Eric is awesome to work with. He is very personable, knowledgeable, available and timely in his communications. He definitely knows his stuff! My weight is down 10 pounds after a month of working with him. I highly recommend!

Ive been working with Amanda for quite some time now, and I can honestly say I could not have done it without her! Shes been helping me with nutrition in addition to being my personal trainer. I initially started with the meal plans and only a 3 month commitment, but after the progress I made working with Amanda, I decided to sign-up for a longer program.I had been trying to lose weight for years and was always unsuccessful. Amanda really took my lifestyle and preferences into consideration and helped me develop a healthy lifestyle that has been completely sustainable! I cannot recommend her enough!!

I worked with Travis for the past year and its been great! He wrote a plan for me, met with me weekly to discuss my ups ands downs and answered any questions I had. He would send me information that he thought I may like, or things we discussed. He was always available via text or email to answer any questions. He made me feel comfortable and not self-conscious, which was important to me. Travis was awesome to work with and I would recommend him to anyone!

After graduating college and not being involved in competitive team sports anymore, I gained a little weight. I tried for a year or two to lose the extra 10-15 pounds on my own - listening to apps such as My Fitness Pal or the newest thing I found on an internet search. I was getting very discouraged when I did not see any change and even had another professional tell me that maybe this is my new normal. I knew that was not true. Finally I found out about Nutrition HealthWorks and started to see Sarah. Sarah spent a while listening to my struggles and educated me on what my body needs. While I thought I was eating healthy for a while, I found out that other plans I found were actually having me under eat based on my metabolism and activity level, which was why I could not lose the weight on my own. What I loved about Sarah and her plan is that I never felt restricted or that I was on a diet. She never said dont eat this or dont eat that. With Sarah, it is more about discovering a healthy lifestyle balance and a healthy relationship with food. Following the plan, I feel like I eat more food than before, but I see the weight come off, feel toned and healthier than ever! Sarah is also amazing at always being a resource and quick to answer with any questions! I cant thank her enough!

My wife and I have been attending sessions with Travis for several months. In addition to losing weight, we have truly enjoyed meeting with him to discuss our nutritional strategies and challenges. Travis is quick to offer creative suggestions and advice, as well as take time to explain nutritional science. He is knowledgeable and supportive, but perhaps more importantly he is energetic and fun to work with. I think that our sessions have helped me to keep nutrition in mind over the long term, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of dietary advice or support.

I originally set up an appointment with Travis because I wanted to get in shape for my wedding and honeymoon, but I didnt stop going after getting married. Travis was very accommodating of my vegan diet, and wrote a meal plan that worked for me and my schedule. Over the last 9 months or so, I have learned a lot about nutrition and how to fuel my body effectively. Not only did I see changes in my body composition by using this meal plan and adhering to various tips he shared with me, I feel significantly better in terms of energy and mental alertness. For anyone who is interested in learning more about nutrition and fitness, I highly recommend setting up an appointment with Travis for a personalized plan that will surely yield results.

I went into Nutrition HelathWorks looking for a meal plan to help me reach my goals of reducing body fat percentage and increasing muscle - a very fine line when it comes to eating. Travis was able to give me a great, easy-to-follow plan that reduced my body fat percentage by 10% in just 4 months. As an athlete its important to have a plan that keeps me fueled without gaining body fat. Hes consistently available for consultations on small tweaks to the plan to make sure Im still on track.
