Free 12 month replacement is a lie. Theyll tighten screws and thats about it. If they cant fix your frames in store, they WILL NOT replace them. My teenagers has been through four frames in three months and is currently wearing a pair thats hot glued. Im done. Were going elsewhere.

Ive not experienced service at this location but Ive attempted to call them to make an appointment for the past week, left messages and nothing.The receptionist at the Lowes location even tried, advising it was a husband and wife, but they didnt even answer when she called several times. This is bad practice. Assuming I was in luck after looking at the previous patron reviews, I will not attempt to contact them again and probably am lucky I didnt go or get a call back for service.Bad look for Walmart and the supposed optometry professionals!!Would give negative stars if could aimply because of the lack of response from this facility/persons.

Terrible experience! I went away with worse vision then when i started. Now my near sight is as lousy as my far off. That was my eyes strong point for years. Not any more! Im never going again and i wont recommend!

Waited for 15 minutes and when the lady finally came out of the back room she walked straight past, completely ignoring anyone was even there.
