Texas⭐️Historical LandmarkMount Hiram Lodge No. 595Hiram Lodge No. 595 was chartered on December 12, 1884. Lodge members shared their first facility, a two-story structure located near present-day downtown Copperas Cove, with a public school. In its early years the lodge participated in a local volunteer company of Minutemen and helped develop this areas economy. The lodge relocated in 1894 to Main Street and Ave. D, above the J. S. Clements & Bro. Mercantile Store. Growth in its membership led to the building of a new lodge facility at this site in 1970. This lodge continues to serve the local community. (1993)Marker No: 3519

Exceptional experience, was welcomed as a visitor.

In 1985 returning to the U.S. from Germany and being assigned to Ft. Hood. I along with 2 other Sr. DeMolays (Russell Grubbs and Jerry Speaks) helped this local Masonic Lodge to build their DeMolay Chapter. These photos are of those young men, and their advisory body. I am a member of Mount Hiram Lodge. When I moved here from Hawaii, I looked at all the other lodges within the area and talked with many brothers in the Area. Mt. Hiram Masons were the most welcoming brothers that I encountered and I enjoyed my time while visiting their lodge. I became a member of the GLoTX in 2016, and this will be my forever home in Masonry.
