BEWARE! I agree with the review from Lizbet below. I tried calling to make an appointment but no answer. So I decided to text and ask if there was availability on the weekend. Instead of answering that question, she asked me for my voucher number. Once I gave that to her then she told me her policy for Groupons. If you are pregnant and want to purchase a Groupon for prenatal massages then you must know that they only accept Groupon vouchers for appointments Monday through Friday 10am to 3pm. No where is this stated until AFTER you give her the Groupon voucher number, making it hard for you to get a refund or trade in the deal. Well, I contacted Groupon and explained what happened and got a full refund. Maybe she gives good massages - who knows because I certainly never will. Groupon said they will deal with the merchant and Im assuming put her policy in the rules so that people know BEFORE purchasing what the days and hours for redemption really are. Maybe the owner should try being honest instead of cornering pregnant women when theyre most vulnerable. I hope this review helps other women who may want a prenatal massage but are unable to commit to a weekday 10am to 3pm time slot. RESPONSE TO OWNER: Please stop lying below and dont insult my intelligence. I wish I could post the screenshot of our text messages. She CLEARLY stated and I quote We only take Groupon M-F 10am to 3 pm. When I said shouldnt that be listed on the Groupon rules or why didnt you tell me when I asked her response was I get it, but thats our schedule for that massage deals. Like I told her, I dont have time for games. Ladies - DO NOT believe what she is telling you and DO NOT give her your voucher number unless she has an appointment slot that works for you! For me shes dishonest so I wouldnt bother even if it was free. And thats my honest opinion. EDIT: Read Google review below from Kimberly Martinez posted 4 years ago that states the same thing I said! I wish I could give this place zero stars. I made several attempts to make an appointment and was unsuccessful. I bought a Groupon for 2 prenatal massages and was really looking forward to it due to my back pain and I was highly disappointed. I tried to call the number listed and no answer or response to my voicemail for 2 days. I also texted the number it says to text for appointments and the communication was terrible. I could barely understand the texts as if someone didn’t know English texting me. I asked for a call several times and they said they are unable to call me. Very unprofessional. How do you run a business but can’t make calls or answer the phone to make an appointment? They ended up blocking my number because I told them this was a very unprofessional way to handle a business. Just the way they respond to my messages is unprofessional. I got the Groupon because reviews stated Elizabeth is amazing but unfortunately I wasn’t able to book to find out.

I spent time for a while looking for a good place where to get a facial and I cant be more than happy than I found Skin by Elizabeth, the service is amazing, she really do care about their clients and always respond in a manner of time and always check on you how your treatment is going. The prices are fair. I highly recommend her!! Whatever treatment the client needs/wants she made sure that is going properly. Best massage ever! I woke up with so my pain in my shoulders I couldn’t move. Just in the first session the pain was gone. I’ve been to chiropractors before for the same pain and they made it worst. Elizabeth has the best hands! I strongly recommend her!Also the space is super clean and relaxing.

Good massage therapist are hard to find and a great therapist is even harder to find. Elizabeth is a Great massage therapist!Ive relocated 6 times and have only had 2 therapists that I would recommend...this is one!Elizabeth is experienced and knowledgeable to find then workout knots. Ive had other therapists move past a knot then pay little attention when directed to address it.This is a legitimate massage therapist and I highly recommend.

Ive been going here for a few years and have never had a bad experience. Being an a work-out type, I consistently have problem areas that just pushing on those spots like other massage therapists have done does not work...it feels nice, but doesnt change anything...Family Massage therapists understand referral pain, muscle structure, etc. The therapists here are very in tune with what you tell them is bothering you and will not just give you a one size fits all massage--they really want to help with your current problems, and do all they can to make sure you leave feeling 100%. Highly recommend!P.S the relaxing music is a plus!

Hi guys, I typically don’t write reviews, however, Elizabeth has saved me from such pain and discomfort. I was involved in an accident March 2019, resulting in 6 herniated/bulging disks.. you could imagine the pain and suffering. My mom introduced me to Elizabeth, and she has been my savior. I would walk and my hip would collapse on me.. the doctors suggested injections and possible surgery, however I feel I should seek alternative treatment. 2 years agoI was referred to Family Massage because of my extremely tight lowered back. Believe me, I could barely walk. One session with Elizabeth and I felt great! Been coming back regularly every month. The best therapist I have ever had. I absolutely recommend her. Very knowledgeable and very professional. I cant praise her enough. Totally recommend👍🏻👍🏻

I came here following surgery for lymphatic massage, Elizabeth was great and her treatments were very effective! I definitely felt a difference after each treatment. Follow her instructions to help aid in your recovery. The treatment rooms are comfortable and I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

GREAT ESTABLISHMENT!!! After reading the reviews I called and was able to get a same day appointment, a much needed one at that!!! I was I pain from my sciatica for 6 consecutive days. After arriving we discussed what was going on and got started. After an hour of her working out what seem to be every muscle in my body I felt 95% better then I did when I walked in. Needless to say I rescheduled and look forward to the aches and pains gone.

I highly recommend this place, Elizabeth performed one of the most awesome massages Ive ever experienced! For more than a decade I have been receiving routine massage - some of them very good, but none were quite like the experience I had with Elizabeth. Her room is professional, quiet and comfortable with a beautiful table set up and very nice, calming music. She works well with her hands and forearms and even elbows. I had a serious knot in my shoulder that other therapist couldnt break down. With Elizabeths techniques I experienced total relief, ahhhhh finally. Im writing this review 3 week after the massage because Im still thrilled with the results. You know I keep expecting the knot to return, but theres no trace of it. So glad I chose a 90 minute session instead of 60, I still feel as good now as when I walked out. Thank you Elizabeth, youre one of the best!

Very well done. Elizabeth gave careful attention and care with the deep tissue massage. Left the clinic with a distinct high that feels like an amplified version of when you rub your temples and release endorphins but coming from your entire body.Would recommend to anyone stiffed up or looking for long steady good feelings from physical touch.

I work sitting in front of a computer all day, I get severe neck and shoulders pain; and my back get very tense. This place gives the best therapeutic massage and deep tissue. They responded quickly to our online inquiry, scheduled an appointment that perfectly accommodated our schedule and conducted an in depth Q&A before they started. My husband was there grudgingly and I was really concerned hed not have a good experience. No worries- at the end of the 60 mins, he was a converted devotee and signed us up for a package! They work magic!! My husbands work tension and sore muscles felt young again. Im recovering from a life threatening illness, and the massage speeds the healing process. This is a locally owned family business - not a cookie cutter chain.Thank You Guys!

This company sells promotions on Groupon but doesnt disclose that Groupons cannot be used on the weekends or that they have a limit to how many they can book in a day. When I booked an available appointment online, like the Groupon directed, I was turned down and offered an appointment for 16 days later! Dont waste your time or money. There are many other local businesses who are willing to honor your Groupon and appointment immediately.
