Been going here for years since I was little. nothing has changed very rude and unexperienced reps in the front. I had to go there twice in one day because one of the front desk woman told me that it was OK to do something and when I was trying to do it they told me that I wasn’t allowed to do that and I would have to go back. No one ever takes blame for their mistakes. Management don’t seem to care because I complain before. I understand A lot of people go to the clinic and they’re not easy but there’s no need to have such rude front desk people. And I know they have not changed and they been the same people for many years. don’t recommend this place whatsoever I find it easier for appointments and in and out visits going to the Patchogue clinic. ZERO STARS

Scheduled an appointment this morning for a Covid test for 2:30. I was given no information once I got there I called to inform the call center never contacted the front desk to inform I was there. I wasn’t even give. The information on where to park. I waited for an hour finally after my 5th time calling one receptionist named Samantha took the time to help and called the front desk to find out that the doctor was never informed that I was in the back waiting to get tested. Now I have to go to another location to get tested. Call center needs to go back to training!

Ive always been afraid to visit health centers. Ive heard a lot of horrible stories, but I must say this facility is a very clean friendly respectable staff. I personally would recommend friends & family. Keep up the great work. One recommendation if I may.Security should be able to interact with patients in the waiting area. Get to know whos coming in and leaving. Having a Security Officer just their sitting at a desk doesnt do much justice.

This is the WORST health care facility I’ve ever experienced. It’s dirty, the people and staff are rude and more importantly, don’t know what they are talking about or doing. I made an appointment for an IUD removal - showed up for the appointment and the doctor didn’t know how to remove it. They made a “fake” appointment for the next day at another location. I went the next day and no appointment had been made. The pediatrician had me take my daughter to a nutritionist claiming she was borderline obese. I took off work and brought her to the appointment and the nutritionist at Stoneybrook said she had no business there asking what pediatrician would even suggest sending her there. (She is very active and healthy). This is just the start of the problems we have had there. Never on time. Getting time appropriate appointments nearly impossible. They refuse to create a call list for cancellations. I feel terrible because it is run so horribly yet so many people in the community rely on it. Today we sat for over an hour in the examination room. When I asked the nurses station what was going on, she said doctor is running an hour behind and the front desk was supposed to notify us of that - of course they didn’t.Now I can’t seem to get my thyroid medicine refilled. Been trying for 2 weeks to get Dr Arif to refill my medicine. She refuses for some unknown reason. Now I’ve been out of medicine for days and the call center just tells me to call back every 20 minutes. Nice way to spend my day off! This woman is going to have a lawsuit on her hands for malpractice.

Every time I try and refill a prescription it takes DAYS!! Even cvs says they are horrible and impossible to get in touch with in a timely manor. Trying to call them myself is a joke, waiting on hold for 30+ minutes only to finally give up and leave my number with their call back option which they never call back.. ALL THIS PLACE WANTS IS YOUR CO PAYS AND TO BILL YOUR INSURANCE! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!

Just a few of my experiences. I came in suffering from asthma. I was told to take Claritin and a rescue inhaler and it should clear up. Eventually I ended up in the hospital. Another time I was 5 months pregnant and the Dr was concerned about my increased size (large for 5 months) I came in for a scheduled sonogram. I waited 5+ hours only to be told that my Dr never put me on the list with the technician. So I would have to come back for the same Dr appointment again to be put on the list. The ladies tried to tell me she is very thorough. No, she was double booked. So I come back for the same appointment only to wait 4+ hours and be yelled at by my Dr. because she asked how far along and I said 5 months. She yelled No in weeks! At that point I should have left but I needed the sonogram. Then she told me Im probably fine and dont need the sonogram. Thank god everything was fine. But she should have made sure. Eventually I took the time to find a new doctor who didnt make me feel as if I was part of a herd of cattle. These were only TWO of my experiences within 3 years. My only regret is that I didnt look for a better doctor after the first trip.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I have been two days in a row. Sat and waited for 1 hour only to be told my doctor called out that day. Then made an appointment for the second day and waited an hour to be told I’d have to wait another hour and I couldn’t do that because I had a baby sitter at home. Horrible horrible horrible would not recommend this place to anyone

Terriable terrIble service. I will NEVER go back there. I needed my birth control renewed before running out and they would not renew it. I was in 4 months previous to this for an appointment to get birth control and they told me the only way to get more is to be seen again. Then they didn’t have any apintments open for a month later. They did not care that I wouldn’t have my birth control (which I need to keep continuing). They just want your money. No one on the phone knows what there talking about. They send messages to the doctor and the doctor never gets back to you. Terriable service. I hope they get shut down. Do not ever go there, you will regret it.

I went here for dental services. I cannot recommend this place. The staff and the doctor are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Look elsewhere unless you have literally no other options.

When it comes to leaving a message for my nurse practioner Beverly Dean she or who ever is in charge never get back to me. EverytimeI call them to send over my prescription it takes more than 2-5 days and when they do it’s always wrong. Since this seems to happen often I have to call a week or two before I run out of my medication . Two days ago on Thursday I have left a message with their new call center which by the way the woman who helped me obviously didn’t know what she was doing bc the next day on Friday I called to check my medication status and found out it was never sent! I made my point very clear on Thursday that I had ONE pill left and thatmessage was never sent. Now I left another one and again you would think a nurse or dr will get on it especially since I was told it will be sent as a high priority . They need to come up with a better system. Luckily for me my pharmacy is open 24/7 and they were able to give me an emergency pill. And to top it off I was also told by the pharmacist that they tried to contact my dr and they haven’t heard back. So unprofessional. They need to take peoples health condition more Seriously this is so unacceptable.

This is about the worst clinic Ive ever been to. Im a cardiac patient. They refused to help me with heart and blood pressure medication prescriptions. Doctor told me to go to an emergency room!
