I have had treatments at The Laser Center of Marin several times over the last year and I have had an excellent experience every time. The front desk staff is always kind, professional and friendly from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave. They are always on time and that is very important to me. The office is always clean and the waiting room is inviting and relaxing. All of my treatments have been done by Elisia Solomon, NP and I have always been 100% satisfied with my results. She always makes me feel very comfortable, she is very good at what she does and I trust her completely. I always feel better when I leave the office. I continue to book my appointments with Elisia and I definitely recommend her and this office.

I haven’t been here since pre-Covid. As usual staff was professional and welcoming! I felt beyond safe when entering the office and during the entire appointment. The front desk staff was helpful and fast with getting me in and out. My nurse Meghan Dasher was very professional, gentle and honest! I can’t wait to go back!

Wrinkly tiny lips in my face was like I was 10 times my age. I went in not knowing what to expect. Elisia Solomon by far exceeded my expectations. She walked me through every step of the way. Explained what each thing was for. And what I would expect after treatment. She had the hands of a feather. And her calm gentle demeanor was very relaxing. Elisia Salamon, FNP was incredibly professional and put me at ease. She has the ability to make your “refresh” look amazingly natural. I have utilized the services of a board certified plastic surgeon for a decade and Elisia was gentler and provided me a more youthful look. You won’t be disappointed!

I was referred to Dr. Greene by my sister, and have seen his work, firsthand. I love the fact how he does everything in moderation, so you don’t end up looking like you’ve had all these injections done to your face, but you look fantastic, and people can’t pinpoint it. That’s the key! His assistant Erika is a doll. So sweet and super accommodating!

About 5 months ago, I was visiting So. Cal and I met with 3 Drs. for consultations about facial surgery. I specifically sought out Drs that were members of the American Society of Facial and Plastic Reconstructive Surgery. The Drs. I met with were all highly regarded and I WASNT looking for a bargain. Far from I met with a great Dr. in Beverly Hills (among the others) and surprisingly (and pleasantly) neither he or the other two Drs I met with suggested surgery. They all recommended basically the same thing: a few Ultherapy sessions, followed by some dermal fillers instead. The 3rd Dr. was able to have his nurse perform the Ultherapy on my mid-face and I was happy with the results. Fast forward to present day and Im back in Marin. I went to the Laser Center to discuss a second Ultherapy session and told them specifics about my history and that I had already had one Ultherapy session. They expressed some hesitation and said they were going to talk to Dr. Greene about my request (Dr. Greene, whom Ive never met, is also a member of the Society I mentioned above). That was unusual--Id been there before and had procedures done that they didnt bring to the Dr for review but clearly the STAFF had some concerns. I was informed that the absent Dr. had decided they wouldnt perform Ultherapy on me or any part of my face (even above my brows which had no relationship to their concerns). So I had 3 surgeons that actually saw me who all gave me the same advice and one Dr. with his name on a clinic who never personally saw me contradict that advice and express concerns about performing a procedure that Ive already had done once with positive results. On the one hand, Ive visited them previously and theyve never delayed in performing a procedure on me (no Dr. consult required). Now I have the experience where the staff supposedly brought their concerns to the Dr. and he made a decision contrary to what 3 of his professional peers have told me. I trust the three that have actually seen me. As I said, this isnt uncommon (a seemingly absentee Dr. behind a clinic) but its the first time Ive felt the affects of it and I find it disconcerting. In this particular case, I wouldnt have gone to the Laser Center if I hadnt already received those prior recommendations, because I know Im NOT going to see a Dr in person. The staff is making medical decisions and apparently they supposedly talk to the Dr only if they have a concern (scary). Not surprisingly, the Dr. agrees with them. My initial reaction when they called me was fine; Ill have it done elsewhere but it grew disconcerting. If I hadnt already seen several other Drs., I might be inclined to think Ultherapy wasnt appropriate for me and possibly get thrown off course by his denial. Fortunately that isnt the case in my situation but its a risk that runs both ways--whether youre denied or approved for a procedure. I realize now that any Jane Doe could walk in and quite possibly be approved for a procedure by the staff that ISNT appropriate. In my case, I WASNT approved for a procedure that I know IS appropriate based on my consultations. I suggest if youre considering having a procedure done (or not) that you actually see at least two, if not more Drs., before you visit a center where the Dr. isnt readily available. I dont have anything negative to say about the procedures I have had done there but again, in this case Im very glad I went to see the three Drs. prior so the opinion of the absentee one doesnt change my beliefs or plans one bit. I just looked at Yelp and was saddened to read about one womans experience with a procedure suggested by the staff. Caveat emptor!

We discuss my last visit, any changes in procedureI wish to make. She is a warm comfortable lady, we make some small talk I’m done, happyand schedual my next appointment with her. I love this place!!! From the minute you walk in the door until youre saying good-bye you could not ask for a better experience. They are warm and welcoming. Talk to you like youre old friends and make you feel totally comfortable. But the best part is the magic. I walked in looking old and haggered and within 20 minutes Jennifer made me feel like a new woman. I had botox and filler and was so excited at how natural it looked. She was fantastic. She talked to me, told me what she thought we should do, asked for my imput and we decided on a plan. I look more like me again. I dont look fake or unnatural and it makes feel more confident.
