I have been going to HEB Plus on Saratoga 993-1351 for more years than I can remember. They are like any other 5 star business…most days are great, and some days, not so much. They provide services beyond meds, such as vaccinations. Sometimes they will have a new employee, whom lacks empathy. They do not last long! There are great people working there. This is my HEB.

Called pharmacy and was told someone would be with me shortly. I listened to over 15 “please continue to hold your call is important.” Obviously not. After having ringing in my ear for over 10 minutes I hung up. This is not the kind o pharmacy I want handling my prescriptions. It seems they are just out for collecting as much money as possible.

Really good staff and affordable prices.

There can be 20 people waiting in line, but only one pick-up counter. Get ready to wait forever! Why make an appointment for a Covid-19 vaccination if they dont even track their own appointments

I always have issues here. Either I wait 2 hours and I go in to pick it up and they tell me they dont have it or they tell me the ordered it and I go to turn in my prescription and its not there yet. I get the same med every. Single. Month. There is always something. One person says yes and another says no. I am fed up. - same situation at the one on staples...Just wanted to share. I would hate if someone has the same issue as I do.

They have a drive thru, which is great, but they seem to be serving 50,000 people every day and are always overwhelmed. Yesterday I tried calling and never got through after waiting 15 minutes for someone to answer. I have to reorder my four medications one day at a time, because whenever I try to reorder them together only one medication goes through and is processed. It is a gigantic pain in the --- to have to do that every month. I wonder if something is wrong with their software that receives orders. Their phone call alerts seem to work about 50 percent of the time. Sometimes I get a call that an Rx is ready; other times no calls whatsoever. Seems like they could at least have an employee to answer the phone? I guess not.

They are okay.

First they don’t have the prescription at all when I get here, so I call my doctor and they re-send it, then they find the first one... and they say come back in 1-2 hours. I come back 2 hours later and they say come back tomorrow morning. I tell them no and they take literally 2 minutes and fill it...........

They hardly ever have what you need and normally have to order any prescription. The Hispanic girl with glasses and curly longer hair needs to find another job. She needs to understand when people have serious side effects from SERIOUS medications theyve never been on they dont act as they normally would. Of course she felt entitled to have an attitude towards me after I admitted what I did from the day before. So therefore she didnt deserve an apology. She sucked at her job (nicest way to put it) with her attitude especially when people have meds causing serious problems.Everyone else is understanding and nice.I wish her......... not much.

Never had any issues with the pharmacy staff. They have all been friendly and helpful, even when I pull up to the drive-thru window 5 mins before they close!! There are a few of them that remember mine and my husbands name (last name usually). I have had refills placed during my shopping trip and all have been done without requesting the faster refill time (usually 20 min). They have given us a short supply of medicine before while they got approval, refill info from doctor or were out of stock. When my husband was taking a lot of medicine after getting badly injured at work, he called and spoke with the pharmacy multiple times to make sure that he could take certain medications at the same time. He said every time they were friendly and if the staff members didnt know the answer they would have the pharmacist call him back with the information. They can be slow during peak hours or when they have a difficult customer, but that is to be expected.

The techs are rude and the wait time is pathetic
