Centerway blood draw. Waited 55 minutes from time in until out. Mostly done standing because lack of seating. When asking why the long wait, I was told only 2 out of the 4 were scheduled. This is second time in as many times that this has happened. Also, FYI, I they ask why there is a balance on my account while trying to schedule my blood draw, even though I didnt get a bill yet. Dont bother to try to have it done at the hospital, I was treated with disbelief by check in attendant when I went there for the draw.

The whole family gets our medical treatment here with no complaints.

Brought a friend for an appointment at 3:15 and they didnt see the doctor until almost 6. An HOUR after they closed. Absolutely ridiculous.

Had to get blood work done and Danielle and Penny at Centerway were the two nicest ladies. Greeting you with a smile. It was a great way to start my day.

I went in for ONLY sinus pressure. I get REGULAR sinus infections that are painful! Tried to get an antibiotic to get better! Doctor did not address issue. I was not treated.

Over 1 hour wait for simple blood draw for 90+ year old patient. No system to monitor wait times.

Just called and after the Long wait to get the switchboard to answer, my experience with the person I spoke with was rewarding. I felt like I was the only person that she had helped today with my concern eventhough it was the late afternoon.Even if the doctors nurse doesnt return my call I feel like someone listened and was concerned.Thanks for having people like that employed at Guthrie. I had a complaint with Guthire of Corning center way about the medical malpractice and wait for four months they determined that it was standard of care was met during my three times visits. I would still question is why they didn’t perform a chest X-ray on someone who made three visits for a persistent cough,the last visit there i was coughing with blood and they transferred me to Rober Packer hospital ,there found out i had tuberculosis not just cough and had to stay in hospital for one month .At the same time they check my family members all were infected with Tb included my new born baby and they actually can Avoid if Guthrie provides the standard of care was Right .For anyone who can help me Please leave me massage,thank you so much.

My primary health care provider is Diane Legendre. I wouldnt consider going to anyone else! She is the absolute best health care provider I have ever had anywhere. She really listens to what I have to say. Then she takes her time with her examinations and explanations. Its as if you are her only patient she has. She doesnt hurry and certainly isnt hyper. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I appreciate getting a prescription for my grand child, but the PA that saw us was almost impossible to understand. Perhaps they should have a nurse or some type if translator with her. If it wasnt for the print out I wouldnt know what the hell she said.I understood 2 words,very disappointing.

I had a very ill child, gave the receptionist her insurance card and go through all of that process for the receptionist to tell me she doesn’t have a form on hand to be able to switch providers so my child could be seen! That I would have to contact my insurance to fax them a form! Yet claim to be accepting new patients, but you don’t carry the form that allows you to change providers? If they had answered the phone first thing this morning instead of being on hold for 40 minutes, I would have know what kind of medical facility they have, & wouldn’t have bothered with them!

Went to Walk In Clinic for an earache.Was traveling through and needed relief. Prompt service at reception, the P.A. listened to my concerns, examined my ear, gave me a prescription and I was done in less than an hour. Exactly what I needed.

Dr Mcallister at Centerway commits insurance fraud, and no one that has been contacted in the office cares to fix it. He charged a fraudulent charge against my friend, causing her to receive a $120 insurance co-pay. MULTIPLE people have been contacted, and no one cares or will fix it. What happened to do no harm?! This doctor and this location is nothing but an insurance scam mill.

Started going here in 2007, stopped going in 2017. Came back today 8/18 under dire circumstances of being pretty ill. Today at the walk in clinic was pleasant, even while sick i was treated well by staff... In the past I feel because Guthrie has a chokehold on the surrounding community certain staff members can get away with being rude and the paitent has very few to nil other local doctors to get established with in a short time...

Place is always slow and unorganized. Need to start paying attention to appointment times nothing worse than showing up on time and waiting over 30 minutes to be seen.

Tom at walk in clinic at Centerway was amazing with treating my autistic son. Would highly recommend him for treatment!

Guthrie medical service in general(All corning locations) are eager to take your money, not so much to help you. One would be better served by driving a few hours to the nearest large city hospital, or doctors office. I have witnessed people go to the emergency room several times, and stay several days before the hospital actually tried to figure anything out. I have seen very poor fellow up care. I have witnessed people working the front desk behaving rudely to patients, and rushing them away so they could finish their shift sooner. And witness incompetence at using their own computer system, unable to correctly look up my insurance, and still have it wrong. I will never go to this hospital of my own free will again, not as long as it is under the current management practices.

I use to love this place! However, I dont know what the problem is now. Ive tried to get in since December 27th, due to a sinus infection, chest congestion, fever an aches. I have been told there are no providers in to all providers are booked. My regular doctor is Mala Sutton and they wont even let me see her. I have also been trying for a week to get one of my regular prescriptons refilled, prescribed by Dr. Sutton, to no avail.I am out of medicine, but no one seems to care. The pharmacist has faxed them twice, nothing! I also tried the walk in on Sunday, Dec. 29th, the woman at the desk, just looked up and very nastily said, its at least a 2 hour wait....I left. Also, I arrived at 8:45, so I dont know how you open at 8am, are only open 45 minutes and have over a 2 hour wait list, and close at noon???? They need to staff both of these places or close them down. Also, I should NOT have to explain in detail, my medical problem, to the receptionist, this is Wrong!

The gastroenterology department is wonderful. Far exceeded our expectations! My husband has been going to the doctors in Rochester for 2 yrs with no results and in the 2 months weve been seeing Dan Fracchia, he has just about found out what is causing his issues! I highly recommend him and Dr. Hathwar. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough!

The building is clean and the staff are overall friendly. The pediatric well and sick offices are separated; which is nice. Wait time isnt the best for this department, sometimes shorter wait, but most of the time they are booked up. The coumadin clinic can be reeeaaaally slow, so be ready with a book. Dermatology department is reasonably what youd expect, as is the non-urgent walk in care center. The lab office is usually quick depending on the time of the day.

My mom had a visit with Ortho Dr. And imaging. Excellent service from all medical personnel . Very helpful, kind , considerate.

The waiting to be treated is a little longer but the doctors are good

They are great at Centerway except for giving away my Endoscopy procedure appointment to another patient (my appointment booked since May to have October 16th at Guthrie Corning Hospital) pushing me back 4 months.Due to issue I think now Ill be heading to Sayre! Sayre is wonderful but Im not pleased about this.And a new appointment did get scheduled at Sayre for October 26th, so 4 month wait is not happening.I like very much though Dr. Malavet, Dan Fracchia, Natalie Aiello, Jodi Cardinale, and all the nurse staff in Internal Medicine & Gastroenterology---All great people & Stacy at the desk is the best.

Having some of the vey worst pain of my entire life the past few days, so I go to the guthrie walk-in clinic yesterday. P.A. tells me he thinks its sinusitis, puts me on antibiotics, says if the pain doesnt improve or gets worse to go to the Corning ER, even though theyre the worst he has ever seen, calls them worthless and says he wouldnt send his worst enemy there. Waking up today in more pain than I could deal with, I go to the ER where they tell me that PA is an idiot and only sent me to the emergency room because he doesnt know what hes doing. Says theres nothing they can do. Moral of the story, Guthrie is terrible. Everywhere. 😠😠😠

My wife had a appointment today to see the ent and they messed her appointment up. She has been in a lot of pain for months. She left in pain and didn’t get to see the doctor. Will not be referring anyone here

These dr.s dont listen to the patient, nor are competent to practice medicine. After 2 weeks of physical therapy with no results, they dont order an MRI to investigate the source of pain that is on the 9 scale. 4 months later with no improvement, they feel I am only 25% disabled, where a eval. Dr. says I can work. The left dont know what the right is doing, f-uped.

Long wait times and was not treated well by staff. the manager lady of administration there told me I dont legit complaint for waiting up to 2 hours for a specialist and to f***ing deal with it. ironically rest my appointments had been canceled and no one wanted to help me to reschedule appointments. I dont these people deserve a star from me way I had been treated. :(
