I had a tooth extracted 2 days earlier than scheduled. Cove Choice not only accommodated my request to pull it early, they put me at ease. The staff was friendly and the Dentists were professional. The tooth got pulled and I actually got to finally get a good nights sleep.Im vaccinated and I appreciate their conscience effort to keep their staff and the public safe as well.Id highly recommend Cove Choice to ANYONE who needs dental work done.

Overall a great company. Starting from the front of the office to the very back. My plan is very limited yet the ladies in front introduced different options and also gave me a number to call for my insurance to see if i could possibly get a new plan with more coverage. I feel confident in the choice i made to switch to Choice Dental. I was hesitant at first due to how busy it was but i guess that was a good sign that people put their trust into them! Reception to start is below average on customer hospitality. When I made my first appointment I was not asked any personal information, i.e. my insurance or personal dental concerns. Upon arrival I waited an hour past my appointment set time to see the doctor. Then I did not even spend 5 minutes with the doctor nor did I have the procedure that I made the appointment for preformed; all I asked was for my teeth to be cleaned since I am pregnant and can not have x-rays at the time. After being seen and no official procedure done, I had to reschedule to come back to have my teeth cleaned a month later.

Update, one of the Managers called me and apologized for the misunderstanding about what their Dentists can or cannot perform. She also offered to take care of any other dental need. Thank you, its very rare that a business will take the time to read the reviews and act in a positive manner.

If you are looking for a dentist you can afford this is not the place. I was quoted over 30k for my smile and my son was looking at over $1000 for 2 baby teeth. This was our cash patient price. Today we drove to Bosque family dental and I paid just under 7k for my implants and I paid $49 for my sons baby tooth. I get everyone can set their own prices but this is ridiculousSince I can not replyIt was to fix several implants and this is the correct office my son was just there July 2nd

I moved back to this area in October 2020 from Tyler Texas, My insurance referred me to Cove Choice Dental. I was very impressed with how friendly the front desk and staff was. The dental assistant explained everything she was doing and what she was going to do. I had one major concern and the dental assistant as well as the dentist understood the issue, they both were compassionate and understanding; as well as took a real concern and gave me options of what could be done. They explained everything in a manor that I could understand. When checking out, the front desk reviewed the dental plans with me and gave me costs after insurance. I don’t think I will EVER change dentists.

We moved to Copperas Cove three years ago and we looked for a dentist. My insurance recommended Cove Choice Dental. Cove Choice Dental has been a godsend for my family. We have five teenagers in our household (two sets of twins) and Cove Choice Dental has worked with us and has been very helpful and accommodating.The doctors are friendly. There is never a long wait. I have a very unique issue and the doctors weighed the different options and we worked together to develop a plan to remedy my unique dental issues.If you are new to Cove and need a great dentist, I highly recommend Cove Choice Dental.

I was scheduled for a deep scale cleaning. I was extremely anxious due to the fact I had a bad experience several years ago. The staff was amazing. The dentist was quick and proficient. I chipped a tooth and needed to get it fixed quickly. When I couldn’t reach my own dentist, I began calling random dentist’s offices near me. Several couldn’t get me in for days - some, even weeks. I called Cove Choice Dental on a Thursday afternoon and the receptionist, Crystal, was very sweet and empathetic. She got me an appointment for the very next morning and when I went to the appointments, the facility was clean and Crystal welcomed me and was very professional and courteous. The dental assistant was kind and the dentist himself was professional and efficient. When it came to my actual filling, they worked with my desire to have it done quickly and even allowed me to come the very next morning (Saturday morning) to get my tooth fixed. Costs were reviewed with me and every bit explained and the dentist took care to ensure my tooth looked exactly as I wanted it to - now it’s even better than it was before. I found this office in a pinch, but I plan on returning since it’s closer to home, and the staff was so welcoming and professional.

Quick response time from staff. Was amazed that they got back to me after hours and within 10 minutes of me reaching out. The staff is very polite and helpful. They offer some really good payment plan and make sure you get the care you need, regardless of cost. Very pleased. Will be back.

Our experience was overall a pleasant one. The staff was knowledgeable and kind. The doctor my family saw was very gentle. He knew how to calm my very nervous kids down. They kept checking up on us while we waited in the car. They checked our temps and escorted us to the treatment rooms right away after we were done filling out our paperwork. No one was allowed to wait in the lobby and the staff was wearing proper protection. I was a bit nervous getting out because of the virus but this clinic has it down. It was clean and everyone was very careful. I really appreciate the Covid question sheet they had us fill out too. Great jobs guys. We can’t wait to come back for next visit.

I brought my 9 year old in for an emergency appointment and extraction and they were fantastic. Really impressed by the office, equipment, and staff. Dentist did his best to keep my daughters pain to a minimum. Highly recommend, Ive been to other dentists and wasn’t that impressed. TVs on the ceiling so you and your child can watch while they are being worked on and and the dentist himself called at the end of the day to check in for my daughter. Never had that level of service before. Ah-mazing.

This office is so busy! You would think with everything going on they wouldnt be. My sister went there for a exam and there were patients coughing! And so many people in the lobby. With Covid You guys should take better precautions! Seeing patients back to back during these times is crazy and the rooms are so close with no doors or anything! Copperas cove choice dental is did a fantastic job getting my mouth back in good shape after a few years of horrible neglect without a dentist. I had a tooth that had cracked and become infected underneath, and Dr. took care of the bad tooth and removed the infection before it became a even bigger problem. The procedure went very good with little to no pain or swelling afterward. The entire office is very friendly and very thorough- they will never let you forget appointments they send out text reminders which is good for me as I tend to forget. I am not too covid concerned but anyone who is-these people are taking great precautions. They make you sit in your car to fill paperwork and then check temp and then let you into the office. Just crazy but I guess I understand. Dental work performed was good with great results so I am happy I have found my dental home—thanks to these guys.

I went to Cove Choice Dental due to being referred from another dental office for a root canal treatment. They said the dentist is very good who does them. My first appointment was a consultation visit where we discussed why I needed the root canal and the treatment plan. The office is very clean and modern. For anyone worried about seeing a dentist during COVID: the place was clean and the office had strict protocol for screening before I came in. They asked me to stay in the car while I waited for my appointments which was a bit long but I understand with all thats going on. On my second visit, Dr did my root canal and I didn’t even feel a thing, prior to coming in I was dreading getting it done and was searching how the procedure is done. I was extremely anxious but the bed side manners shown by the dr made me feel calm. my last visit Dr. checked up to make sure everything felt good. All of the staff is friendly and Candice was a great assistant. I am very glad I found them randomly but I definitely plan to return. Absolutely recommend this office and staff to anyone looking for a good dentist.

I went to another dental office in the area where the dentist diagnosed me with a bunch of things requiring thousands of dollars worth of treatment. Even though, I am someone fairly young and take great care of my teeth. I came to Cove Choice Dental looking for a second opinion, the doctor recommended a few fillings where the other dr was recommending root canals and crowns. This doctor did not once try to up sell any procedures or products , which I greatly appreciated. It is so hard to find a dentist who is honest and trustworthy and is actually looking out for the patient’s wellbeing and not their own pocket. I am more than confident to say the dentist here was giving me his professional opinion and actually was very conservative in his approach. He repeatedly showed his genuine concern for my dental welfare. He provided solutions, and explained his observations and recommendations in a clear professional manner and was genuinely involved in my dental health. I APPRECIATED that Very very much. If you are someone looking for an honest place who genuinely cares about the patient’s wellbeing. This is the place for you. I highly recommend this office. Ive been coming to this office for a while now and they by far are the best office in the area. I visited other offices and the customer service was not as good as it is at Cove Choice Dental. Here unlike the other offices Ive been to, they go over a plan with me and I get to choose what I want done and when and they dont rush me into anything either. All of my appointments have been on time and Ive been highly satisfied with their work.

This office called and text several times prior to the appointment then called an hour prior to appt to ask us to come in early. So as asked we came in and then got brought back 26mins AFTER the original appt. With covid out they are suppose to be taking precautions with their scheduling and not seeing pt after pt right after another letting the rooms aerosol from the previous pt go down and they arent. And they are doing treatment next to us in an open bay not protecting others in the office. Whats the point of wearing ppe if you just jumped from pt to pt and think just changing your gloves will suffice?
