This is by far the best practice I have ever worked at. The only reason I no longer work here was to further my education. The staff are kind and welcoming. Every person that works here wants the best for you. Not only are the employees courteous and hard working, the work also speaks for itself. I have an L5S1 disc herniation that has been causing discomfort and pain for the past 3 years. I am a very active person and play a lot of sports (28 years old). After speaking with Steam Cell Miami I was told I was the PERFECT candidate for this type of procedure so I decided to go ahead with the surgery.These are the facts almost one year after the procedure (Stem Cell injection):- My pain never went away, it is actually worse than before (this year I am performing a different surgery because of this).- The surgery was EXTREMELY painful. I was told it would be a lot quicker and the Doctor didnt describe everything that was performed during the surgery (partial disk removal).Several months after the procedure I decided to go Steam Cell and ask why all of this happened. Basically their answer was: sorry, it should have worked...Additionally, Virginia (the person in charge of accounting) implied several times that it was MY FAULT because she assumed I did rough moments after the procedure (completely false). As compensation Virginia offered $100 off an injection treatment, that is all she offered! (of course I didnt take it). Finally, after meeting with Stem Cell Miami I was told I would get a doctor report/opinion regarding my next steps to follow. Months have passed and I never got any phone calls or emails regarding my case.Conclusion: Completely regret this investment of time and money. My pain is worse than before. Bad customer service and procedure follow-up.

For two years my boyfriend had suffered pain in his Achilles tendon, even after surgery and months of rehab. When I first came to Stem Cell Miami my hip pain was close to unbearable, it would interact with everything I did. I am very active, love to walk, and to go on hiking trips, Im in the gym at least three times a week.. but the pain would keep me from enjoying my life. At the suggestion of my chiropractor I mede an appointment for stem cell therapy and had my procedure done a few months ago. Although I am no pain free at this time I can say that that my range of movement has improved, pain is a bit more manageable and I am very hopeful for a full recovery. All a lie, very little to provide. Look for Dr Castellano to see my father and it turns out that the lady who attended me, coldly lied saying that the Dr was on vacation. It turns out that Dr Castellano is not there. It is inconceivable Mrs. Virginia, (I think thats what she calls herself) that people who seek medical attention are lied to. All for a little money.

I took my mom and they told me that she would be seen by a stem cell specialist, and it turned out that she was seen by a general practitioner, not even the explanation was based on scientific arguments. The most important thing is that a price had been adjusted first and then they raised it exaggeratedly, Mrs. Virginia is the most unpleasant thing I have seen, she is only interested in the patients money. Once the procedure is done, they are not interested in anything else when there is no improvement, and each procedure is about 3000 to 5000 USD. In short, be careful or you will lose your money as it almost happens to me. Investigate and you will come to the reality of Stem Cell.

Since Dr. Castellanos was in his office on 8th Street (almost 20 years ago) I have been with him. He always treated me very well as if I were family.
