Had a drain line leak requiring exterior wall to be broken to get to leak and repair kitchen drain line. Walter and his associate were professional, personable, thorough, and explained everything. As you can image repairs not the cheapest thing to get done, but I feel price was competitive. Would recommend Art Plumbing and specifically 5 stars for Walter.

James Matthews was our plumber. He installed the kitchen faucet with ease and without any leaks. I had bought my own kitchen faucet. I prefer to choose my own items and in a store environment. He explained the process of installation along the way. Thank you, James, for the excellent installation of the faucet and commode items.

ART installed a new AC unit in my condo in June 2021. The City has come to inspect the work done twice since then and I have failed inspection twice. It is now October 2021. No one has contacted me to schedule a time to fix the issues stated by the City. To their credit, the staff is friendly and the work was completed quickly. Not sure that matters if I keep failing inspection though.

Jesse, Stephen and the ART team did a great job on our condo new water heater install, American Standard 16 SEER AC unit and shut off valves. It was a tough job and the team got it done the right way with no issues when the water came back on or when the AC started up. Our condo is nice and cool now after dealing with an 16 year old AC unit which iced up several times and made bad noises. The new AC unit is super quiet and comes with a 10 year warranty from the manufacture plus a 2 year labor warranty. Jesse did a great job on the pipe work and was very attention to detail oriented with high quality soldering work and no leaks were detected once the building water was turned back on. Very happy with the work and service and Art Can Fix It!

We bought a new house that did not have main valve. Called Art and their plumber came and installed one for $656. About a month later we noticed the main valve is leaking a lot. Contract says their repairs are warranties warranties 90 days. I called Art Plumbing on a Monday notifying of their faulty repair and the need to get it fixed, and Joey the dispatcher tells me they dont have any openings until the following Monday. Not sure where their priorities are but telling them they have an incomplete job that is leaking and cannot be shut off because it is a MAIN VALVE and they tell you to wait over a week is ludicrous. Do not use this company - I said they need to complete their existing work before moving on to any new work. Unbelievable. Do not use this company. You have been warned.

Technician arrived early and efficiently changed out our water heater. Installation was highly professional. Area of installation was left neat and clean.

Daniel and Team Mate were the best that I have seen in the business, They were not only on time but to my surprise a little early.As soon as they opened the truck doors out came the needed tools, fans, hoses and the new water heater in a neat and orderly manner.The old Heater was drained and put back in the truck, all areas cleaned and the new water put in place and hooked up.The whole job took less than 2 hours and when the water and power was turned on all worked perfectly and my much needed shower was taken in about 20 minutes, I might also add they not only explained what they were doing and did not get upset with me looking over their shoulders and answered my many questions.My Five Stars is a little low I would give them Six if possible.I would highly recommend this Team.Thanks Don H.

Art installed a dual UV light system and Air purifier after they pulled and cleaned my A/Cs coil. Good price for the entire service and installation. They even sent me photos of the work done along with the service invoice within minutes to my email. So happy to do business with them!

Very good plumber that came to my apartment, on time and did the job well. But i would not use them only because you need a 2nd job to pay for the work. They are so so expensive just to find a LITTLE leak in my kitchen. I will next time use another plumbing company because there prices are crazy and i would suggest to you to SHOP around before you call them.

I had two simple issues: repairing a ceiling fan and the doorbell. The tech they sent couldn’t do either one. All he kept telling me was that maybe we were struck by lighting. I kept asking him to call another tech or would the company send another tech. They did neither. I told him I would not pay the $250 charge (plus $59 fee for just showing up). He talked to his manager and they lowered it to $172. I still had to hire another company to fix the issues. I called a friend of a friend and he fixed both issues in one hour. This company offered no explanation for just taking our money and leaving. We own a company as well and would never just leave a customer without trying to figure out the issue, sending a more experienced tech or getting an inspector involved. Awful service for a minor issue. I can’t imagine how they would handle a large one.

Joseph and his partner arrived on time. They had all the tools and parts needed to begin. The process was very well organized and executed efficiently. What impressed me the most was the pride they took in doing their work. It showed in how they interacted with each other and the many times they went to check that everything was done right. Daniel was at my apartment to scope a pipe with a camera to determine the cause and location of a clog in the pipe. He was extremely neat as well as patient. He explained what he was doing and what he was looking for. When he found the location of the clog, he showed me on the camera and explained how he was going to remedy the situation. As well as explaining the situation to my husband who was not home but was on the phone. Daniel was a true professional and a nice guy. I would highly recommend him.

ART Plummer, Walter Wyeman, and his accompanying young assistant, did and outstanding and professional job, fixing a water leak at my washer and dryer station at home as we as the water pressure at the kitchen sink. These team, came in, as a couple questions, analyzed the issues, and wishing a minutes or two new exactly what was wrong and what was the solution to each problem, at the right price. This is the company you want to come to your home and fix you Plumming issues. I was so satisfied with their work, that I made another appointment with the same company, to come in and install lighting in front of my garage. What a great team to work with. The technician was awesome but the price was outrageous. $650.00 to replace an outdoor, above ground pipe was extremely expensive. The technician was awesome but the pricing would make me only use them in the future as a last resort.

In February 2021, I had a cracked fitting on my bathroom sink drain. A very easy fix since it was a threaded fitting on both ends. The cost of the part at Home Depot is $2.98.But since I was in contract to sell the house, I needed to have a licensed plumber come in to fix the issue. Art Plumbing trucks are everywhere so I called them to do the repair. They showed up on-time (they get 1 star for that).They knew I was selling the house and needed the repair done that day. So they took advantage of me and charged $259 for less than 10 minutes of work. When completed the sink was not leaking (they get 1 star for that). However, the installed a used PVC fitting and sent me a photo of their work to add insult to financial injury.I couldnt even tell them to forget it because of the cost, because the plumber said he would still charge me $175 for the service call, even if he fixed nothing.Buyer beware.

I bought a new water heater from Home Depot and had it installed by James Matthews after he advised me re my various options. The figure he quoted for the install was exactly as expected. His advice about which equipment to buy was sound. After I made my choice he very promptly rearranged his schedule to allow him to go and pick up the water heater and proceed to install it. Although it was late in the day when he started, he worked diligently into the evening to complete the job. He was thorough and pleasant and left his card for me to call him for any problems I might have with the unit. I can wholeheartedly recommend James and Art Plumbing. Their support staff are pleasant and efficient. I had a five star experience in dealing with them.

Art Plumbing is causing a huge problem with my house closing. It seems they do not close their permits, years later I have to hound them to get my permit closed. Ive called and left messages, told Ill get call backs. They sure called me back when I was spending $12,000 on my sewer line. Ive driven way out to their offices to sign papers. Dont get stuck with this company!!

I started using Art Plumbing AC and electric as part of a water heater install last year. This round I needed the main valve replaced, and the shower valves in both bathrooms replaced. James and Edward got the job done in a reasonable time, were very friendly and professional. James made sure that I understood all the benefits of the plan I purchased with another plumber from Art, made sure I got the brochure and helped me understand another concern I had. I hope to schedule maintenance instead of repair in the near future.

Everything up until you pay is fast. The prices are well above the average but the promise of bi mediocre work and care for the customer makes you believe you are doing the right thing. However, once you have the first problem with your AC, then the great service promises go down the drain. Conclusion, extremely overpriced. Their sales people are dishonest and while the work they do is not bad (thus the 3 stars), they have cut some corners. The devil is in the details.

Daniel and Anthony did a great job, very neat and clean water heater replacement, he explained me all the options available. Love the fact I got an appointment 30mins later after I called.

My son was on the site and he reported the work was done quickly and the conversation about the repairs was done effectively and usefully. It was a good experience and helped us prepare the house.

Kevin and Chuck arrived on time and where very professional (I liked that they used disposable booties on their shoes). They explained everything in detail and made it easy to understand the issues with what I was interested in, and then provided me with an alternative that I had not thought of. Absolute worst service. After 3 times of rescheduling my appointment because of their own INCOMPETENCE, my appointment for today was all of a sudden cancelled without any phone call or notice. DO NOT US THIS COMPANY. They have no idea what they are doing.

Steve replace the water valve for the dishwasher and got rid of the tap water filter that I didnt need. Its much better and clean and easy to access to the valve.

Communication with office is good. They promised to make me smile and succeeded. Most service members communicate and relate very well.Rates are a bit high but the service is good. I signed the contract so service fees should be refunded.

Dan was such a great dealer to work with. He made this process a little less sour by having a great personality. He answered all my questions... and I had a lot! I went with this company because they Are well established and experienced. I feel like Im in good hands for such an extensive and expensive project.

Casey arrived on time and ready with all tools and professional courtesy. He went above and beyond on my Sink swap out installation. I had a two basin sink and purchased a one basin as well as a new garbage disposal installation. I’m giving birth any day now and he was extremely patient and kind on making everything run smoothly.
