Staff were friendly, seemed knowledgeable and were professional. The shop was clean.My shitzu Izzie looked awesome, she was happy.She was groomed in a timely manner. My fur baby seemed happy, not anxious as she can get in a new place. We definitely recommend and will be back.

Clean facility, pleasant environment, accommodating staff and reasonable prices. Best of all more than one dog had a big smile on its face when being groomed. I saw it! These people treat your dog with care. It shows in their work and the happy customers faces.

Corsicana doesnt seem to have a groomer that knows how to trim a Bichon. I specifically tell themhe is not a poodle and shouldnt get a poodle cut. They ALWAYS make him look like a poodle. Shadows Grooming is no different. He was given a poodle cut. They didnt bother trimming the pads on his feet and he had matting from some other dog in the pads. I took my 2 schnauzers as well. They nee to replace their blades because the shave are very uneven. Whoever did the cut was afraid of their bottoms because they didnt shave them...any of them. DO NOT take your dogs to this place unless you just like throwing money away.

Have been trying to find a new groomer since Shonda left Corsicana. Have taken my standard poodle here twice. The first time wasn’t that great but I took him again. You never know. So, second time was worse. I think they had too many dogs that day. He had many areas of hair that stuck out and didn’t get cut. His ears we’re not cleaned out and his feet were partially done. When I brushed him out with the poodle brush I was very disappointed.

Took our rescue dog to be washed as he stank from being in the shelter. Staff recommended the appropriate shampoo to get rid of the smell and were helpful in every way. They provided me with a thick waterproof apron (definitely needed!) as well.The spotless stainless steel stalls or basins are walk-in if you have a larger dog like we did, with a place to secure your dog so they will stay more or less where you want them to be - trust me, they will try and get out!There was hot and cold water and plenty of towels as well as an industrial hair dryer.Far better than washing our dogs at home where you have to clean up afterwards.At their price our dogs will be frequenting Shadows Grooming quite often (not that they will share our happiness).Really great facilities, very clean and modern

I just moved to Corsicana and was at a loss on what groomer to take my dog to.I checked this place out not knowing what to expect but I was impressed! I like to bathe my dog because I know how much of a handful she can be so I really enjoyed this gem. But like everyone else nobody like the mess It’s a DIY space where they provide all kinds of things like towels, nail clippers, dryers and I needed scissors so they grabbed some for me to borrow!I will bring my dogs own brushes next time just because she has a double coat and we need it but it was all that I could have needed and more!Very clean and modern and it wasn’t busy at all when I went so when my dog was fighting me about her nails I didn’t feel embarrassed.Emmanuel was working when I was there and he was the sweetest, helped me hold my dog so I could get her nails clipped and he was so great at explaining everything.We will be back for sure!

I loved the fact that it’s not a hassle for me to wash my baby in the bathroom anymore the tubs are spacious and accommodating. 10/10 will return! loved the shampoos!! The place was gorgeous! Shocked at how cheap the prices where!

Cannot begin to thank the ladies at Shadows for all of their help today w/ our 2 young Berners that we brought in to groom ourselves...not to mention the affordability!! The facility is very open & clean & doesnt have that nasty dog smell like so many grooming places do when you walk in. The wash stations are very nice stainless steel w/ ramps, if needed, h/c removable shower heads, tie offs for securing, different kinds of shampoos that they can recommend, heavyduty aprons, different kinds of combs/brushes to help w/ whatever you need, towels, etc. and when your done theres industrial dryers to finish the job. We cannot begin to thank you for stepping in to help. Shadows is affordable, provides every necessity that you need & are very nice to work w/ to groom your dogs yourselves or to have them do it. Well DEFINITELY be coming back ladies!! THANK YOU!!
