I was absolutely disappointed with Access,I went in and paid for my exam n told dentist wht I wanted and he basically said I had no options when I absolutely do,he was trying to get me to get implants n make my bill the highest Ive ever been told. He was more worried about money signs than helping me. I felt rushed,uncomfortable and left 100% disappointed! On a good note I found a great dental office tht is happy to take care of my needs with kindness.

I’ve been coming to this dentist for over 4 years now, this staff is friendly and nice, especially Anthony. I’ve had braces on for 3 years and my progress has been great. Excited to have them off soon!

Took 3 weeks of rescheduling to finally get an appointment. Then we come in, sit down to wait, and 5 people go in before my granddaughter who were here after her. Almost an hour late and she still has not been called to the back. An appointment should not be scheduled at 3 if you cannot be seen till 4, or after. Appointments are made for a reason.

I’ve been bringing my kids here for over 4 years. Staff is friendly and service is always great. Two of my kids have braces and in my opinion this clinic has one of the best prices in town. Highly recommend.

Going to La Costa Dental was the best decision I made. The staff was very friendly, understanding and professional. They made me feel right home. The service was fast and easy. I recently went to a another local dentist and they were gonna charge me double what they quoted be a la costa. Look no further for your dental needs.

La Coata Dental has been such a hard place to go to. The changing of office managers and staff has been a total nightmare. The manager that is there now, is totally uncaring for people, in other words, will not work with families who are in a financial bind. I would not recommend this place to anyone of my family or friends. Working as a manager you have to work for your company, but also work with the public. Word of mouth is the best advertisement. : ( There will be times when families are financially broken as so many people have lost their jobs.

I enjoy the positive and playful atmosphere the employees bring to the workplace. The movies they pick out are entertaining which speeds up the time. Overall, I enjoy the place and never dread coming for a cleanup.

The dentist here is not too bad but the friggin receptionists also get mad rather than say sorry to you when you get mad at them because they messed up. It was the second time that Ive been here and the receptionist acted as if I was a new patient. Obviously, they still havent corrected my DOB in the system because I didnt show up in the system when I gave it to them. My husband and I are not coming back here anymore, thats for sure. They messed up his appt once or twice and blamed it on the call center thats based off in Austin. Go somewhere else.

Worst dental office ever, They cancelled our first appointment and we went to the rescheduled one and they have canceled 4 appointments since always rescheduling I have only been once out of 6 appointments because they always reschedule!! Can’t believe they wasted my time and are not thinking about the kids and their needs won’t ever go back!

I made an appointment for my daughter to be seen a couple of days ago and because they claim they tried to call me, even though I made an appointment a couple of days ago, they REJECTED seeing my daughter. She has a very important issue going on with her gums and they REFUSED to keep their appointment, because THEIR dentist says they have to leave early. Dont bother with these guys. I understand if I made the appointment a month ago, but I made it this week! NEVER AGAIN!

I would like to thank the staff of La Acosta Dental on Kostoryz. It was my first time there and I was very satisfied. The staff was so welcoming and very helpful. I went in scared but the staff was so nice they made me feel so comfortable. I would definitely be returning for my next visit.

I was there today had an appointment at 10:00 got out at 12:30 Front desk was very nice and made me feel welcome, the young guy that did the X-rays was very nice and attentive and explain to me what he was going to do...The Dentist who saw me I had to ask questions but he really didnt know how to respond, He said something about that I still have all my baby teeth and that I never got my adult ones, I am 43 years old now and my teeth were always so small..Went there because I was having tooth pain I thought It my be infected or cracked or that I had an infection but he really didnt explained didnt show me my X-rays maybe by looking at them I could see what he was talking about but no, probably go somewhere else for a second opinion

Visited today since 2017 & let me tell you a lot has changed most staff is very friendly & i loved my dentist that helped me but there’s a couple of girls in the back that are VERY rude to the other girls working demanding things in front of the clients with no manners what so ever shame on y’all for forgetting your manners in your work place the vibe was completely off on this visit i feel bad for the workers that have to deal with some of the ladies attitudes definitely a hostile work environment!!!

Great staff! I had an appointment with my two daughters and everything went smooth, my daughters were very comfortable and asked to come back.

I highly recommend this dental location. Everyone was friendly and had great people skills and the environment made me feel welcomed. Susie took the time to do x-rays and offered me a free consultation for braces and jasmine is on top of things on the scheduling side and always has a smile. Dr. Farooqui was one of the BEST ! dentist Ive ever had. He is a very good at what he does. He helped me keep calm through my extractions and it was a fast and easy process. Also, a huge thankyou to the La Costa Staff they were very helpful.

Got a root canal and a crown put on here, paid in full ($2,799). 6 months later crown came off. Went in for an examination (another $110) to get crown reattached, was told the dentist that did my root canal is no longer employed there and was referred to an endodontist for a secondary procedure because the first operation failed. The office manager told me to bring that bid back and the company would imburse the payment since their dentist failed the procedure. I was told id hear back in 5 days. Called and went into the office over a period of 2 months, kept getting the run around. Until finally was told that they wouldnt cover the cost of the additional root canal needed to be fixed because their dentist failed or for a replacement crown. Was never updated on any information relating the this process. Staff is decently mannered but less than helpful. 1/10 would not suggest getting work done here. Much better off going to a local dentists office who actually cares about quality of work and their patients. This company does NOT. Dental procedures are expensive, but when spending that amount of money to receive poor quality of work and poor professionalism Id much rather spend a little more money for a provider that actually cares.

Love this place i can take my children all at once and they all get taken care of ...very professional and friendly staff and doctors!! My husband was very satisfied with the procedure that was done to him and has not had any issues at all...definitely would continue using them as our dental professionals!!

The tooth extraction were not as bad as I thought and healed quickly. Dr. Asked if I was ok and that was really cool. And my cleaning made my teeth feel good . I’ll be back.

After disappontment w/Aspen Dental, I began looking for a new dental office. Most places that I called said that my dental insurance was not in-network w/them, then I called La Costa Dental. I explained my situation w/an employee named Bianca Castillo & she asked for permission to call my insurance and then to call me back. She called me back in a timely manner & explained to me that all my ins. Required was for the office to call & inform them of the switch. Bianca went out of her way, above & beyond for me-unlike the other offices who did not even attempt. When I went in for my dental appointment, she welcomed me with a beatific smile-such a caring employee!!

Got there 30 mins before my moms appointment at 5...they left us sitting there for an hour and a half to the point where we just gave up and rescheduled... For A MONTH out cause that was apparently the closest they could get for her.There was another lady in the waiting room saying she had been there for 4 hours. Like are you kidding me???
