I dropped in to Journey Fitness in Corning while visiting from out of town, and wow, what a workout! The 3 coaches of the group session provided a great balance of instruction, attention, and motivation. The combination of movements build into the session provided a high-intensity total body workout, scalable for every athlete in the group. It is easy to see why this facility and their members are so successful. Try it for yourself. You will be glad you did.

Trainers are awesome. They get to know you on a personal level and encourage you to do more when you are ready. Other members are very supportive.
