Scheduled oxygen tanks to be delivered to my place of residency for April 20, 2021 by 12PM. Called to check status of delivery, their customer service stated that it was scheduled for delivery between the hours of 2PM to 4PM which was not what was scheduled but whatever. No way of contacting the direct location, since there is no phone number provided, and customer service is coincidentally not answering.It is now 4:03 pm with no follow up calls on an ETA, nor any oxygen tanks. This company is ridiculous when it comes to urgency, thank god this is not a life or death situation. The RT was AWESOME! Took great care of my dad and explained everything to my Mom without dumbing it down. Was really with my folks. I highly recommend them!

Ive never been able to use the equipment. They were suppose to come back and adjust, never showed, never contacted me. However, they are still billing medicate every month. Fraud!

They keep hanging up. My mom has been waiting for a hospital bed.
