The facility is beautiful and clean!! The infrared sauna was perfect. The ladies at the front were very welcoming and went through the whole sauna process with me! Will be coming back and investing in a package!

I recently canceled an unlimited membership with the intention to buy a multi-session package due to resuming work travel. I canceled the morning after the billing cycle closed. The manager Gabriella canceled the membership, refused to issue a refund and offered as a “courtesy” to let me come in during the current month. I explained that being mostly out of town I was looking at multi-session packages. She was curt and refused – no skills in customer service and retention. No way to treat a regular customer. Cryo-Miami gained $250 now, but lost more in the long run. At the end, she offered to switch my membership. No thanks. I will be patronizing some other cryo business in town.To your reply: Your response is misleading. Our exchanges were by email and its all there in writing.

They dont use a cryo tank anymore. Its just an electric walk-in freezer.

I loved the place. Very clean and cute. The girls were very kind and helpful. The girl who stayed with me during the cryo therapy explained me all about it. About the cryo, I did whole body and I loved it. The body feels so refreshing after it. It was a very good experience. I will be coming back. I highly recommend it.

Very interesting, I did the whole body and it last about 3 minutes but it feels like you worked out for hours. I felt like a new person, I could feel my blood flowing all through my body. Once I got home, I had a great nap. Defiently recommend.

This is such a great place. I only used the infrared sauna. The staff is just wonderful. Always have a smile and so welcoming.

Place was good. There was a long wait which we were told never usually a wait. The experience was great would love to do it again but it’s not cheap but just like any new craze it’s always higher price until there is more competition. $35 for the first is ok but for 3 min of freezing yourself in liquid nitrogen should be less. Regular prices are a little high for this kind of “treatments”.

This place is great, not only you feel amazing after your session, the staff makes sure the whole experience is on point. Everyone is always nice, on time, reliable and professional. If you haven’t tried Cryotherapy, or if you are looking for a place to go back to, Cryo Miami is your best choice.

I first came to Cryo Miami when I sprained my ankle playing basketball, my ankle was the size of a tennis ball.. I got the local treatment on my ankle and instantly saw the swelling go down! I’ve been going back ever since! Great for recovery!

The experience was incredible! Not only was the cryo therapy extremely helpful on my sore muscles, but the staff was very helpful and the studio was impeccable. I have gone back several times and the service and quality continues to be 100%. I highly recommend this place, they even play music while you are having your therapy!

This place is amazing! Ive been wanting to try cryotherapy for years and my girlfriend bought me a session for Christmas. Its the first Cryo-center in Miami. I had my first experience with cryotherapy at Cryo Miami today and felt amazing afterwards. Lawrence, the owner, was extremely knowledgable and walked me through the whole process. Ill be going back this week, I highly recommend this place.
