Friendly staff, quick efficient and just what you want plus more from an urgent care. Thank God I have found a reliable place for my family close to home. I’ll refer everyone here, by far the best in Coral Springs and anywhere else that I’ve been in Florida.

Had a great experience with this location. Went in for a surgery clearance . The team was very professional, the atmosphere was pleasant, clean facilities and short wait time. Pretty sure this will not be my first and last visit. I’d give a full 10 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Came in after hours with my daughter having a UTI and everyone was so kind and made her feel like it wasn’t a scary place to be at the Dr. office later at night. EVERYONE from the receptionist to the emt and the Dr was kind and loving you could tell they were there to help. I haven’t had a warm experience like that in an ER or Urgent care before ever! I highly recommend Dr. G’s!!!!

Quick, excellent service. Staff was professional and sympathetic. So thankful there is a Pharmacy right on site! Such a convenience, especially when your not feeling well and don’t want to have to drive someplace else and wait to get your medications.

Wonderful staff in the entire office. Very polite, informative and understandable. They provide me with what I need and explained everything in a clear way. Front desk nurse was very sweet and helpful. The male nurse was also sweet and understood my illness and make me feel like I was home. The Dr. Was the best. Eventhough I live in tamarac I will go again and again if I have to. Thats why I give them 5 star one of the best urgent care I been.

From the moment you walk in you are treated with kindness, patience and professionalism!!!! Tests are conducted (within reason) in house. The doctor actually listened to what you said (!) They even had a on site pharmacy!!!!! All medications and treatments were clearly explained and questions were answered concisely.

Honestly I expected an in and out type place BUT they exceeded my expectations, down to not having to wait long and the kindness…nurses, receptionist and DOWN TO THE doctor. I highly recommend this place!!! I had not a single complaint they all made me feel comfortable and like they cared not a lot of urgent care facilities are like the way they are.

Long wait once inside room but care was very good

This place is above your standard urgent care. My family were all diagnosed with COVID, my son had the worst symptoms with pneumonia. Dr. Gs set up a treatment plan consisting of antibiotics and several injections. Because of the treatment he received, he didnt have to go to the hospital. I am grateful for the care he received. This is our new urgent care center.

This place is amazing. I was skeptical of a walk in clinic, because of past experiences of other walk ins. I had COVID-19 and the Doctor was very thorough with the options they offer. I took the Regeron antibody treatment. It took me 45 minutes, everyones time frame is different. I stayed for a another 45 minutes to make sure I felt ok. I felt so much better the next day. I was perscribed medication. They have a pharmacy onsite. Which was convenient, since I didnt have to go to Walgreens. They had my medication waiting for me and I left .The whole staff was amazing. From the doctors, nurses, Office personal. The whole experience was great. I highly recommend DR. Gs.

This is one of the most thorough urgent care’s I’ve ever been too. All the urgent cares I’ve been too have me in and out in like 10 minutes. But this one? They actually listened to me and what was wrong. They ran a bunch of tests, checked me thoroughly, gave me medication before I left, were so attentive. Even when one of the medications made me light headed, they gave me water and repeatedly checked on me after to make sure I was ok. It was so nice and comforting.I came in around closing time and still, the staff were so nice and made me feel extremely comfortable. They didn’t rush what they were doing — They took their time doing everything, even though it was close to closing time.I highly recommend them!

When people says they spend hours there for a normal service they do.I went there to get my niece a physical for sschooland it went very left.I was told I needed legal consent from my sister in law for them to release the documents and she could provide it to me over the phone I drove there for them to tell me no that wasn’t possible and the nurse slamming the door in my face.Thank God some of the customers check them for their behaviors.There is an African American receptionist there she is the rudest .Avoid them !

***Response to owner response*** I assure you, my blood pressure, temperature or oxygen levels were not observed. I was very taken aback by this. So much so, I felt it necessary to leave a review and comment. Also, the person who treated me knew I was vaccinated. She made a comment that I most likely will not develop severe symptoms, then she handed me that crazy cocktail of prescriptions. Politics aside, I know another person who was treated with a similar cocktail and developed blood clots in her lungs! Weeks later and 2 seizures later, she is home with an oxygen tank. As for me, I drank my coconut water, took my vitamins and Im up and about, back at work! Sooo... Politics or good practice of medicine???🤔Im fully vaccinated, but I was feeling under the weather with cold like / covid symptoms... It was already after hours for most covid testing facilities, but Dr. Gs was still accepting walk-ins. I went to Dr. Gs, waited about 2 hours to be seen (I expected that). When I was brought into the examination room it looked less than sterile (to say the least ). The N P who saw me listened to my breathing, but did not take my temperature, blood pressure, or check my oxygen levels. I requested they give me both the rapid covid test and the PCR test. The Rapid test came back positive in about 10 minutes. After I was given my results, the N P handed me 8 scripts but could not explain what any of them were for (some of the meds prescribed are pretty serious & remember, no vitals were taken). So when I left, I immediately called my actual doctors after hours line. The answering service picked up my call,I explained everything; they immediately relayed my message. Within seconds my Doctor called me back and strongly advised me not to fill the scripts. She suggested I rest a lot, stay hydrated (coconut water), and take vitamin D. I followed my actual doctors advice and Im on the mend.

The staff is amazing. But i am leaving this review because i went to get a covid test done and it’s been 2 weeks and my results remain “unknown”. I’ve contacted the office with no response.

My husband got a broken nose one night, we went here to get it treated the next afternoon. The doctor was very good and knowledgeable. They were able to set his nose in less than a half hour.We will definitely be coming back if the need arises.

Seriously incompetent staff. I had to walk in & sit in the clinic for 2 hours making sure they could do the simplest thing, took them forever just to fax my lab results over to my surgeon. I gave them all the necessary orders and my surgeon came back to me saying a bunch of tests were not performed, never received my urinalysis, ended up going to another lab to get things completed. Waste of time and money.

Worst ever I went there to get my son physical for school and she told me I need a Driver’s license get my son seen by the doctor. I told her I never drive don’t know how to drive and she insist I need to have driver’s license! I never of that in my entire 40 years am on earth. What about another ID.

I was sick as a dog and went there a few minutes before closing. The staff were tired (you can tell they had a busy day) BUT they were AMAZING !! Both the Front Desk and the Nursing Staff took care of me and loaded me up with meds.. Im brand new in a week. Ive been there several times now and I would definitely recommend if you need medical help.

The receptionist is very rude .They tell you they accept insurance but be aware they will charge you afterwards even with valid insurance.

I just visited the coral springs office for the 2nd time yesterday. Both times I was treated amazing and Both times I also did not wait long at all . The medical assistants were great as well as both doctors . I get covid swabbed every few weeks as I am a massage therapist and want to make sure I am not carrying covid virus and keeping my clients safe and they were super gentle doing the test. I couldnt of been any more comfortable at a medical office 👍 highly recommend!😁😁😁

Went there for the first time today. The staff was all female today (which I loved) and they were all amazing and very compassionate. I was seen today for a fractured foot. Patient check in is convenient as it done on a kiosk. (Another patient complained about having to touch the kiosk during covid) but whats the difference between touching that and using pens or clipboards at the office? Just put sanitizer when youre done like I do. Plus I saw her use the kiosk, then start touching her phone without sanitizing her hands so clearly, she isnt truly concerned, just entitled. (not to mention, the office had separate tubs for sanitized and used pens). The receptionist was nicer than I would have been lol. But back to the positive note, the staff all took time with me and were genuinely concerned about my well being. They were all extremely thorough. They also have a small pharmacy inside.

We went yesterday July 21 to b have my mother Mercedes checked because she was having difficulty breathing and the primary doctor suggested we get a chest X-ray. Dr G urgent care was able to provide us with that and more . Ryan the paramedic was excellent he was sweet and compassionate with my 93 year old mother. He did everything with care and kindness. We were impressed with the whole experience and highly recommend DrG urgent care center Coral Springs. My mom is doing so much better thanks to the care she received . Thank you Ryan and the lovely Cheryl and it me not forget the X-ray tech she was also great . Thank you again and will return if I need medical assistance. ❤️

Ryan (medic) rocks, Leo (provider) is a sweetheart, and Blanca (X-ray tech) didn’t have anything to do for my appointment because I didn’t require an X-ray, but she’s awesome too.Great staff, extremely charming and thoughtful. Willing to go the extra mile to the ensure that the patient feels comfortable, whether that be through humorous, disarming (but entirely professional) rhetoric, or calming, thoughtful reassurance— whatever they discern the patient requires to remain at ease. They are all efficient at each task they perform— by explaining the process in full detail and reassuring the patient of the possible, natural side effects that may occur, the staff clarify that they (the reactions to certain medications) are natural responses and nothing to be worried about. At the same time, they make sure stress that it is important for the patients to speak up if they have any concerns. The staff are all patient and fully willing to answer any all questions (whether the patient perceives their questions to be silly or not), always taking the time to go in-depth in any explanation necessary. Dr G’s Employees all care about their patients and want them to leave satisfied and confident with their treatment and diagnosis.Truly an amazing staff.

Such an amazing experience in such a scary time for me. First of all what other urgent care is open until 10pm... Everyday....NONE! That saved me an expensive hospital bill even with insurance. From the time I arrive to the Coral Springs location to the time I left it was welcoming, informative, safe, professional, and assuring. I saw Dr. Reyes and his knowledge and personality is hard to find. He sits and actively listens to you and ask more questions. He doesn’t rush you, he explains everything and answers all questions. There is also a pharmacy there in the office. I went on a Sunday night at 9 so it was closed. I ended up going to a Walgreen open until 12am 8 minutes away which worked out perfect.They have a very good team there and it’s evident by the culture in the office. I will make Dr.Gs urgent care my first option every time moving forward. They also call to follow up with you the next day just to see how you are feeling or if you have any questions or concerns. Which other medical office does that....NONE! So thanks to the team over there for a personal and professional experience.

This place is the absolute worse. I went in on Thanksgiving Nov 26th and never received a call with my lab results. I call them on Day 8 and they tell me it isnt back yet. It should take normally 5-7 days. I call again two days later and no results so I told them to call as obviously they are lost. They told me they would follow up and never called me back. I call them a couple days later and they said they would call me back and never did. I call them a third time a couple days later and they tell me that the lab cannot find my lab work. I tell them I want my co pay refunded and they said someone will call me back. No call back so I call again and tell them I am going to leave a bad review online and guess what? I got a call back. They said they will let me know and of course no call back. Yesterday I got a call about my results but they just left a message to call them back. Not sure if they have the results but they said they are calling in regards to lab work to return their call. I call and they tell me once again they will call me back and guess what no call. Today is December 16th no answer. I am not sure how all their locations are but stay away from the Coral Springs location!!! Obviously that was $50 in the garbage!! I would give them zero stars but I cannot submit unless I give them 1 star.

Office was clean, staff was very courteous and tremendously helpful. Nurse Practitioner, Cheryl, was a delight as were Alex (Alejandro) Brianna and Karen. At times like these, kind and compassionate bedside manner is as urgent as efficiency! Both of these were experienced in this emergency visit.

I have gone to this location more than once, never had a problem untill they wrongfully charged my wife.Long story short. The woman at the front desk is new and is just doing as shes told. Lied to my wife over insurance coverage for covid testing. Wrongfully charged a $75 co pay even when the front desk was informed that my wife was covered. We Had the insurance company call the office to have charges reversed and my charges to be waived for the covid testing. The office claims we have to wait up to 30 days.I eventually had to get tested myself and went into the office with my wife so i can get tested and clear up the wrongful charge. I was greeted by a second woman who did everything she could to sweep me under the rug. Her information was contradictory and i called her out on numerous points. Ex we were told that the insurance coverage for covid testing changes everyday. Wrong. This same woman was also slick to mention more than once that we had signed a no refund document. Sure, does that document say that youre allowed to be lazy and not pull the benefits for an individual plan so charges could be applied correctly? I bet it doesnt. Both women were also quick to mention that they are following the paper they have on their wall. The paper says we have to charge you a co pay unless you bring in a physical document that shows your coverage.Multiple times they tried to have me call the delray branch to speak to their manager. Wrong. You made the mistake. You can call to extend the refund for a charge that should have never happened.Right, in short. They are a business and they will charge you whatever is convenient for them then lie about it.

I went in on august 25 to get a test. The lady at the front asked me to sign in and i did. She asked me what i needed and since their were people behind me i didnt want to say it put loud so i asked her if i could use her pen and paper and she had an attitude. Then i waited in the front room for 20 min and it wasnt that busy. Next i finally was called in and had to sit there in the room waiting for someone to come in and they took long. Finally the women comes in to ask me about my history with alcohol and drugs, when she left i had to then wait again for a long time for the doctor to come in, i explained what i needed then he left and i had to wait additionally for the women to come in and take my blood. Now it has been 5 days and they told me i would get my results in 24-72 hrs. I called them and the same women with the attitude told me that they would call me later so i had to call back because she took to long just for her to tell me someone else would give me my results. Never again!

While on holiday in Florida my seasonal allergies progressed to an upper respiratory infection. I was skeptical of urgent care centers in general, but my fever and misery needed help FAST. I went to Dr. Gs first thing this morning (they opened at 8 am). The triage nurse was awesome, listened to me intently, was careful and thorough on vitals and history, and within minutes the Dr. appeared and did a quick exam. He was quick to recognize what was happening, and wrote a few orders to their on house pharmacy. My insurance was accepted at face value, and now, 12 hours later, I feel much better than I have in the past few weeks. Im looking forward to the rest of my holiday, confident that Ive gotten excellent medical treatment.

I was referred to Dr Gs by a friend. I dont like waiting anywhere for anything etc. I was able to call and do alll the paperwork and initial visit on FaceTime. Then I was able to drive over to the location and Adrien came out and swabbed me for the Covid test. He was AMAZINGLY gentle & sweet & I waited MAYBE 10 minutes!!!! I was soooo happy because he informed me that it was very busy inside. So amazing how fast the process was. I have now found my go to Dr when Im here for the winter. Great job great experience nice staff from start to finish.

I was in search of an urgent care and found Dr. G’s online. After reading the reviews I made the decision to stop by as it wasn’t far from me. There’s a reason why this place has 5 stars. The service is friendly, warm and welcoming. Everyone makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. I don’t visit doctors often and admit I’m a bit of a baby but Marc (radiology tech) was awesome and managed to keep me laughing. All of my questions were answered and they made sure I had the necessary information once my visit was complete. I am grateful to have found this place and if I ever need medical care again I would not hesitate to come back. Thanks Dr. G!

Went there 3 different times within 2 month’s for different illnesses. Everyone was pleasant. Got In and out pretty quickly. They were very thorough in there diagnosis.everytime they called me the following day to see how I was doing. The only thing that was a downfall was the kiosk machine.seemed to never do what it was supposed to do.waste of time if it’s not working properly.otherwise I give it 5 stars!👍🏻

If you ever have an emergency, do not ever go to this place. There’s a young lady with a blonde wig, fake eyelashes, slamming things around because a sick patient walks the front door 20 minutes prior to her going home. That’s all I can say, you be the judge.

Great office, friendly team. Usually when doctors are unsure of something, they don’t seek for a second opinion in their office. However, that was not the case here! The PA was unsure about something that he saw in my ear and asked the Doctor to come look. Excellent care and service. I felt heard and received great medical advice and care. Even better that it was so close to home! Thank you all!

I arrived to Dr. G’s late on Friday with a huge bump on my head from a fall in my home. Staff was very nice that evening. However they had told me that they would make sure first thing Saturday & I would get a call to get scheduled for a car scan possibly over the weekend. They would call me very first thing when they opened on Saturday to see if they got me an appt to tell me where and when I should go for Cat scan. I waited...no call. So I called them. The paramedic there told me they couldn’t get me in till Monday @ 11am. I asked her if there was any script or anything I needed to do. She said no she would take care of it all. Monday I went to imaging center. Nurse there said they never got a script for the scan. I had to wait for over an hour and half. I even called back to Dr G’s to ask them to send the script. Finally got scan. They said it was marked STAT. The nurse said call Dr G’s they will have it by 3pm. At 3:30 I called and they said Dr hadn’t read it. They will call me tomorrow in the morning. I waited till 2:30 and called. I was told they had no report at all on me. They said they would call me back. I am still waiting.its almost 8pm. Anyway very unprofessional. Very upsetting. I pray nothing is wrong.

Dr. Gs staff is always friendly and helpful. The office never seems chaotic. Dr. Gs office seems to be more flexible than any oyher urgent care Ive attended. Its a hidden gem amongst these crazy times.

I came here because of the many fantastic reviews only to be disappointed and frustrated with their services. Even after a long iPad check in I was not acknowledged, asked why I was there or asked for my insurance/ID (even though I was the ONLY person in the office) until the receptionist was finished with her personal calls and talking to her colleges including the doctor. Even though the office had 0 clients, it took me 40 minutes to get into the the room, and then was told that I had to pay additional charges due to the receptionist not knowing or looking into what is covered. The doctor was also very unprofessional and played messenger with the unknowing receptionist to go back and forth with me about the charges, which shouldn’t have applied to me because I had insurance (and when questioned if they actually called my insurance, their response was that they called the head doctor since she knows every insurance plan HA)The service was so terrible I walked out before they even serviced me without receiving a refund. This place attempts to rob people who have insurance, AVOID.

No offense to the wonderful nurse-practitioners, but when Im sick and nervous about being sick, I want to see my Doctor. But getting to see him means waiting until Im on deaths doorstep. So, as many do, I put off going to my primary just a bit too long and I was beyond nervous about my condition - things seems urgent.Despite my preconceived notions about an urgent care center (images of a hospital-like clinic where triage is being done in the halls, I went to Dr.Gs.I felt at ease the minute I walked in, and obviously my imagination didnt resemble the reality of so pleasant and professional an atmosphere.Great visit, great nurses, great doctor, just a great experience.Highly recommend.

I went to Dr. Gs Urgent care at the Coral Springs location. There was no wait time and the front office proceeded my information quickly which is great especially when you are not feeling well. The staff in the back and the doctors were very friendly and quickly attended to my medical needs. I am very satisfied with the care I have received and will definitely be going back. This is a great new Urgent Care in Coral Springs and I highly recommend it.

I particularly like how personable and friendly everyone is. I really feel they go above and beyond to love you back to health. Id def recommend and Ill def use them again.

The entire staff was friendly and very outgoing. I had an amazing experience and it was my first visit. I love the fact that they are able to accommodate after hours. The office is very clean and most importantly they get u out very fast. Price wise without insurance, service is very affordable. Dr Mercedes Yanez is an awesome woman who listens and cares. Ill recommend Dr Gs to family and friends.

Dr. G’s had overall awesome customer service for the majority of the visit. The PA and nurse I saw were very caring and thorough. The front desk woman was also very cheerful and courteous as well.

Excellent competent doctors no waiting great staff very professional and warm Dr. G has a good bedside manner they’re so close and so convenient I’m so happy to have found them they cured my problem

They were not enforcing patients to wear masks in waiting room. The receptionist was not even wearing her mask. When confronted she said, Oh I have it right here. Well it needs to be on. You are a doctors office! While I was signing in she called another patient to the window not respecting 6 feet social distancing. Inside, a nurse was not wearing a mask at her desk.

I had a great experience here. Professional staff but friendly and efficient. They were thorough and on spot with my infection and treatment. I was able to also have a physical which was very convenient including blood work and urine analysis. I will be back when needed.

I made an appointment for the same day for my mom who was not feeling well. We were able to print out new patient forms online to fill out at our convenience and bring with us to the appointment later that day. Everyone in this office was courteous, efficient and answered all our questions. There was almost no wait time. We were very satisfied with the thorough exam, diagnosis and prescriptions received.

Great experience , extra clean place, nice and welcoming girl at the front desk. I went for the antibodies test for the Cobid19 and the whole process was smooth and fast.

Dr. Ken is by far the best Dr. I have seen in years! The nurses are very polite and does a great job at making me feel comfortable. I went to the new office in Coral Springs and it is an extremely nice office. I will never go to any other Dr. But Dr. Ken from here on out. Absolutely happy that I found him. He even calls me a few days after my visit just to make sure everything is ok and to always ask me if I need anything.Great Experience!

My traveling companion developed a severe upper respiratory infection while on vacation in Florida. Dr Gs provided outstanding immediate care, Rx, and followed up twice: phone call and e-mail. I highly recommend this alternative to the ER.

Dr. Gs is by far the best Urgent Care I have ever been to!! Amazing staff and doctor. Very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. There was basically no wait time, which was awesome.They were so great with my 11 month old. If youre in the Coral Springs area dont hesitate to go there.
