I like Dr Chin. He is genuine and caring. The new staff is cordial but getting information from them is like pulling teeth from a charging rhino. I have called numerous times to find out who or if follow-up consults have been completed and to get lab work results sent to me. I never receive a return call answering the questions I have personally asked staff. Just hoping customer communications improves or I may change providers.

I went to this office and let me tell you, this has been one of the best experiences Ive had since moving to the Corpus Christi area! A lot of doctors around here seem to not take their time or be as thorough and Dr Arthur chin was very thorough when I went for my annual exam. He asked all the right questions, was very caring, and understanding, and very patient. I really appreciate how intentive he was to all of my concerns and was there to offer Solutions! I would recommend this doctor to anyone...

This practice will never clearly answer your question or get back to you on serious matters unless you hound them and even then isn’t not garenteed to get results.

Never answered phone. Messed up billing issues. Very frustrated

UPDATE-I really liked this doctor but I have been trying to call the staff to make an appointment/refill Rx for 2 weeks. Apparently they take a lunch from 11-2. But honestly, I have called during office times and no one is answering the phone. It always kicks over to the answering service. I guess I will be looking for a new doctor, again.

I recommend this office to all of my clients. Dr. Dickson has been an amazing doctor Im so sad that he is retiring. However, the new Doctor that has taken over is also very knowledgeable, caring, attentive, and he even jokes with you. The office staff is wonderful too! The nurses are so kind and hard working, Jennifer the receptionist is a awesome! Also the ladies who draw blood are the best I am afraid of needles but I never worry with them. Whoever does the referrals their is top notch so if you have an HMO you are in good hands. All in all I have to say this office is a 10 out of 10. I am so glad to be a patient of theirs !!

Dr. Dickson has been my physician for over 28 years now. I cant imagine every seeing any other physician. He specializes in diabetes and hypertension but can see you for any other concerns. All his office staff are very well educated and respectful, always greet you with a smile.
