Oneida delivered a very strong deep tissue massage as my body was very tight, involving her feet. Whilst not relaxing per se I felt much better for the experience and my wife subsequently booked a deep tissue for herself the next day which was equally good Many thanks

Joan Nordhagen is magic. After one session with her, I was able to climb stairs for the first time in three years without putting one foot first and bringing up the other behind it. The pain I had on my side for 6 months after pneumonia is gone. I highly recommend her. She worked magic with me.

For the last four years, I have been receiving weekly treatment from Dr. Lissa Niremberg. Originally, my complaint was neck and shoulder pain, but I felt SO GOOD all around that I just kept going. What I love is that Dr. Niremberg sits with you for a few minutes to ask about your complaints, which for me has included a range of issues. Ive felt a lot of distraction and brain chatter, or My physician says my thyroid is low. Her process starts with you laying on a massage table, face down, and she gives you an acupressure back massage, and then she applies 10-20 tiny needles in various places on your back, depending on what she thinks will improve your issue. After fifteen or twenty minutes of relaxing, she gives you an acupressure foot massage. Then, you flip over, and she applies another few needles to your front side, you relax for fifteen or twenty more minutes, and then you get a neck rub. On occasions when Ive had acute complaints, she has added to this routine, cupping, or laser treatment. After this is done, I feel WONDERFUL. Its like a runners high, except calm and relaxed. I am totally addicted to acupuncture with Dr. Niremberg and give her my highest recommendation!!!
