Best customer service at this location, nothing but positive vibes when you walk in!!! Garrett & Rodrigo are awesome supplement specialist who really believe in helping their customers reach their goals. I have been coming to this location for a little over a year now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my supplements. I’ve lost about 20 pounds since I started coming here & gained muscle. I like that I’m able to come and weigh in to make sure im staying on track. These two guys always take a good amount of their time to answer my questions and even help me with advice on meals. If your looking to get fit and be healthy go see Garrett or Rodrigo, you won’t be let down!

I went into the Saratoga location not knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase. After speaking with Albert, he took the time (about at least 30-45 minutes) to talk to and educate me about the different products and made some recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and I became confident he wasnt simply trying to sell me something just to make a sale. Thank you Albert!

The team at rocks are all so knowledgeable. I mostly go to the saratoga location and the service is a 10/10. With Rodrigo I always walk out confident with my purchase instead of feeling like I wasted money.

Went today and the guy was amazing. Very knowledgeable l, and definitely more personable than a GNC. Prices are great. Plus they measure your total bodys muscle and fat percetage, give you a print and let you come back anytime to have updated results for free. Found a new place to spend my money

Bought almost 300 dollars of product! I had to bring it back 3 hours later cause the bank wouldnt let me use anymore funds and said to get my money back simce i paid debit. I went back brought the brand new unopened products to the guy and he just looked heart broken! He gave me a hard time and acted like a crybaby about it all instead of giving the customer their money back. He said he voided the payment but a week later and i still dont have my money... i call my bank and come to find out he never voided the purchase or returned the refund to my bank. So i was filed a dispute to have my money back and wouldve never got it back if hadnt of called my bank. TERRIBLE BUSINESS AND WILL EAT YOUR MONEY IF THEY DONT UPSELL YOU ON EVERY THING THEY HAVE. DONT GO TO ROCKS ORDER ONLINE! OVERPRICED AND CONDESCENDING!

Store never opens at 10am. They are always late. Sell good products, not reliable.
