The front office staff was rude and lacked any sense of recognizing we are both potential clients and seniors in need of good support. When my wife was not able to join a Zoom session she lost her current appointment and then was told she would have to wait another ten weeks. This after having to submit a lot of paperwork and already waiting for a couple months. The doctor(s) may be excellent but after exposure to their extended team we have lost interest in using their service. We will contact our primary care physician and get a referral for a different practice. I think we were spared further poor experiences.

This practice is evidently views themselves as being too important to return phone calls or communicate effectively. I would go elsewhere.

Dr. Has the worst bed side manner. Kept me waiting in the office for well over an hour past my appointment. Did not apologize. Talks down to you and is rude. Find someone else.

First order of business is money! I get it. I was given an email address to send in my insurance card. I did that. I was assured i would receive an email ascertaining whether I was in network or not. No email. I received first a call that my insurance card had not been received. Wrong email address. I received a second call that my insurance card had not been received. After three can you hold holds, with no acknowledgement of my yes or no to that request, i was repeatedly disconnected. Finally, getting a live voice on the phone, I was told no insurance card info received. When I expressed my displeasure and requested a superior to talk with, i was put on an extended hold. The poor receptionist returned to tell me I was out of network. i asked, simply, how could I be out of network when my insurance card was not received. Hmmm . . . finally I expressed my displeasure and displeasure with the whole process--WITH NOT ONE WORD OF INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE OTHER THAN FRUSTRATION--I was told my language was inappropriate and hung up on. Any further communication was blocked. These folks should not be dealt with. Move on to someone else. I told the reception person repeatedly that it was not her job to field my displeasure--it was not my intention to put my displeasure on her. Her superiors refused to take responsibility and respond to my complaints. Bad experience.
