I dont typically take the time to write reviews, but I just had my first visit with Dr. Silverman at Eagle Eyecare and all I can say is WOW - at the entire experience. When I called to make my first appointment, the woman I spoke to was friendly, polite, and professional (which should be an industry standard, but unfortunately, its not, and it was actually refreshing). When I arrived at the office today, the lobby was clean and the associates all conducted themselves in a way that made me feel safe during a pandemic. After a very short wait, Dr. Silverman called me back for my exam. Unsurprisingly. his demeanor was exactly the same as the office staff. He thoroughly listened to what I had to say and spent a good deal of time explaining what to expect from each test and then the results of each test. Dr. Silverman is NOT a hand on the door type of doctor. The office treats you as a patient, not just another insurance claim. I really loved my last eye doctor, who, unfortunately, sold his practice to retire, but I am very relieved to have found a similar doctor and office to take his place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Walked in on August 18 to see if I can schedule an appointment for both my grandmother and myself on a Saturday. They told me they were booked until mid October and I requested the appointments for October. I called today (10/10) and inquired on the appointments and they told me I never made one. Odd as I walked into the location and provided ALL necessary information and they failed to input on calendar. The woman I spoke to was nasty and not sympathetic in regards to the incompetency of her coworker. Nasty and incompetent staff avoid!

Lovely doctor and staff. Highly recommend. I was pleased with the very thorough examination and did not feel pressured into purchasing high end glasses. I will definitely be going back for my annual eye exams.

Dr. Silverman takes his time to give you a thorough exam. I trust him and have referred him to my entire family.The staff is very polite and provide excellent service from setting appointments to helping you find the best frames without being pushy.

I had a broken arm on my eye glasses brought to them and they had it fixed within an hr with no charge very nice staff I also asked them about replacing lenses On a frame that I wasn’t happy with they told me it would be no problem changing out the lenses on a frame that wasn’t there’s great service!!!!!!

THE BEST!! Knowledgeable staff (helped explain everything going on during my appointment to me in a kind, understandable way), latest technology, beautiful selection of frames, and helpful, most friendliest staff!! They made me feel welcome and like family. THANK YOU!! Highly recommended.

Doc Silverman and staff are great! Never a long wait. Very professional in every way. Technicians are also very well trained and they don’t pressure you into buying anything you don’t need.Keep up the great work!

Ive been going to Dr. Silverman for many years, and he always performs a very thorough and professional exam in a very relaxed atmosphere.He is an excellent diagnostician, and carefully explains his findings to the patient.The entire staff at Eagle Eyecare is friendly and courteous, and willing to work within the budgets of its patients. They took the time to help me make the right choice for me.

Eagle Eyecare is the best. Every member of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Ill go one further. I am hearing impaired and always have trouble in doctors offices, but not here. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure I understand them and never lose patience with me. Dr. Silverman and listens and responds to every question and never rushes my appointments. They have a great selection of frames to choose from and the best thing is that you can go back there for adjustments, repairs, etc., and they go out of their way to be helpful. I have my whole family going to Eagle. Id never go anyplace else.

We are almost on our 3rd Year going to Eagle Eyecare and we love it.Dr. Silverman is excellent, does a very meticulous exam and explains everything, he is not only good with adults (my husband) but with my little ones, 3 and 6. He is so good that he dilates their pupils and they dont even realize it; no crying at all. They also have excellent customer service, whenever my 6 year old had issues with his glasses they have gone Above and Beyond in resolving the issue immediately. A friend of mine recommended them and now I truly recommend them.

Dr. Silverman and his Staff are awesome. My husband and I have been going there for years. Always friendly and helpful plus they accept our insurance and we never had any issues. Would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Silverman gives a complete thorough exam. He not only covers every base concerning the health of your eyes. BUT ALSO EDUCATES YOU VERY WELL. Dr. Silverman never rushes you through the consultation and has lots of patience. The staff is amazing as well.

Dr. Michael Silverman is the best optometrist I ever experienced, in his meticulous examinations and understanding the complexity of his patients vision issues.The shop is very neat and clean and the service professional and pleasant.I have been visiting this place for the past 11 years and it is the only optical service facility I am so loyal to for 60 years since I wore my first pair of eye glasses.

Dr Silverman and the staff are the best. I have been a customer for about 3 years and I am so pleased that even after I moved from Coral Springs I continue coming every year for my eye exam. My kids love the glass selection. I am very happy and please. Thanks Dr Silverman and team.

I enjoyed my time here. I had to get an updated eye exam and the whole experience was pleasant. Dr. Silverman was very knowledgeable on a range on topics regarding eyes and even educated me on some of the history of some of the practices! I loved it and it really was a nice place to get an eye exam.

The team at Eagle Eye Care has been nothing short of awesome since we moved back here 2 years ago. They have solidified our relationship recently with going above and beyond in a couple of occasions. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a relationship with their optical shop!

Dr Silverman will take time to explain problems u may have & options you can take. You are usually taken on your given appt which to me is also important. Friendly staff & beautiful frames to choose from.
