My dental experiences at your office have always been pleasant, and Lauren is the best technician! However, today was a bit different. I completed my cleaning with Lauren and stopped at the desk on the way out to ask if I was good to go. The response I received took me aback and I had to regroup. The young lady who sits right at the door to exit, and handles the insurance information has NEVER been rude, nor has she ever snapped at me. We always laugh and talk because we have the same necklace and bracelet set. But today her behavior was different. She didnt even greet me, but immediately began to fuss at me that she needed updated insurance information because my last visit wasnt paid and I was sent a bill and never responded. She was VERY CURT.I understand that she sees a great many patients, and they are not always pleasant. I also understand that a great many things can go wrong in a day and one can become frustrated, however, those things have nothing to do with me. I receive every email and phone call from your office. Not one of those modes of contact asked me to check my information and update it if needed. I didnt remember that I had gotten new dental insurance since my last visit. I didnt know your office didnt have my new home address. A simple Good afternoon Ms. Knight, has your insurance coverage changed? Or even checking if my information was correct, via an email if necessary. I was very disappointed today about how I was treated and I was very uncomfortable when I left. This has never happened to me in your office before, and Im hoping your processes change to reduce staff frustration, and ensure it wont happen again. Thank you.

From the moment we walked in for our first appointment, everyone was so warm and welcoming. It was as if we were being introduced to our new family. The staff could not have been more considerate. They took us early and finished with us before we expected. The dental assistants and hygienists have all been there for years. They and Dr. Kramer were very thorough and gentle. They took only necessary x-rays and did not look for unnecessary procedures to increase our bill. We felt such joy upon finding a dental practice where we feel so comfortable. We are already looking forward to seeing them in six months.

Well- I chipped a tooth... it can happen to anybody. I called the office and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Boillot. I was seen on time, the staff were very courteous and Dr. Boillot treated my broken tooth with a crown. It can be a stressful experience for anyone. But, I must say, the entire experience was completely pain free. I barely felt the anesthetic injection - and it was a lower jaw tooth, which is the more unpleasant injection to get. Dr. Boillot and the staff did a fantastic job from start to finish in taking care of my tooth and making me feel comfortable throughout the process. I cant thank them enough for the expert, professional care! I would recommend them to anyone. I couldnt have done it better myself!! Dr. Richard Kramer

I have had terrible experiences in past services at other dental practices , many lied to me about my teeth and what was truly needed and over charged me for unnecessary treatments . Dr Kramer is very honest , all his staff are lovely and the front desk are very helpful and accommodating , i can not express how happy i am .

Excellent Service By An Excellent TeamI hadnt been to a dentist in a couple of years. My wife has been going to Dr. Kramers office for quite awhile. The experience was nothing but professional, informative, efficient, and enjoyable. I had a Saturday appointment and expected everyone to be rushing through the cleaning and x-rays to get out of there as soon as possible. Couldnt have been further from the truth. The staff took their time to make sure I understood what was going. Even Dr. Kramer was patient and unhurried. He and his team patiently explained what the minor issues were and what they were going to do for the day. They were extremely nice, and a joy to be around! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a dentist.

I truly do not know where to begin. Dr. Kramer is the most amazing and thorough dentist I have ever been to. I will never go anywhere else. Not only did he preform two root canals on my front teeth, but he made them look better then what I was born with. He is beyond amazing at what he does and for the ladies in the front, I truly will say I look forward to my appointments because they are such delight. His Dental assistant, I created a relationship with her as if she is one of best friends. I never knew that I could find a dentist, not only that could perform amazing work, but to have a staff so delightful as Dr. Kramers office, seriously ... When does the ever happen. I have been seeing Dr Kramer and his staff for almost three years. I can not say how awesome he is. On my first visit, I was coming to get a second opinion as another dentist had said I had three cavities. I thought that was a lot so went to see Dr Kramer who confirmed that I did not have three cavities and apologized for the lack of honesty I had experienced. In a later visit, he noted that I had a questionable crown but said,I could decide when to replace it. He has integrity. I gave since had the crown replaced, been fitted for a mouthpiece for TMJ and several cleanings. On every visit I have been treated great and have had a wonderful experience. ..especially the dental assistants. I highly recommend Dr Kramer and his team of professionals.
