Would highly recommend. The technician Eric was very informative and helpful. After we found out our blower motor wasn’t working we decided to get a second opinion with triple A. They were very accommodating and would offer a lower price for diagnostic since I already paid another company 99$ to have someone come check out system. They also offered to install a temporary motor while we wait for the actual part to come in to get the A/C up a running so we did have to suffer in the heat. Would definitely call them again if we had any other issues.

Eric was the technician that responded to my service call. As always, he was professional, timely and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue, which was not equipment related, and got the system up and running. I’ve got two houses that AAA has installed completely new systems in, I will use no other company.

Sam Cano was my installer and he did an outstanding job with installing a new outside AC unit on my house. Very meticulous and kept things clean. He made sure he did the work the first time correctly and I really appreciate that!!

I called early on a Saturday. David answered promptly and scheduled a technician to be at my house by 11am. Carlton was at my house by 11am assessing my system. He was quick and thorough in his evaluation of my problem and took the time to explain to me how the repair would go, end to end. The communication and follow through from AAA is top notch. Absoultely fantastic service with great products at a great price. I recently needed to replace our AC unit, and Jason came by to look over the system and give us a quote. Jason was professional and honest and worked within our budget for a new system with 10 year parts and 5 year labor warranty. I spoke to a few different AC companies and by far this was the best deal with the best service.

Another company I called left my ac down for a week. the tech AAA sent rediagnosed and got me going even though the part was back ordered the same day!

So far so good. Had a new unit installed 2 years ago, Wendell my installer, Eric was my Technician. Both Gentlemen are very knowledgeable in their fields. Yesterday was my actual first follow up and Wendell services were Outstanding, above and beyond.I know it was Hot outside and Hot in the attic, but Wendell carried on check everything to assure me that all is well. He explained what he was going to do and what I thought was wrong was just common. Which He is correct and suggested to change filters every month and not every 3 months.That I can do, I even made a reinforced frame out foam board for my filter, because these paper framed filters keep getting kinked by my slightly narrowframe. Now if you send them a message on their website or phone call, just give them 1 to 2 business days to get right back to you. Thank You Triple A for your immediate response and oustanding services. First experience with them, very nice initial receptionist then technician. Eric Tamez was really helpful and worked with me on certain costs. Checked everything out thoroughly and wasnt like we all worry about in suggesting fixes that arent necessarily needed.Here in corpus, ive dealt with just about every company since ive had a leak in the.foundation pipes that cant be fixed until I replace the units and run new lines. So ive had a slow leak that i have to add refrigerant every year for the past 10 years. Point being, certainly a business Id use again.

They originally installed our system 5 yrs ago. It has worked great with minimal service. We recently experienced trouble and they were quick to work out an affordable plan to address the issues that were caused by another source. Though they are backed up, they scheduled to start the work a week out. They stuck to the schedule and had everything completed as promised.

Had to have an AC inspection due to the high temps here in Corpus. Eric Tamez was professional and very informative. Gave us various options to consider regarding AC service, Repair, and replacement. Recommend AAA to all. Veteran Friendly company! Thank You!

Huge thanks to everyone at AAA Air Conditioning!! My AC unit was over 20 years old and required replacement so I called around and got a few quotes from a few different companies in the area. Unit for unit the quotes were around the same . i went with AAA because we felt Jason did a better presentation and listened to what we had to say and answered all our questions. I can’t say enough good about this company. Installed a new HVAC system and blew new insulation in my attic. Very professional and efficient. Even took a minute to pet my dog which she loved. Price was exactly as quoted even though they ran into some unexpected issues. Wendell and Jimmy did the insulation this morning and want to especially mention them. I hired AAA A/C to install a new ac unit and they did excellent work and took the time to teach me how everything works. They later had to come out to replace a faulty thermostat and they checked all components to make sure that no other problems existed. They were very through in checking for the problem. I would definitely recommend AAA to family and friends and will use them to replace this unit after its life span.

I couldn’t have asked for a better company to do the job! Our unit was over 15 years old and completely gave out. I called Tuesday morning, had someone out Tuesday afternoon for estimate and by Thursday they had done a complete replacement of inside and outside units. They left both areas neat and clean and even painted the interior of where the inside unit sits. They had the project manager come out to inspect during installation which was another indication I made the right choice. They are complete professionals from the moment they answer the call. I had replaced the thermostat to see if that would solve a problem. But I didnt get installed properly! Eric reconfigured my thermostat and tuned up the unit. The following day the original heater problem reappeared and Eric was able to find the problem where lightening had damaged the circuit. Very pleased to have everything working again! Brinson Rusk quickly installed my Ecobee thermostat with a common wire. He was polite, professional and thorough. He showed me the various features and didn’t leave until he was sure I knew how to use it. He was excellent and I will definitely use him again.

Great professional service! Had our blower fan go out after some storms and that cause the a/c to not work properly (no air flow, caused icing on coils). As we know in Corpus, things get hot fast. Call and scheduled an appointment. The next day the technician (Ethan Falcon) came out, diagnosed the issue, ran and got the part, fixed and had the a/c going. All this while we were having some storms and muddy condition outside. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. As they did not arrive exactly at 4, not only did the service technician connect with me but the office did too, to let me know they were running behind but would be there soon. Our experience with AAA Air Conditioning was great!! We just bought a house on Monday and our ac went out. We called AAA AC at 10:00 am and they had a technician out to our house in a few hours! Ethan was amazing. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and fix it fast! Ethan was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We knew when we bought the house that the AC unit was an older model (2004), so we told Ethan we were thinking we should raplace it soon. He was able to set up an appointment with an associate who could discuss new units with us. We were very happy with this because we do not want our older model to be giving us alot of problems in the future. But realize, Ethan did not hard pressure us to buy a new unit. We were the ones who brought up that topic. Then Ethan set up the appointment with his associate. Ethan repaired our ac in just 30 minutes, our house is now a comfortable 72 degrees, and the price was very reasonable. We are extremely pleased with our experience with AAA AC and our technician Ethan. Highly recommended!!!

Price was a little high but, with service and responsiveness (same day) like this, I can say it’s worth it. I called AAA to have my air ducts and A coil cleaned last week. They sent Mike and Wendell to do the job. They were punctual, thorough and extremely professional and did a wonderful job. They cleaned all of my ducts, A coil and vents. My house smells wonderful again and the airflow has improved dramically.I would highly recommend AAA for this service and will call them in the future for any and all of my A/C and heating needs.
