Dr. Lopez-Lira is very caring! She actually listens and well help you in anyway you need help... Shes been helping me with my anxiety and will always have the greatest advice to give you. Shes not judgemental at all!!!

The wait is worth it!!!!! I cannot express my gratitude for this doctor. I had a break a few years ago with debilitating anxiety. I saw another dr. for months because I was desperate. You can check the other drs. Review in my history. Dr. Lira listens, and doesn’t throw you into a box based on just a few symptoms. Before I saw her, my other doctor had me taking a mood stabilizer. My sleep improved, but my anxiety was still over the top. Where the other doctor refused to give me something for my anxiety, Dr. Lira felt that I may have been misdiagnosed, and safely helped me transition to an antidepressant, and ultimately off the mood stabilizer. It’s been about a year since I started Paxil, and a few months without the mood stabilizer. Don’t settle for a doctor you feel is not listening or isn’t willing to try different approaches. Dr. Lira literally saved my life.
