The place maybe nice and beautiful and the employees also but the owners treat the employees bad and when they choose to leave they take money that they work for from their payment check. It is the experience of my manicure friend that $ 200 where discounted from her ck when she decided to leave because she was mistreated. They invent something to discount the amount from the money they owe her. I decided to do this review to support her because I hope this doesnt happen to any other employee at that place.

Incredible blowout with Frecia! She started off with a relaxing scalp massage and finished twith a stunning style! Was greeted with a fresh coffee and a genuine smile, beautiful energy all around. This salon is a pleasure to spend time at and I love how my hair turned out. I look forward to my next visit and highly recommend Camelot!

I just showed up for my 6:30 apt only to be told they don’t have anyone to blow dry my hair. A service I pre paid for. When I asked why no one called me to let me know before the lady at the front said she didn’t have my number (not true) and only had my email - and when I asked why she did not email me said said “oh I don’t email anyone.” Super unprofessional. Will not be returning here- suggest you don’t either.

Its not the old Camelot.New ownership has made its mark on the rebuild, product assortment and culture.Having been to many salons all over Miami, I recognized and appreciated the cleanliness and warm welcome. It was truly a professional atmosphere where beauty and salon guest needs play the main role.My stylist Lyndon was a seasoned professional that took my naturally frizzy and bushy hair and gave it a miracle treatment that has lasted for weeks! He also entertained me as he is a natural entertainer/performer. He educated me on which products were best for my hair and how to use them without trying to sell me.Its definitely a place I highly recommend!

I went in for a gel manicure and was blown away by the quality of service! My nails are not my best trait but I left the salon in awe of how gorgeous my nails look and feel! Great customer service as well. I’ll definitely be coming back.

From the second we walked in the service was awesome! We were offered something to drink and didn’t have to wait long at all even though we came as a walk in. Never buy a gift card from this place! I received a gift card from a friend for a package at this spa. When I called to use it they told me that they do not record the number on the gift card so I needed to present the paper it came with. You can imagine I no longer have it since NO OTHER gift Card works like this! They told me to call back to speak to someone else, then that they cant cash it in without the dollar amount on the paper, then that I had to have my friend who purchased it call or provide her receipt (from months prior so of course she didnt have it), etc etc. After numerous calls I gave up. Its so ridiculous...

Awful customer service. My appointment for a deep tissue massage got canceled up to four times so eventually I decided not to re-schedule again. Funny thing is, that all my appointments were at 5pm, so it seems that they dont like to work at that time.Official excuse for cancelation was family issues every time. One of those excuses that you cant really dispute, but I really think they gave me that excuse just so that I didnt make too much of a fuss.Wont be going back there for sure.

My wife had a 250$ giftcard bought in april, she called today to schedule a massage but unfortunately this place doesnt do massages anymore, we are looking for ways to get our money back. Company unfortunately doesnt come up with any solutions and we are left in the dark, be cautious before going to this place!

Great salon for hair treatments. A bit pricy.

The price for a manicure was double what I have paid anywhere else. I figured it was worth it because on the website they claim that they do some special treatments to your hands. However, it was nothing more than a rushed, sloppy manicure. Manicurist kept leaving me to deal with her 3 yr old son, answer her cell phone and then rushed my nail job to accommodate a woman who was getting her hair done who did not have an appointment. Manicurist didnt speak ENGLISH. I made the appointment in the early afternoon for a hair consultation as well. They rushed me through manicure and then did not have time to do my consult. The staff was rude and the experience put me in a bad mad which is awful because you go to get mani/pedi’s because they are supposed to be relaxing and a “TREAT”. The feel I got was that I was not “RICH” enough for their environment because they treated other clients better – i.e. poured them wine etc… Sadly I would have spent hundreds to get my hair straightened colored, etc… and now they have lost a customer and I will not recommend anyone else go there either.

I wear a perfume without my authorization. ..... from the living room. She came to clean my house, coral gables, I listened to speaking badly on the phone ... from the camelot salon .. her partner .. she speaks ill of the maid .. and a lady lives I think for opaloka ..... woman has no principles .. does not know respect ... things ... how an elegant room can have that kind of person there

I have been working in this salon since I am 16 years old, everyone who works in this salon is like a family and we try the best we can to the clients and the owner is very professional, so we have as many people as we like and The majority of the clients that we have are fixed have been with us for more than 15 years, so there is always someone who speaks badly of the business and it should not be so because even those people go to the salon and grab cervisio with us if we care. Who is griven and when they have a family ask for the owner he is very professional and tries to allude everyone thank you ❤️
