Had multiple surgeries after an accident and I went in because I was having severe pain in one of the areas I got surgery in. After explaining my pain level and all they told me I could get an appointment with my primary care manager. But the appointment was 3 weeks away... Very unhelpful

Was able to refill my out of state prescription that I forgot in Hawaii same day in a pinch...during COVID restrictions

I waited 14mins in line and they hung up. Since Im patient I didnt mind and called again and waited 40+ minutes. When the call got through, the person asked me to wait a sec after waiting about an hour. When he came back I spoke for about 30secs and the call ended. 😑

Why did they get rid of sick call. There is no point in that. Came in for trouble breathing, wheezing, and horrible cough and told cant be seen until a week from now. If I wanted to be seen now, would have to go to Babloa. Waste of peoples time and money. Should have never have gotten rid of sick call. Waste of resources and this is why the emergency rooms are always full of people because of this decision making!!!!

Not very helpful, wife called to get an appointment then was denied. Thanks.

They will literally only take you seriously if you are dying...
