Great old fashioned, Rocky Balboa type gym environment. No fancy, cute, bright colored equipment or bright painted walls you typically encounter at corporate owned big box gyms. Hardly crowded and everyone there is there for a serious work out. Great pricing and location. This is what a real, genuine gym is like.

This place is great! We were from out of town visiting and got a couple of great workouts in here. They have a lot of classic well-maintained weight equipment that we loved and plenty of cardio equipment too. Its simple and clean. The owner is friendly and obviously loves his gym and clients. When we come back to visit we will definitely work out here again!

This is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. It is a real bodybuilding gym with oldschool equipment. The owner keeps everything so well kept and the layout is great. Amazing dumbbell collection...never have to fight for weights.

Hard core atmosphere, not a fashion show.

The Gym is dirty and has old equipment, most gyms provide disinfectant towels to be able to actually clean the equipment after use. This gym does not supply that, so you work out in other peoples sweat and germs. Only positive is this gym is cheap and it should be its way behind the times. If you like nicer, newer not beat up and clean equipment this isnt the gym to go to. If you dont care about any of that then this gym is great.

Ive been coming here for more than 10 years. It has everything I want in a gym. If you like lifting and straight forward areobic machines, this is the place to be. Ive run into a lot of good people on the early morning lift shift. Everybody is welcome at US Gym.

Been going there for years. Always clean, equipment in great shape and plenty of free weights. Lots of treadmills, stair masters and ellipticals.

This place is great for weightlifting and its not over crowded.

I wouldnt train anywhere else. This is the last real gym in the area.

Ive been bouncing around different gyms trying to find a good one on the Southside of town. Ive gone to golds and theyre just too expensive. Next I thought about the athletic club, but I wasnt impressed with the equipment there. Planet is a joke, and freedom doesnt have free squat racks and their dumbbells only go to 75lbs. After only 2 workouts here, and reading the reviews, I can tell this is my gym. I absolutely love it here. The people are friendly and just get things done, people arent clogging up machines updating Snapchat or hogging all the weights so you cant finish your workout and its not a sprawling center where you have to walk around a lot to get to the next machine. Its very well laid out and has everything youll need whether youre a beginner or advanced. They have a free workout special also if you just want to come check it out before you commit. Id highly advice you to give this place a chance.

This is the place to be at 5AM, fees are very reasonable. The place is Clean; people are friendly, I highly recommend Lynns Gym and my personal trainer Hershel Shoats.

Great place. Several of us got in some good workouts while in town for a convention.

Nobody takes care of their equipment like lynn! Not only does he have great and well maintained epuipment, but also has multiples of everything that people commonly use. You almost never have to wait to use anything, and equipment is never broken or rough to use. I am spoiled by his gym...when I go to any other gym I miss Lynns gym. Prices are great as well, and you dont get stuck in an autodraft scheme like most other gyms.
