever was acting manager and was told she was busy and I could wait. I immediately said I had a receipt with register Tom on it and had a problem with someone in the parking lot. He answered Yes. I said are you Tom and he said we have a register Tom. At this point I recognized his voice and said specifically, are you the person that just had the altercation in the parking lot? He said yes. I asked his name and he said Colton. I said Colton, my friend wasnt trying to give you a hard time she was trying to talk to you and let you know there was a problem with her order. He responded I dont get paid to talk to you, you can wait for the manager if you want to. I said yes, I would wait. When the acting manager got on the line I gave the phone to Nancy and they resolved it to her satisfaction, however be warned that your experience at this location could be VERY different apparently depending on who you work with! This order ended up costing my friend almost $60 more than any other order, along with getting treated badly. Hopefully management considers the fact that Colton doesnt believe speaking to customers is part of his job description.

Went in with some questions about vapes, Cameron assisted me, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Outstanding customer service experience, he even gave me one of his personal lighters. Will be returning here in the future and recommending to others!

I had a great time here. The smell that greeted me was amazing! Kyle was my budtender, and a super nice guy. He was very attentive and let me shop at my own pace while asking engaging questions. Its an open store and easy to get around and see everything they have to offer, which is vast. I got some jokes and laughs from the other staff and a handshake from Kyle after my purchase. They offer a first time buyer discount. It was quite an enjoyable experience and look forward to my next visit.

The early morning budtenders act like they have more important things to do than tend to customers.They no longer carry the product sanctions I like and Im constantly told to go look 1.5 miles away at the other Mr Nice Guy near downtown.What a waste of space.Why keep a chain of dispensaries if each other store can stock its shelves differently.No consistency whatsoever.

Great dabs weird rules. Had a no phone rule which was a first for me. The dabs were a little pricey at 24 a gram for a gram of dabs. But they didnt disappoint.

Was okay, was offered a 40$ ounce just come back at 1pm for an extra discount. I go I come back and he tells me he was wrong and that its 42$ a half and thats with med prices. Then had a really hard time trying to remember or explain to me what deal was going on. So i just got it and left. But probably wont shop there. If you tell someone your going to sell them something for a price you should keep your word.

When it comes to customer service and a wide variety of expense options, Mr. Nice Guy is killing it!!! The staff are always helpful and friendly and in fact last week I bought wedding favors here and found a large variety, ranging in prices, of vape cartridges that lasted the whole three day event! Saved my trip!!! Thanks Mr. Nice Guy!

I Help manage La Mota in Lebanon and this place is legit! They got some high quality concentrates for decent prices. Whenever I am passing through Corvallis I try to stop by.

Generally don’t have issue with this shop, red haired worker is extremely rude, tried to take an extra $5 and accused me of lying about it when I pointed it out. Hopefully he is dealt with.

Came in last night around 9 and the budtender at the window told me and my friend that our IDs were fake (they are very obviously real Oregon IDs, I wouldn’t be writing this if they weren’t) and curses at us to get out of the store. Very rude experience from an employee who certainly needs to be retrained on IDs and have his temper checked. My friend and I have never had problems in the past year shopping here or at any other place for that matter. Absolutely ridiculous.

They have nice weed but the leafy menu is consistently wrong. Three separate times the menu states high thc flower for $6 per gram. All three times they had same story: that was a mistake. Thats actually false advertising.

This dispensary used to be OK. Then it swapped to new management and the employees became very rude. The online system does not reflect the inventory. Nothing is what it says it will be, and they will not honor their online system, even after calling you to say that they would and that you should come in and check out the relative items.
