Intense Training does exactly what their name implies!My girlfriend has been with them for years and has been trying to get me to join. I kept telling her I was fine with the big boxed fitness center I belonged to.I was completely wrong! Brian (my trainer) has put me on a program thats amazing. Im having the best workouts with him and started seeing results almost immediately I now wake up looking forward to getting to the gym. I think its because I see and feel the results so much.If your looking for a place where you can get in great shape look no further. Its not some big boxed Fitness Center its a place where you go to get a personalized exercise program that will push you to your limits.

My trainer Sandy is the best! Since Ive started training with Sandy 2 + years ago, I feel stronger and more toned than ever before. Sandys professional guidance and continuous encouragement gets me through my workouts even after a long day at work. Thanks Sandy!!!

As I approach 50, I am happy to say that I am more lean and fit than when I was 20, thanks to owner Brian Makovsky. I enjoy training two to three times a week for the last 3+ years and have referred many friends to Intense Training. The service is personal, the equipment well-maintained and the atmosphere is friendly and encouraging. The team also emphasizes nutrition. My teen age son and his friends work out with the staff too.
