I love Dr. Mackrizz and the staff. They are extremely thorough and take the time to listen to you. When I have a question about the diagnosis and different types of treatments, he is more than happy to take the time to explain them all too you. He monitors your blood at least twice a month to make sure you do not develop any deficiencies. I feel very comfortable putting my health in his hands and to be honest he is the only doctor I have ever been able to say that about. I highly recommend Dr. Mackrizz to anyone wanting a total health care experience.

I had n still have great respect for Dr. Mackrizz. He saved my life. He took the time to listen to me. His Nurse Practitioners are awesome. I worked office setting for 24 years as a nurse and believe me his office ran smoothly. I will miss him. He was the Best Dr. in town. RIP Dr. Mackrizz. You will be missed. My most sincere condolences to his family .

I highly recommend Dr. MacKrizz and his staff. Dr. Mackrizz is an outstanding Doctor and human-being with an excellent attention to detail back by knowledge, kindness and a genuine love for his patients health, well-being and quality of life. These qualities show in his staff as well. From the nurses to the front desk they are always friendly and compassionate while maintaining a high degree of attention to your needs and how you feel. Hands down the best Doctor on the planet with a heart the size of Texas. My hats off to Dr. Mackrizz and his Staff.

Dr. MacKrizz is excellent, with superb attention to detail...His nurse practitioners, Jamie, Nancy and Tess, are equally the best as well as his nurses...front desk staff is friendly and always make you feel welcome. Whether youre the first one there or the last one there they are ALL just as warm, welcoming and thorough as they are in the morning. They have always gone above and beyond in their care and compassion.Once again I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!!!

I wasted my time. This was my first visit and last visit. The inside of the waiting area looked like an old movie theater. I sat beside an elderly lady, she said was that she was thinking of leaving because she had been waiting for a very long time. My appointment was for 1 PM. I was finally seen and checked in at about 135. The attending staff all looked very scruffy and unprofessional. At 230 I had still not seen a doctor. I asked a staff member how much longer it would be. I was informed that there was still one person in front of me. I decided to wait another 15 minutes. Of course no one came.

I highly recommend this doctor and his office. I absolutely love this clinic and Dr. Luis Mackrizz! They listen to you and do a thorough check up and make sure to help you in anyway you need it. I am very pleased with the nurse practitioners as well. Nurse practitioner Tess is amazing. Shes extremely understanding and gets to the bottom of everything you may be going through physically and even emotionally. I am so glad that I am a patient at this office. Ive seen many doctors throughout my years and no one has ever been as awesome as this Dr and his practitioners. I recommend that after you see Dr. Mackrizz, you also request nurse practitioner Tess whenever the doctor isnt available. Also, their staff is incredible. The nurses are extremely kind and understanding. The receptionist in the front are just as great! Lastly, I want to add that any negative comments/reviews towards this place should not keep you from trying out this incredible doctor. See it for yourself. The person that called him a quack is disrespectful. This doctor is very experienced and has worked very hard to earn the name of a doctor for somebody to put him down like that. No I dont know him personally but what I do know from him from the many times Ive seen him is that he has always helped me with whatever is going on at each visit. Thank you to Dr. Mackrizz and NP Tess and the entire staff!

Dr. MacKrizz is amazing. It was first time seeing him. The wait was a bit long but it was well worth it. He takes to see what issues you are having.

I have been in the medical field for almost 20 years and intrusive and annoying spouses can be tough to deal with so, I always said I would not be that wife! HOWEVER, after Dr. Mackrizz diagnosed my husband with diabetes my mama bear mode took over and yup , you guessed it, I am an overbearing wife now when it comes to his medical needs. Dr. Mackrizz, his NP and his staff are ALWAYS so patient and kind when I am dealing with them. My husband works nights so, I have to place a lot of the day time calls to their office and they never make me feel awkward about it and I NEVER have a problem with them taking care of business! On a second note, if I have patient who needs a primary care physician, his office is on the top of my list to refer them to! Thank you so much for the care given to both my husband and his over-bearing wife! :) God Bless!

Dr Mackrizz is a great doctor over all but his office staff is horrible.. Dr. Mackrizz if your reading this, what you need to do is screen your staff. There all rude and are playing with your patients. They dont care and for all you know, I bet youve lost a lot of patients due to the rudeness and unprofessional ways they treat ppl. They lie and really dont care for you because your wasting there time. Be prepared to wait a very long time to see the doctor. View your charges before they charge your insurance because if not, you will pay for test that were not done. So thanks to the office you have lost a patient and will Not ever return. BEWARE OF THE OFFICE STAFF! FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR

I believe Dr Mackrizz is a caring and insightful physicians. Over the course of my 70 year life, I have seen a lot of physicians and he is one of the best I have had the good fortune to see.

Go here if you want to have a ton of excessive labs ordered and then be stuck with the bill. The staff is completely unhelpful in trying to get the billing issues resolved. I have been battling with my insurace for almost a year to try to get a $2400 lab bill paid for. Luckily I have worked in the medical field for almost 20 years and have experience to navigate this issue. IF you do go here, have them give you the orders first and go to your own lab after discussing with your insurance. Question why each specific lab is ordered. Also, be prepared to not see the doctor and speak to a different nurse practioner every time (although they are very nice).
